The water pipeline in the cabinet is respectively connected with the water inlet ends of the refrigerating heat exchanger 7 and the heating heat exchanger 2, the medium end of the refrigerating heat exchanger 7 is connected with cooling water, the medium end of the heating heat exchanger 2 is connected with steam, and the water outlet ends of the refrigerating heat exchanger 7 and the heating heat exchanger 2 are connected with the water inlet end of the water mixing pipe 12 through pipelines.
When the sterilizer 1 is in the temperature-raising stage: circulating water in the cabinet is pumped out along the arrow direction through the first water pump 6 and the second water pump 20 and respectively enters the refrigerating heat exchanger 7 and the heating heat exchanger 2 along a circulating water pipeline 19 in the cabinet, a steam valve at a medium end of the heating heat exchanger 2 is opened, and the circulating water in the cabinet is heated by steam; the cooling water valve at the medium end of the refrigeration heat exchanger 7 is in a closed state, the refrigeration heat exchanger 7 is used as a bypass of the heating heat exchanger 2 in the temperature rising stage to play a role in balancing water temperature, and deformation caused by imbalance of internal and external pressures of the medicine 17 due to the fact that the pressure of the sterilization cavity 15 rises rapidly and the pressure of the medicine 17 is too high due to rapid temperature rising of circulating water in the cabinet is avoided.
The circulating water in the cabinet flowing through the refrigerating heat exchanger 7 and the heating heat exchanger 2 is mixed in the water mixing pipe 12, so that the water temperature is relatively uniform, the mixed circulating water respectively flows into the balance pipe 4 along the arrow direction and then flows into the constant pressure tank 3, and the pipe diameter of the balance pipe 4 is reduced from large to small, so that the water flow and the pressure flowing into the constant pressure tank 3 are relatively uniform; the temperature controller 10 is installed on the constant pressure tanks 3, the temperature controller 10 detects the temperature difference of the circulating water in the constant pressure tanks 3 and starts steam adding to finely adjust the temperature through a temperature balancing device 11 arranged at the middle section of the balancing pipe 4, so that the temperature of the circulating water in the constant pressure tanks 3 is similar; circulating water with similar temperature and pressure enters the constant pressure pipe 5 outside the cabinet through the constant pressure tank 3, flows into the constant pressure pipe 18 inside the cabinet after secondary constant pressure, flows into the water distribution discs 8 through the flow dividing pipe 9 after tertiary constant pressure, and the slight flow difference of the water distribution discs 8 is realized through the flow adjusting flower disc 13 arranged at the outlet ends of the water distribution pipes.
Circulating water flowing into the water distribution disc 8 is blocked by the retaining ring 14 and then flows into the water storage cavity of the water distribution disc 8 to form a constant water level, so that the circulating water is uniformly distributed in each first water leakage hole 21 of the water distribution disc 8, and the outflow water volume is consistent; the retainer ring 14 is used for preventing the circulating water from influencing the liquid level of the water distribution plate 8 and the like; the heated circulating water showers the medicines 17 stored in the sterilizing box 22 through the first water leakage holes 21 uniformly distributed on the water distribution plate 8, so that each medicine 17 is guaranteed to be showered by the circulating water with the same temperature and flow at the same time; the circulating water flowing through the surface of the first layer of the medicine 17 passes through the second water leakage hole 23 at the upper end of the sterilizing box 22, forms a constant liquid level water surface in the hollow interlayer 25, and then showers the medicine 17 of the next layer through the third water leakage hole 24 at the lower layer of the sterilizing box 22.
The sterilization and heat preservation stage has the same principle as the temperature rise stage;
in the sterilization and cooling stage, a cooling water valve at the medium end of the heating heat exchanger 2 is opened, and circulating water in the cabinet is cooled by cooling water; the steam valve at the medium end of the heating heat exchanger is in a closed state, and the heating heat exchanger 2 is used as a bypass of the refrigerating heat exchanger 7 in the cooling stage to play a role in balancing water temperature, so that deformation caused by unbalanced internal and external pressures of the medicine 17 due to rapid cooling of circulating water in the cabinet is avoided; meanwhile, the temperature controller 10 detects the temperature difference of the circulating water in the constant-pressure tanks 3 and starts cooling water to finely adjust the temperature through the temperature balancing device 11 arranged at the middle section of the balancing pipe 4, so that the temperature of the circulating water in the constant-pressure tanks 3 is close, the temperature balancing device 11 stops working when the temperature is lower than 100 ℃, and other working flows are the same as the temperature rise stage.
FIG. 8 is a test chart of the temperature uniformity of the sterilizer 1 using wireless verifiers, which are distributed in one unit per cube; it can be seen from the figure that the temperature difference at the same time point is only 0.16 ℃ after the system of the present invention is adopted, which is much less than the level of 1.5 ℃ in the industry and the level of +/-1 ℃ required by the regulations, and the overall temperature uniformity is 0.12 ℃.

water distribution plate (8): the water distribution disks (8) are arranged at the top of the sterilization cavity (15), a water storage cavity is arranged in each water distribution disk (8), a plurality of first water leakage holes (21) are arranged at the bottom of the water storage cavity, and each water distribution disk (8) is arranged corresponding to one flow division pipe (9);
