In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to enable the end cover combination shaft 400 to match paper end covers 800 and pearl wool end covers 900 with different central apertures, the end cover combination shaft 400 is a stepped shaft having a plurality of annular stepped surfaces, and in addition, in order to enable the paper end covers 800 and pearl wool end covers 900 to be stably sleeved on the end cover combination shaft 400, a plurality of vacuum adsorption holes 410 are formed in the end cover combination shaft 400, and the vacuum adsorption holes 410 are used for adsorbing the paper end covers 800 and pearl wool end covers 900 on the end cover combination shaft 400.
It can be understood that the end cap combination shaft 400 is equivalent to a transfer station in the process of conveying the paper end cap 800 and the pearl cotton end cap 900 to the packaging station, the end cap suction manipulator 500 firstly sucks and transfers a piece of paper end cap 800 of the discharging station 700 to the end cap combination shaft 400, when the paper end cap 800 on the end cap suction manipulator 500 is close to the end cap combination shaft 400 and the axial center of the paper end cap 800 and the axial center of the end cap combination shaft 400 are aligned on a straight line, the paper end cap 800 on the end cap suction manipulator 500 can be sucked and sleeved on the annular step surface of the end cap combination shaft 400 by the vacuum suction hole 410 externally connected with a vacuum pump or a vacuum suction nozzle; similarly, the end cap sucking manipulator 500 returns to the discharging station 700 and selectively sucks the pearl cotton end cap 900 of another storage rack 200, when the end cap sucking manipulator 500 sucks and transfers the pearl cotton end cap 900 to the end cap combination shaft 400, the vacuum sucking holes can suck and sleeve the pearl cotton end cap 900 on a smaller annular step surface of the end cap combination shaft 400, so that the concentric combination of the paper end cap 800 and the pearl cotton end cap 900 is completed, the subsequent clamping and feeding manipulator 600 is convenient to clamp and transfer the paper end cap 800 and the pearl cotton end cap 900 to the packaging station, the alignment combination accuracy of the paper end cap 800 and the pearl cotton end cap 900 is improved, and the efficiency and the quality of end cap packaging by rolling film are also improved indirectly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the pushing mechanism 300 includes a driving component 310 and a pushing plate (not shown) slidably sleeved on the storage shaft 210, the driving component 310 can drive the pushing plate to slide back and forth along the storage shaft 210, the pushing plate is adapted to the shape of the paper end cover 800 or the pearl wool end cover 900, specifically, the driving component 310 includes a tension balancer 311 disposed on the storage rack 200, a guide rail 312 transversely disposed at the bottom end of the storage rack 200, and a pushing bracket 313 slidably mounted on the guide rail 312, a steel wire rope of the tension balancer 311 is connected to the pushing bracket 313, and the pushing plate is fixedly disposed on the pushing bracket 313.
It should be understood that, in the present invention, both the paper end cap 800 and the pearl wool end cap 900 have a structural property easy to deform due to the material characteristics of the two, and the stacked paper end cap 800 or pearl wool end cap 900 is pushed to slide along the storage shaft 210 by the push plate provided with the push plate in a shape adapted to the shape of the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900, and the push plate can be in contact with the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900 at the rearmost end of the storage shaft 210, so that the thrust applied to each position of the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900 is uniform, the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900 is prevented from being deformed due to compression, and the structural stability of the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900 during the discharging process is ensured.
Referring to FIG. 5, in this embodiment, the pushing bracket 313 has four legs that are attached to the rear end of the push plate to ensure that the push plate is pushed uniformly. In the initial state, taking the storage rack 200 storing the paper end caps 800 as an example, 50-55 paper end caps 800 are stacked and sleeved on the storage shaft 210, and the paper end cap 800 at the rearmost end of the storage shaft 210 is attached to the plane of the push plate. In some embodiments of the present invention, referring again to fig. 5, in order to enable the paper end cap 800 and the pearl cotton end cap 900 to stably slide linearly along the stock shaft 210 to the discharging station 700, in consideration of the easily deformable structural properties of the paper end cap 800 and the pearl cotton end cap 900, the storage rack 200 is further provided with a V-shaped folding block 220 above the stock shaft 210, and the V-shaped folding block 220 is parallel to the stock shaft 210.
It should be understood that, the peripheral edge of the end paper caps 800 is uniformly provided with a plurality of V-shaped teeth, when a plurality of end paper caps 800 are stacked and sleeved on the storage shaft 210, the edges of all the end paper caps 800 form a long-strip-shaped V-shaped groove, the V-shaped folding block 220 is arranged to be exactly matched with the V-shaped groove of the end paper cap 800, and the number of the V-shaped grooves is equal to that of the V-shaped teeth, under the dual guiding action of the storage shaft 210 and the V-shaped folding block 220, all the end paper caps 800 can stably slide linearly along the storage shaft 210, which is favorable for the positioning and suction of the end cap suction manipulator 500. In addition, the V-shaped folding block 220 is provided with a thrust spring and has a self-adaptive adjusting function, so that the V-shaped folding block 220 can be adapted to paper end covers 800 with different specifications, and the applicability is strong.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 5 again, in order to prevent the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900 from sliding off the storage shaft 210, the front end of the storage rack 200 is provided with a plurality of stoppers 240, the stoppers 240 are used for stopping the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900, the stoppers 240 and the discharge station 700 are in the same vertical plane, when the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900 moves to the discharge station 700, the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900 is stopped by the stoppers 240, so as to prevent the paper end cap 800 or the pearl wool end cap 900 from sliding off the storage shaft 210.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the storage rack 200 is a frame, the front end of the storage rack 200 is detachably provided with a baffle 230, the baffle 230 is provided with a discharge hole 231 through which the paper end cover 800 or the pearl wool end cover 900 passes, the outer diameter of the discharge hole 231 is adapted to the outer diameter of the paper end cover 800 or the pearl wool end cover 900, the plurality of stoppers 240 are circumferentially arranged on the baffle 230, the baffle 230 can be fixed on the front frame of the storage rack 200 through the clamp 250, the baffle 230 is further provided with a handle 232, and the clamp 250 and the handle 232 are matched to realize the removal and replacement of the baffle 230.
It should be understood that the baffle 230 is made of a plastic material, so as to avoid damaging the paper end cover 800 or the pearl cotton end cover 900, and in the process that the paper end cover 800 or the pearl cotton end cover 900 is sucked by the end cover sucking manipulator 500, the paper end cover 800 or the pearl cotton end cover 900 collides with the stopper 240 and is recessed to the center for a certain distance, and then is separated from the stopper of the stopper 240 and is sucked by the end cover sucking manipulator 500, and due to the uniform circumferential arrangement of the plurality of stoppers 240, the paper end cover 800 or the pearl cotton end cover 900 is deformed regularly, and by the subsequent sucking and attaching of the end cover combination shaft 400, the paper end cover 800 or the pearl cotton end cover 900 can be uniformly restored to the initial plane state, so as to maintain the stable structure.
