The invention discloses a calcium-containing macroelement water-soluble fertilizer which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12-16 parts of urea, 15-18 parts of anhydrous monocalcium phosphate, 0-16 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 3-10 parts of calcium ammonium nitrate, 0-6 parts of calcium chloride, 40-50 parts of potassium nitrate, 0-5 parts of potassium chloride, 0.5-1 part of boric acid, 0.5-2 parts of zinc phosphite and 1-4 parts of citric acid monohydrate. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the calcium-containing macroelement water-soluble fertilizer can promote growth, improve yield and quality, improve disease resistance, has good solubility, and is easy to spray or drip on leaf surfaces.

Technical Field

Background
Calcium is one of the medium elements required by plant growth, and plays a very important role in the growth and development process of plants. However, in practical use, after calcium ions in the conventional fertilizer are dissolved in water, the calcium ions and phosphate ions form a water-insoluble precipitate. Mineral nutrients need to be dissolved in water and can be absorbed and utilized by crops, so that most of calcium ions are fixed in soil after being applied to the soil and cannot be absorbed and utilized. Not only reduces the effect of calcium and phosphorus, but also causes the lack of sufficient calcium element for the growth of crops, and the phenomena of reduced fruit quality, low storage resistance and the like easily appear in the later period. The zinc phosphite contains phosphite and zinc element. The phosphite can stimulate crops to generate polyphenols and plant protection matters, activate enzymes related to a defense system, have excellent control effects on common diseases such as epidemic diseases, downy mildew, root rot, late blight and the like, and are approved by wide scientific and technological workers and growers; the zinc element is a component of various enzymes in the plant body, promotes various metabolic activities, synthesizes auxin, enhances the stress resistance of the plant and the like, and has very important functions.

The preparation method of the calcium-containing macroelement water-soluble fertilizer comprises the following steps: 1) mixing and diluting 74.6 parts by weight of food-grade phosphoric acid and 25.4 parts by weight of water, adding 21.3 parts by weight of 100-mesh calcium oxide, carrying out neutralization reaction for 1 hour, controlling the end point pH to be 3.2, atomizing and drying the slurry, cooling, grinding by using a colloid mill, and screening to obtain anhydrous calcium dihydrogen phosphate; 2) weighing the components in parts by weight, mixing and crushing urea and calcium ammonium nitrate, mixing with anhydrous calcium dihydrogen phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate, calcium chloride, potassium nitrate, potassium chloride, boric acid, zinc phosphite and citric acid monohydrate, uniformly stirring, metering and packaging.

The invention combines phosphorus and calcium according to specific forms, not only integrates respective advantages, but also can be completely dissolved in water to play a synergistic effect, and not only can be absorbed and utilized by crops, but also can better promote the absorption and utilization of various nutrients. Meanwhile, the fertilizer contains polyphosphoric acid groups and phosphorous acid groups, so that the utilization efficiency of phosphorus and calcium can be improved, the disease resistance can be improved, and a good using effect is achieved.
Meanwhile, the calcium-containing macroelement water-soluble fertilizer contains 15% of nitrogen, 10% of phosphorus pentoxide, 25% of potassium oxide, 0.08% of simple substance boron and 0.25% of simple substance zinc, meets the requirement of crops on nutrients in the fruit swelling period, also meets the registration requirement of national macroelement water-soluble fertilizers, can be produced and sold as a product, and is convenient to use.
