Abstract
本发明公开了一种雨刮器胶条自润滑涂层,包括:聚四氟乙烯分散液、水性树脂、轻质碳酸钙、炭黑、去离子水以及消泡剂;本发明喷涂于胶条表面形成封闭层,避免胶条与空气直接接触,可以延缓胶条老化,提高雨刮器胶条使用寿命;聚四氟乙烯分散液具有良好的润滑性与耐磨性,可以减轻胶条与挡风玻璃之间的摩擦力,降低噪音。

技术领域
本发明属于雨刮器技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种雨刮器胶条自润滑涂层。
背景技术
雨刮器胶条长时间置于外部环境经历风吹雨打,胶条容易老化,导致摩擦力增高,产生刮檫噪声,雨刷电机负荷也增大,玻璃刷拭效果下降;以往雨刮器胶条表面涂层工艺一般都采用高挥发性有机化合物溶剂稀释喷涂,一些有机化合物溶剂具有毒性易危害生产人员的身体健康,也不符合环保要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种雨刮器胶条自润滑涂层,解决现有技术中胶条易老化的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种雨刮器胶条自润滑涂层,包括:聚四氟乙烯分散液、水性树脂、轻质碳酸钙、炭黑、去离子水以及消泡剂;所述水性树脂选自酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂以及改性聚丁二烯树脂中的一种或几种;所述消泡剂选自乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷以及聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚中的一种或几种。
进一步地,其上述重量份的原料组成:聚四氟乙烯分散液6~18份、水性树脂55~75份、轻质碳酸钙15~25份、炭黑1.5~2.5份、去离子水20~30份以及消泡剂5~10份。
进一步地,其上述水性树脂选用聚氨酯树脂。
进一步地,其上述消泡剂选用乳化硅油。
一种具有自润滑涂层的雨刮器胶条的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、打磨:将胶条装在打磨工装上,进行机械打磨,完全去除胶条表面的亮光层;
S2、火焰表面处理:用火焰枪处理胶条表面,去除胶条表面的毛刺;
S3、清洗:采用乙醇溶液对胶条表面进行清洗,清洗后吹干胶条表面的残留溶剂;
S4、检测:带有试验手套的手触摸胶条表面无毛刺感;
S5、喷涂:将调配好的溶剂加入喷涂设备中对胶条进行喷涂,涂层厚度控制在6~13微米:
S6、涂层干燥:将喷涂好的胶条放入烘箱烘烤3~5分钟,使水性树脂固化,烘箱温度控制在70~100℃。
与现有技术相比,本申请可以获得包括以下技术效果:
本发明喷涂于胶条表面形成封闭层,避免胶条与空气直接接触,可以延缓胶条老化,提高雨刮器胶条使用寿命;聚四氟乙烯分散液具有良好的润滑性与耐磨性,可以减轻胶条与挡风玻璃之间的摩擦力,降低噪音;涂层混合液未采用有机化合物溶剂,符合环保要求。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。
具体实施方式
以下将用实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式,借此对本申请如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
实施例1:一种雨刮器胶条自润滑涂层,重量份的原料组成:聚四氟乙烯分散液13份、水性树脂70份、轻质碳酸钙22份、炭黑1.8份、去离子水20份以及消泡剂6份。
实施例2:一种雨刮器胶条自润滑涂层,重量份的原料组成:聚四氟乙烯分散液18份、水性树脂65份、轻质碳酸钙25份、炭黑2.3份、去离子水25份以及消泡剂8份。
一种具有自润滑涂层的雨刮器胶条的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、打磨:将胶条装在打磨工装上,进行机械打磨,完全去除胶条表面的亮光层;
S2、火焰表面处理:用火焰枪处理胶条表面,去除胶条表面的毛刺;
S3、清洗:采用乙醇溶液对胶条表面进行清洗,清洗后吹干胶条表面的残留溶剂;
S4、检测:带有试验手套的手触摸胶条表面无毛刺感;
S5、喷涂:将调配好的溶剂加入喷涂设备中对胶条进行喷涂,涂层厚度控制在6~13微米:
S6、涂层干燥:将喷涂好的胶条放入烘箱烘烤3~5分钟,使水性树脂固化,烘箱温度控制在70~100℃。
原料特性:
聚四氟乙烯分散液:具有良好的机械性能(耐腐蚀性、密封性、高润滑不粘性、电绝缘性、抗老化耐低温),即使温度下降到-196℃,也能保持5%的伸长率。
轻质碳酸钙:使涂料不沉降易分散,光泽度好。
聚氨酯树脂:具有极高的附着力,固化后的涂膜收缩率小、硬度高、耐腐性与抗腐蚀性好。
炭黑;调色剂。
去离子水:除去了呈离子形式杂质后的纯水,生产配液用水。
消泡剂:抑制泡沫产生或消除已产生泡沫的食品添加剂。
本发明喷涂于胶条表面形成封闭层,避免胶条与空气直接接触,可以延缓胶条老化,提高雨刮器胶条使用寿命;聚四氟乙烯分散液具有良好的润滑性与耐磨性,可以减轻胶条与挡风玻璃之间的摩擦力,降低噪音;涂层混合液未采用有机化合物溶剂,符合环保要求。

Claims (5)
1.一种雨刮器胶条自润滑涂层,其特征在于,包括:聚四氟乙烯分散液、水性树脂、轻质碳酸钙、炭黑、去离子水以及消泡剂;所述水性树脂选自酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂以及改性聚丁二烯树脂中的一种或几种;所述消泡剂选自乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷以及聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚中的一种或几种。
2.如权利要求1所述的雨刮器胶条润滑涂层,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料组成:聚四氟乙烯分散液6~18份、水性树脂55~75份、轻质碳酸钙15~25份、炭黑1.5~2.5份、去离子水20~30份以及消泡剂5~10份。
3.如权利要求1所述的雨刮器胶条润滑涂层,其特征在于,所述水性树脂选用聚氨酯树脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的雨刮器胶条润滑涂层,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选用乳化硅油。
5.一种具有自润滑涂层的雨刮器胶条的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、打磨:将胶条装在打磨工装上,进行机械打磨,完全去除胶条表面的亮光层;
S2、火焰表面处理:用火焰枪处理胶条表面,去除胶条表面的毛刺;
S3、清洗:采用乙醇溶液对胶条表面进行清洗,清洗后吹干胶条表面的残留溶剂;
S4、检测:带有试验手套的手触摸胶条表面无毛刺感;
S5、喷涂:将调配好的溶剂加入喷涂设备中对胶条进行喷涂,涂层厚度控制在6~13微米:
S6、涂层干燥:将喷涂好的胶条放入烘箱烘烤3~5分钟,使水性树脂固化,烘箱温度控制在70~100℃。
