Of course, in other embodiments, the positions of the first slide rail and the first slide groove may be interchanged, for example, when the first slide groove is disposed on the first slide seat 410, the first slide rail is disposed on the frame 100, and the effect is substantially unchanged.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the pressing device includes a pressing wheel 520, a second sliding seat 510, and a fifth driving element 530, a second guiding structure 540 is disposed between the second sliding seat 510 and the rack 100, the second sliding seat 510 is slidably connected to the rack 100 through the second guiding structure 540, the fifth driving element 530 is disposed on the rack 100, the fifth driving element 530 is connected to the second sliding seat 510 and can drive the second sliding seat 510 to move away from or close to the work table 200, and the pressing wheel 520 is rotatably connected to the second sliding seat 510 and can press the edge of the pot 600. The fifth driving part 530 is controlled to drive the second sliding part to slide along the guiding direction of the second guiding structure 540, so as to drive the edge pressing wheel 520 to move towards the cooker 600, the edge pressing wheel 520 is pressed against the cooker 600, the cooker 600 drives the edge pressing wheel 520 to rotate in the rotating process, so that the edge pressing wheel 520 can uniformly extrude the edge of the cooker 600, and the edge of the cooker 600 is ensured to be uniform and smooth.
In the above embodiment, the fifth driving element 530 may be a fifth electric push rod, a fifth air cylinder or a fifth hydraulic cylinder, etc., which can drive the second sliding seat 510 to move by the self-extending and contracting action, so as to realize the feeding of the material pressing wheel, for example, the fifth air cylinder selected in fig. 1; the second guiding structure 540 may be configured as a second sliding rail and a second sliding groove, the second sliding rail and the second sliding groove are in sliding fit, if the second sliding rail is disposed on the second sliding seat 510, the second sliding groove is disposed on the rack 100, and if the second sliding groove is disposed on the second sliding seat 510, the second sliding rail is disposed on the rack 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the edge pressing wheel 520 is provided with an annular groove 521, and by providing the annular groove 521, the edge of the pot 600 is extended into the annular groove 521 and limited by the top wall and the bottom wall of the annular groove 521, so as to prevent the edge of the pot 600 from being separated from the top or the bottom of the edge pressing wheel 520 and pressed by the edge pressing wheel 520.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a baffle 460 is disposed between the first cutting wheel 420 and the second cutting wheel 430, and by disposing the baffle 460, the rim material can be blocked during the process of cutting the edge of the pot 600, and the cut rim material can be prevented from flying upwards.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a controller is further included, and the controller is electrically connected to the first driving member, the second driving member 350, the third driving member 440, the fourth driving member and the fifth driving member 530, respectively. The controller is used for controlling the coordinated operation of the driving parts, so that the automatic edge turning of the cooker 600 is realized.
The operation process of the rim turning device of the pot 600 according to the embodiment of the present invention is summarized as follows:
firstly, the cooker 600 is reversely buckled on the workbench 200, then the first motor 341 is controlled to rotate, the first motor 341 drives the screw rod 342 to rotate, so that the lifting frame 320 drives the turntable 330 to press downwards, and the turntable 330 is rotated to drive the cooker 600 to rotate by controlling the second motor to rotate; then, the third cylinder and the fourth motor are controlled to operate, the third cylinder drives the first sliding seat 410 to move, so that the first cutting wheel 420 and the second cutting wheel 430 are fed to the cooker 600, meanwhile, the fourth motor drives the first cutting wheel 420 and the second cutting wheel 430 to rotate, after the edge of the cooker 600 enters the positioning groove 470, the first cutting wheel 420 and the second cutting wheel 430 are in contact with the edge of the cooker 600 and cut the edge of the cooker 600, and after redundant rim charge is cut and separated, the third cylinder is controlled to drive the sliding frame to reset; then, the fifth cylinder is controlled to drive the second sliding seat 510 to move so as to drive the pressure wheel to feed the pan 600, after the edge of the pan 600 enters the annular groove 521, the pressure wheel contacts with the edge of the pan 600, the pan 600 rotates to drive the pressure wheel to rotate, so that the edge of the pan 600 is uniformly extruded, a sharp edge is eliminated, and the edge of the pan 600 is smooth; and finally, controlling the fifth cylinder to contract to reset the second sliding seat 510, controlling the first motor 341 to rotate reversely to reset the lifting frame 320, completing the edge turning process of the cooker 600, and moving the cooker 600 out of the workbench 200.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
