The invention provides a cigarette lining paper cutting and conveying device which comprises a cigarette pushing handle, a driving device, a first rotary driving device, a second rotary driving device and a control system, wherein an encoder is arranged on an output shaft of the driving device, and the cigarette pushing handle is driven by a transmission mechanism to push a cigarette group to enter a middle reserved space of a conveying roller; the first rotary driving device drives the conveying roller to rotate, and the second rotary driving device drives the embossing roller to rotate; the encoder, the first rotary driving device and the second rotary driving device are all connected with the control system. The invention also provides a working method of the cigarette lining paper cutting and conveying device. The cigarette packet packaging machine has the beneficial effects that the embossing roller and the conveying roller are respectively driven by the two independent rotary driving devices, and the embossing roller and the conveying roller are matched with the encoder arranged on the output shaft for driving the cigarette pushing hands to move, so that the problem of relative sliding between lining paper and the surfaces of cigarette groups is solved, and the cigarette packet packaging quality is improved.

Technical Field

Background
The cigarette package mainly has two kinds of hard box and soft box, and the most common is hard box package, and it divides into single channel and two-way cigarette package according to the packing route, and wherein two-way cigarette package is widely used in the tobacco packing field, and YB48 type hard box packagine machine is the representative product of two-way packing. In the prior art, cigarettes in a YB48 type hard box packaging machine are packaged in a straight package mode, namely, the cigarettes are in a U shape after contacting aluminum foil paper along the length direction and are folded and formed.
As shown in figure 1, a cigarette pusher 2 conveys a cigarette group 1 to the interior of a conveying roller 4 along a fixed channel, a lining paper tape 3 is conveyed to a cutting roller 5 through an embossing roller 6, the cutting roller 5 rotates for a circle to cut off the lining paper tape 3, and lining paper 31 formed after cutting is adsorbed on the roller surface of the conveying roller 4 under the action of air suction and forms a U shape after contacting with the advancing cigarette group 1. As shown in fig. 2, in the prior art, the cigarette pushing handle 2, the embossing roller 6 and the cutting roller 5 are all driven by the same power source, that is, the output shaft 21 of the driving device of the cigarette pushing handle 2 is used as a driving shaft, the output shaft 21 is respectively connected with the first input shaft 41 of the conveying roller 4 and the second input shaft 61 of the embossing roller 6 through a gear transmission mechanism in a transmission manner, and the conveying roller 4 can drive the cutting roller 5 to rotate due to the gear transmission between the conveying roller 4 and the cutting roller 5. As shown in fig. 3, since the conveying speed of the cigarette group 1 is greater than that of the lining paper 31, the lining paper 31 slides on the surface of the cigarette group 1, and the circumference of the end of the cigarette is flattened, resulting in the quality of the cigarette being damaged. However, with the continuous improvement of cigarette quality requirements of customers, users are difficult to accept the quality of the existing cigarette packages, so that the popularization of products in the market is restricted.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects, the invention aims to provide a cutting and conveying device capable of reducing relative sliding between lining paper and a cigarette group, so that the cigarette packaging quality is improved.
The invention provides a cigarette lining paper cutting and conveying device, which comprises an embossing roller and a conveying roller which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of a lining paper tape, and further comprises a cigarette pushing handle, a driving device, a first rotary driving device, a second rotary driving device and a control system, wherein an encoder is arranged on an output shaft of the driving device, and the cigarette pushing handle is driven by a transmission mechanism to push a cigarette group to enter a middle reserved space of the conveying roller; the first rotary driving device drives the conveying roller to rotate, and the second rotary driving device drives the embossing roller to rotate; the encoder, the first rotary driving device and the second rotary driving device are all connected with the control system.
Preferably, the first and second rotary driving devices are both servo motors.
Preferably, the transmission mechanism is a gear set.

calculating the conveying speed of the current cigarette group according to the information acquired by the encoder;

from the position of the inner liner 31 on the conveyor roller 4, the required speed of rotation of the conveyor roller 4 is calculated and sent to the first rotary drive 41 to ensure that the inner liner 31 reaches a predetermined position just before the group 1 of cigarettes comes into contact with the inner liner 31. In one embodiment of the invention, the inner liner paper 31, when it reaches the predetermined position, is symmetrical with respect to the group 1 and can be "U" shaped after contact with the advancing group 1. Meanwhile, after the cigarette holder group 1 is contacted with the lining paper 31 at the preset position, the lining paper 31 and the surface of the cigarette holder group 1 do not slide relatively until the cigarette holder group 1 takes the lining paper 31 to separate from the adsorption effect on the conveying roller 4, and then the cigarette holder group enters a downstream folding guide rail to complete folding and forming, so that the positioning and conveying of the lining paper 31 are realized, and the occurrence of cigarette damage is avoided.
In specific implementation, an operator can change the rotating speed of the second input shaft 61 of the embossing roller 6 by independently adjusting the rotating speed of the second rotary driving device 72, so as to change the conveying speed of the lining paper tape 31 at the embossing roller 6, further change the length of the lining paper 31 cut by the cutting roller 5, and achieve the purposes of adapting to the requirements of aluminum packages of different specifications and realizing fixed-length cutting of aluminum foil paper. In addition, by adjusting the rotation speed of the second rotary driving device 72, the lining paper tape 3 can have a certain tension in the conveying process, and working failure caused by loosening is prevented.
