Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kitchen waste treatment, in particular to a microbial agent for degrading kitchen waste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the urban domestic garbage structure of China, the proportion of kitchen organic matters is 30% -50%, and the proportion is large. The main components of the kitchen organic matter comprise organic substances such as protein, starch, dietary fiber, animal fat and the like. The organic fertilizer has the characteristics of high water content, high organic matter proportion, high oil content, high salinity and the like, is easy to rot and ferment, can breed bacteria, and has the dual characteristics of typical resources and wastes. At present, the main treatment modes of the kitchen organic matters are incineration, landfill, feed conversion and biological treatment technologies. The feed and biological treatment technology is a mainstream process for treating the kitchen organic matters in a standardized manner at the present stage. In recent years, several applicable technologies are introduced and developed domestically, mainly including biological fermentation, composting, anaerobic biogas production, subcritical hydrolysis technology and the like. Adverse effects of kitchen organic matters are gradually attracting attention of various cities in China, and how to realize reduction, harmlessness and recycling of the kitchen organic matters is an urgent problem facing China.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a microbial agent for degrading kitchen wastes and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problem of the current degradation treatment of the kitchen wastes.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a microbial agent for degrading kitchen wastes comprises 30% by weight of protein degrading bacteria, 15% by weight of starch degrading bacteria, 35% by weight of fat degrading bacteria and 20% by weight of cellulose degrading bacteria.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the microbial agent for degrading the kitchen waste, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, culturing strains of each raw material independently, centrifugally collecting, and mixing obtained thalli in proportion to prepare composite thalli;
secondly, mixing the wheat hulls and the sawdust according to a volume ratio of 1:4 to prepare a carrier material;
and step three, mixing the composite bacteria obtained in the step one with the carrier material obtained in the step two to obtain the composite microbial inoculum.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention aims at the characteristics that the main components in the kitchen waste comprise organic substances such as protein, starch, dietary fiber and animal fat, protein degrading bacteria, starch degrading bacteria, fat degrading bacteria and cellulose degrading bacteria are selected in a targeted manner, the protein, starch, dietary fiber and animal fat in the kitchen waste are respectively eliminated, the contents of the protein and fat are higher according to the characteristics of Chinese food, the contents of the protein degrading bacteria and the fat degrading bacteria are improved in the composition proportion of the microbial inoculum in a targeted manner, the degradation of the kitchen waste is effectively promoted, the composite bacteria and a fluffy and breathable excellent carrier are mixed to prepare the microbial inoculum, the microbial inoculum is used for degrading the kitchen waste, the degradation effect is obvious in a high-temperature operation state, and the degradation rate is between 90 and 95 after 24 hours of degradation. The treatment method is simple, stable in effect and high in efficiency, and degradation products do not pollute the environment; the kitchen degradation product obtained by degrading the kitchen waste is a high organic matter semi-finished product, and can be further utilized in various aspects such as organic fertilizer raw material preparation and the like
