Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bus door device, in particular to an outward convex bus getting-on guide device which can effectively guide a bus getting-on channel.
Background
Most of the existing bus doors are of a split door structure and are driven by a sliding block connecting rod mechanism, and the opening of the doors is carried out towards two sides of a door frame, so that passengers get on the bus. For a bus station with more passengers, the phenomenon that a large number of passengers rush to get on a bus door for getting on the bus often occurs, and under most conditions, the passengers cannot form a boarding team consciously, and the situation that the passengers are crowded and get on the bus in a lateral insertion mode often occurs. And because the bus door can not stop at the fixed position accurately every time and the investment of the setting of the bus station is insufficient, the bus door can not urge passengers to queue and get on the bus through the existing facilities.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the outward convex type bus getting-on guiding device which is fixed with the bus door, is directly arranged on the bus and does not influence the normal opening and closing of the bus door.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an outward convex type bus boarding guiding device which comprises a door frame, a door, a fixed shaft, a long connecting rod, a short connecting rod, a sliding block and a sliding groove, wherein the door frame and the fixed shaft are fixed on a carriage, the door is matched with the door frame, the fixed shaft is hinged with the upper portion of the door through the long connecting rod, the sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove, the sliding groove is arranged on the carriage or the door frame, the sliding block is matched with the short connecting rod through the hinged connection, the short connecting rod is fixed on the upper portion of the door, a linear laser red line module is obliquely arranged on the side face of the door frame, the linear laser red line module can emit a linear laser red line into the door frame from top to bottom, a total reflection ridge protruding out of the surface of the door is obliquely arranged on the surface of the door, and the total reflection ridge can reflect the linear laser red line. The structure is characterized in that the oblique linear laser red line module is matched with the oblique total reflection rib on the bus door to control the light path of the linear laser red line, so that the laser red line is reflected to the position, close to the bus door as far as possible, outside the bus door when the bus door is opened, a light channel corresponding to the width of the bus door is formed, and the position of getting on the bus is guided.
The further proposal is that the linear laser red line module is arranged at the upper part of the side surface of the door frame. Through improving a word laser red line module position, can effectively prevent and treat laser red line light path and influence the route of passenger of getting on the bus, also enable the position of its complex total reflection rib to shift up as far as possible simultaneously, avoid bellied total reflection rib to bring unnecessary injury to the passenger when getting on the bus. Moreover, the position of the linear laser red line module is improved, and the light path can be prolonged as far as possible, so that the linear red line finally emitted to the bottom surface is longer.
The full-reflection rib is arranged on the outer side surface of the vehicle door, and the vehicle door can shield an exit port of the linear laser red line module on the door frame when being closed. Through setting up the outside surface energy of total reflection arris strip at the door and effectively avoiding the red line light path of laser to need twice through the door to cause the problem of scattering to make the red line of guiding that finally obtains more clear. And the door shelters from the exit opening of the in-line laser red line module when being closed, so that the influence of the laser red line on the door in a closed state can be ensured, and the laser red line is completely hidden.
The invention designs an outward convex bus boarding guiding device which accurately analyzes the opening and closing mechanism of the bus door, utilizes the combination of a linear laser red line module and a total reflection rib and is matched with the structural design aiming at the application scene, realizes that a complete and clear boarding passage automatically appears when a bus parks and boards passengers, and the formed passage is only visible and can not cause substantial obstruction to the passengers, thereby guiding the passengers to queue and board the bus in order. The bus door device has the advantages of being exquisite in design, safe, reliable, low in installation and use cost and automatic, and can be directly refitted and used on the existing bus door device.

Detailed Description
To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the predetermined objects, the following detailed description of the embodiments, structures, features and effects according to the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments. The inside and outside positional relationship is based on the inside and outside of the vehicle as a reference.
Example 1.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the outward protruding bus boarding guiding device described in this embodiment includes a door frame 1, a door 2, a fixed shaft 3, a long connecting rod 4, a short connecting rod 5, a slider and a sliding groove 6, where the door frame 1 and the fixed shaft 3 are fixed on a carriage, the door 2 is matched with the door frame 1, the fixed shaft 3 is hinged with the upper portion of the door 2 through the long connecting rod 4, the slider is disposed in the sliding groove 6, the sliding groove 6 is disposed on the carriage or the door frame 1, the slider is matched with the short connecting rod 5 through the hinged connection, the short connecting rod 5 is fixed on the upper portion of the door 2, a linear laser red line module 7 is disposed on the upper portion of the side surface of the door frame 1 in an inclined manner, the linear laser red line module 7 can emit a linear laser red line 9 into the door frame 1 from top to bottom in an inclined manner, and ensure that the light on the uppermost side of the linear laser red line 9 is horizontally emitted, a total reflection ridge 8 protruding out of the surface, the total reflection rib 8 can reflect the linear laser red line 9 when the vehicle door 2 is opened, and can shield the exit port of the linear laser red line module 7 by utilizing the side surface of the vehicle door 2 when the vehicle door 2 is closed. For the control of the linear laser red line module 7, the linear laser red line module 7 can be in linkage with the opening and closing of the vehicle door 2, the linear laser red line module 7 is directly opened when the vehicle door 2 is opened, and the linear laser red line module 7 is closed when the vehicle door 2 is closed; certainly, the linear laser red line module 7 can be set in a normally open mode, namely, the linear laser red line module is opened when a vehicle starts and is closed when the vehicle stops, and the laser red line guide channel is controlled to be in a state through the structural design of the vehicle door 2 and the exit port of the linear laser red line module 7. The total reflection ribs 8 can be transparent structures formed by organic glass, and can also form the total reflection ribs 8 with a total reflection effect by utilizing mirror surfaces.
The working process of the outward convex type bus getting-on guiding device is described in the normally open state of the linear laser red line module 7.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in the closed state of the vehicle door 2, since the vehicle door 2 has a certain thickness and the edge of the vehicle door 2 has some sealing components, it can completely block the exit port of the in-line laser red line module 7, and ensure that the laser red line cannot leak to the outside to visually affect the passengers in the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 3-5, when the door is opened, the door 2 is driven by the door opening mechanism to rotate and translate by 90 degrees, so that the outer surface of the door 2 starts to turn to the side surface of the door frame 1, the light emitted by the linear laser red line module 7 obliquely and downwards irradiates the total reflection rib 8, and the red laser line is formed outside the vehicle through the reflection of the total reflection rib 8, and the door 2 on both sides is provided with the device, so that a complete boarding guide channel is formed, and passengers are guided. If a passenger inserts from the side of the channel, the red line will appear directly on the passenger, thereby playing a certain persuasion effect on the passenger.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
