Abstract

本发明公开了一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾及其制备工艺。本发明由上至下依次叠加表层、导流层、内吸收层、透气底膜;拒水布设置在表层两侧;所述内吸收层由上至下包括第一高分子无尘布、第一高分子颗粒层、蓬松棉、第二高分子颗粒层、第二高分子无尘布。利用山梨酸/醋酸纤维素增加表层的抗菌性;并且通过控制醋酸纤维素表面水解比例以及与纯棉纤维的混合比例来控制薄型非织布的弱亲水性;利用薄型非织布的弱亲水性、以及设置在上面的六角形多孔结构,有效提高下渗速度的同时减少回渗量,保持表层干爽;利用含羞草增加内吸收层的抗菌性,并协同聚丙烯酸钠盐树脂快速吸收下渗血液。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品技术领域,具体为一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,女性地位的改善,女性生理周期健康的维护越来越受到重视,然而目前市面在售的卫生巾产品吸水性能优良但是吸血、锁血能力低下,无法满足女性生理周期的根本需求;产生这样的原因是目前产品均以现有国标GB/T 8939卫生巾(含卫生护垫)要求设计生产,所要求的吸水倍率测试方法中所使用的测试液为蒸馏水或去离子水,其所要求的吸收速度测试方法中所使用的标准液与实际血液成分差别巨大;产品中所使用的主要锁液材料是高吸收性树脂(SAP),依据国标为GB/T 22875-2008卫生巾高吸收性树脂,其测试吸收量和保液量所使用的测试液为蒸馏水和生理盐水,并不能反应其实际的吸血、锁血能力,满足不了实际的需要,因此,如何有效解决卫生巾产品真正的吸血、锁血能力是亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾,包括由上至下依次叠加的表层、导流层、内吸收层、透气底膜;以及设置在表层两侧的拒水布;
所述内吸收层由上至下包括第一高分子无尘布、第一高分子颗粒层、蓬松棉、第二高分子颗粒层、第二高分子无尘布。
较为优化地,所述表层为具有均匀六角形多孔结构的弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布;所述导流层为具有均匀X型孔结构的多孔膜。
较为优化地,所述第一高分子颗粒层为蜂窝状排列的高吸收性树脂;所述第二高分子颗粒层以雪花状均匀分布的高吸收性树脂。
较为优化地,所述内吸收层的厚度为0.3~1.2mm。
较为优化地,所述表层为18~40g/m2弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布;所述导流层为15~40g/m2多孔膜;所述第一高分子无尘布和第二高分子无尘布为10~17g/m2湿强纸、40~50g/m2无尘纸中一种;所述蓬松棉为30~50g/m2无纺布;所述第一高分子颗粒层和第二高分子颗粒层为50~300g/m2高吸收性树脂;所述透气底膜为15~40g/m2流延膜。
较为优化地,所述弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布包括以下成分:按重量计,纯棉纤维70~80份、山梨酸/醋酸纤维素10~30份。
较为优化地,所述高吸收性树脂包括以下成分:按重量计,含羞草水凝胶40~50份、聚丙酸钠树脂30~60份。
较为优化地,一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:弱亲型卫生用薄型无纺布的制备:
(1)醋酸纤维素的制备:将双乙酸纤维素于50~60℃下搅拌溶解在冰醋酸中,并持续搅拌20~40分钟,滴加硫酸和水,冷凝回流下反应4~12小时,加入醋酸钠终止反应,洗涤过滤,干燥,得到不同水解度的醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)山梨酸/醋酸纤维素的制备:将山梨酸加入到亚硫酰氯溶液中,于搅拌下加入3~5滴DMF,于75~85℃下反应2~3小时,真空蒸馏得到山梨氯化物,备用;将醋酸纤维素搅拌分散在DMF中,于60℃下搅拌1~2小时,加入吡啶,滴加山梨氯化物,反应24小时,得到山梨酸/醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)将称取的纯棉纤维和山梨酸/醋酸纤维素高速混合机混合,经过烘干、剪切、熔融挤出、冷却成网、粘合加固、得到薄型无纺布;
S2:高吸收性树脂的制备:
(1)将含羞草彻底洗涤干净,置于去离子水中浸泡12~18小时;将泡胀的含羞草置于40~50℃的恒温摇床中,振荡30~60分钟;所得混合物质置于纱布中挤出分离,得到水凝胶;置于80~100℃的去离子水中,搅拌,趁热过滤;所得物质置于50~60℃真空烘箱中干燥,研磨,过筛,得到200~300μm的细粉,备用;
(2)将称取的聚丙酸钠树脂和制备的含羞草水凝胶通过混合机混合均匀,混合速度为200~280rmp,得到高吸收性树脂,备用;
S3:卫生巾的制备:将表层、导流层、第一高分子无尘布、第一高分子颗粒层、蓬松棉、第二高分子颗粒层、第二高分子无尘布、透气底膜按照尺寸裁剪,按顺序胶合在一体;将拒水布粘合在表层的两侧,得到具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾。
本技术方案中,卫生巾表层、导流层、内吸收层、透气底膜,以及表层两侧的拒水布组成。
卫生巾表层为具有均匀六角形多孔结构的弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布,使得血液可以通过单点垂直下渗的方式,点点下渗,提高液体下渗速度,减少与面料接触时的扩散。另外,六角形增加了回渗阻力。导流层为具有均匀X型孔结构的多孔膜。该结构设置是为了配合表层液体的快速下渗;利用空渗透直接让高分子颗粒层直接吸收,减少顶部吸收液体比例较高的情况。内吸收层中第一高分子颗粒层为蜂窝状排列的高吸收性树脂;密集性分布是为了及时吸收大量血液,预防回渗。第二高分子颗粒层以雪花状均匀分布的高吸收性树脂。用量较少,吸收未被第一高分子颗粒层和蓬松棉吸收的残留血液,同时防止残留血液下渗。透气底膜是为了防止血液下渗污染所接触织物;两侧的拒水布,是为了防止侧漏。
其一,卫生巾的表层采用的是弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布,由纯棉纤维和山梨酸/醋酸纤维素制备而成。首先,纯棉纤维是一种吸水保水性物质,可以有效吸水防渗漏,但其不具备抑菌性,因此,引入山梨酸/醋酸纤维素来增加非织布的抑菌性,抑制卫生巾在使用过程中细菌滋生。山梨酸是一种被广泛应用于食品、化妆品中的安全防腐性,其对微生物具有抑制作用,可以用来修饰纤维素,以达到抗菌能力。而方案中,我们并未直接考虑修饰纯棉纤维素,是因为纯棉纤维具有大量的羟基,这也是吸水保水性来源,直接用山梨酸修饰,无法准确控制表层的亲水性问题。因此,我们将不同水解程度的醋酸纤维素与山梨氯化物构成酰基化反应,替换部分羟基或羧基。通过控制酸水解程度,来控制酰基化反应,从而控制醋酸纤维素部分疏水化,再将表面修饰合成了山梨酸/醋酸纤维素与纯棉纤维按比例混合制备非织布的弱亲性,即分两步有效控制薄型非织布的弱亲性,以期达到最佳性能。
所制备的弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布,具备下渗速度快、液体与面料接触后不扩散,液体在面料中残留量极少,肤感干爽、使用后目视干净,反渗量少等优点。原因是:相较于较强亲纤维面料,具有多次亲水能力,其液体穿透时间稍慢,使得面料更为干爽,回渗量会减少50%以上。而为了解决液体穿透时间稍慢的问题,我们在面料上设置了六角形多孔结构,通过单点垂直下渗的方式,液体点点下渗,提高液体下渗速度,减少与面料接触时的扩散。另外,六角形多孔的设置增加了回渗阻力。
其二,我们将导流层设置为X型结构,配合表层液体的快速下渗;同时,利用空渗透直接让高分子颗粒层直接吸收,减少顶部吸收液体比例较高的情况。
其三,内吸收层由第一高分子无尘布、第一高分子颗粒层、蓬松棉、第二高分子颗粒层、第二高分子无尘布组成。其中第一高分子颗粒层与第二高分子颗粒层所用材料相同,都为高吸收性树脂,但压合形状有所不同,第一高分子颗粒层为蜂窝状,所用原料较多,目的是快速吸收下渗血液,所以蜂窝状密集分布有利于快速吸收大量的血液;第二高分子颗粒层辅助第一高分子颗粒层吸收下渗血液为雪花状均匀分布,用量较少,因为大部份液体已被第一高分子颗粒层和蓬松棉吸收。
另外,我们所用的高吸收性树脂,是聚丙烯酸钠盐和含羞草水凝胶的混合物。首先,聚丙烯酸钠盐树脂,是常用于吸收血液用的材料,其具有高吸收,低回湿的能力,但其并不具有抗菌能力,一般情况下,会采用化学物理或化学修饰增加抗菌性,过程较为复杂,本方案中,加入含羞草水凝胶辅助聚丙烯酸钠盐树脂吸收血液的同时,增加抗菌性。且含羞草水凝胶是天然的一种亲水性的高分子网络,制备简单,且其同样具有超高吸收性,可以吸收或输送下渗血液,且其不溶于水,具有较高的结构稳定性,不会引起疲劳而产生结构崩塌,所以也已有效抑制回渗,让表面保持清爽。
其四,透气底膜采用流延膜,在透气性强的前提下,有效防止下渗血液的漏出;设置在表层两侧的拒水布,是为了防止侧漏。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:(1)利用山梨酸/醋酸纤维素增加表层的抗菌性;并且通过控制醋酸纤维素表面水解度以及与纯棉纤维的混合比例来控制薄型非织布的弱亲水性;(2)利用薄型非织布的弱亲水性、以及设置在上面的六角形多孔结构,有效提高下渗速度的同时减少回渗量,保持表层干爽(3)利用含羞草增加内吸收层的抗菌性,并协同聚丙烯酸钠盐树脂快速吸收下渗血液。

结构实施例:
参照图1~3,本实施例提供以下技术方案:
如图1所示,一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾,包括由上至下依次叠加的表层1、导流层2、内吸收层、透气底膜8;以及表层1两侧的拒水布9;
内吸收层由上至下包括第一高分子无尘布3、第一高分子颗粒层4、蓬松棉5、第二高分子颗粒层6、第二高分子无尘布7。
进一步的实施例,表层1为具有均匀六角形多孔结构的弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布;导流层2为具有均匀X型孔结构的多孔膜。
进一步的实施例,如图2所示,第一高分子颗粒层4为蜂窝状排列的高吸收性树脂;如图3所示,第二高分子颗粒层6以雪花状均匀分布的高吸收性树脂。
进一步的实施例,内吸收层的厚度为0.3~1.2mm。
进一步的实施例,表层1为18~40g/m2弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布;导流层2为15~40g/m2多孔膜;第一高分子无尘布3和第二高分子无尘布7为10~17g/m2湿强纸、40~50g/m2无尘纸中一种;蓬松棉5为30~50g/m2无纺布;第一高分子颗粒层4和第二高分子颗粒层6为50~300g/m2高吸收性树脂;透气底膜8为15~40g/m2流延膜。
所制得的卫生巾具有快速吸收血液、锁住血液、表面洁净干爽、返渗量小等优点。
实施例1:
(1)醋酸纤维素的制备:将双乙酸纤维素于50℃下搅拌溶解在冰醋酸中,并持续搅拌20分钟,滴加硫酸和水,冷凝回流下反应4小时,加入醋酸钠终止反应,洗涤过滤,干燥,得到不同水解度的醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)山梨酸/醋酸纤维素的制备:将山梨酸加入到亚硫酰氯溶液中,于搅拌下加入3滴DMF,于75℃下反应2小时,真空蒸馏得到山梨氯化物,备用;将醋酸纤维素搅拌分散在DMF中,于60℃下搅拌1小时,加入吡啶,滴加山梨氯化物,反应24小时,得到山梨酸/醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)将称取的纯棉纤维和山梨酸/醋酸纤维素高速混合机混合,经过烘干、剪切、熔融挤出、冷却成网、粘合加固、得到薄型无纺布;
S2:高吸收性树脂的制备:
(1)将含羞草彻底洗涤干净,置于去离子水中浸泡12小时;将泡胀的含羞草置于40℃的恒温摇床中,振荡30分钟;所得混合物质置于纱布中挤出分离,得到水凝胶;置于80℃的去离子水中,搅拌,趁热过滤;所得物质置于50℃真空烘箱中干燥,研磨,过筛,得到200μm的细粉,备用;
(2)将称取的聚丙酸钠树脂和制备的含羞草水凝胶通过混合机混合均匀,混合速度为200rmp,得到高吸收性树脂,备用;
S3:卫生巾的制备:将表层、导流层、第一高分子无尘布、第一高分子颗粒层、蓬松棉、第二高分子颗粒层、第二高分子无尘布、透气底膜按照尺寸裁剪,按顺序胶合在一体;将两侧的拒水布热粘合在表层的两侧,得到具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾。
本实施例中,所述高吸收性树脂包括以下成分:按重量计,含羞草水凝胶40份、聚丙酸钠树脂30份;所述弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布包括一下成分:按重量计,纯棉纤维70份、山梨酸/醋酸纤维素10份。
所述内吸收层的厚度为0.3mm。
所述表层为18g/m2弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布;所述导流层为15g/m2多孔膜;所述第一高分子无尘布和第二高分子无尘布为10g/m2湿强纸;所述蓬松棉为30g/m2无纺布;所述第一高分子颗粒层和第二高分子颗粒层为50g/m2高吸收性树脂;所述透气底膜为15g/m2流延膜。
实施例2:
S1:弱亲型卫生用薄型无纺布的制备:
(1)醋酸纤维素的制备:将双乙酸纤维素于60℃下搅拌溶解在冰醋酸中,并持续搅拌40分钟,滴加硫酸和水,冷凝回流下反应12小时,加入醋酸钠终止反应,洗涤过滤,干燥,得到不同水解度的醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)山梨酸/醋酸纤维素的制备:将山梨酸加入到亚硫酰氯溶液中,于搅拌下加入5滴DMF,于85℃下反应3小时,真空蒸馏得到山梨氯化物,备用;将醋酸纤维素搅拌分散在DMF中,于60℃下搅拌2小时,加入吡啶,滴加山梨氯化物,反应24小时,得到山梨酸/醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)将称取的纯棉纤维和山梨酸/醋酸纤维素高速混合机混合,经过烘干、剪切、熔融挤出、冷却成网、粘合加固、得到薄型无纺布;
S2:高吸收性树脂的制备:
(1)将含羞草彻底洗涤干净,置于去离子水中浸泡18小时;将泡胀的含羞草置于50℃的恒温摇床中,振荡60分钟;所得混合物质置于纱布中挤出分离,得到水凝胶;置于100℃的去离子水中,搅拌,趁热过滤;所得物质置于60℃真空烘箱中干燥,研磨,过筛,得到300μm的细粉,备用;
(2)将称取的聚丙酸钠树脂和制备的含羞草水凝胶通过混合机混合均匀,混合速度为280rmp,得到高吸收性树脂,备用;
S3:卫生巾的制备:将表层、导流层、第一高分子无尘布、第一高分子颗粒层、蓬松棉、第二高分子颗粒层、第二高分子无尘布、透气底膜按照尺寸裁剪,按顺序胶合在一体;将两侧的拒水布热粘合在表层的两侧,得到具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾。
所述高吸收性树脂包括以下成分:按重量计,含羞草水凝胶50份、聚丙酸钠树脂60份。
所述弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布包括一下成分:按重量计,纯棉纤维80份、山梨酸/醋酸纤维素30份。
所述内吸收层的厚度为1.2mm。
所述表层为40g/m2弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布;所述导流层为40g/m2多孔膜;所述第一高分子无尘布和第二高分子无尘布为50g/m2无尘纸中一种;所述蓬松棉为50g/m2无纺布;所述第一高分子颗粒层和第二高分子颗粒层为300g/m2高吸收性树脂;所述透气底膜为40g/m2流延膜。
实施例3:
S1:弱亲型卫生用薄型无纺布的制备:
(1)醋酸纤维素的制备:将双乙酸纤维素于55℃下搅拌溶解在冰醋酸中,并持续搅拌30分钟,滴加硫酸和水,冷凝回流下反应8小时,加入醋酸钠终止反应,洗涤过滤,干燥,得到不同水解度的醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)山梨酸/醋酸纤维素的制备:将山梨酸加入到亚硫酰氯溶液中,于搅拌下加入4滴DMF,于70℃下反应2.5小时,真空蒸馏得到山梨氯化物,备用;将醋酸纤维素搅拌分散在DMF中,于60℃下搅拌1.5小时,加入吡啶,滴加山梨氯化物,反应24小时,得到山梨酸/醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)将称取的纯棉纤维和山梨酸/醋酸纤维素高速混合机混合,经过烘干、剪切、熔融挤出、冷却成网、粘合加固、得到薄型无纺布;
S2:高吸收性树脂的制备:
(1)将含羞草彻底洗涤干净,置于去离子水中浸泡16小时;将泡胀的含羞草置于45℃的恒温摇床中,振荡45分钟;所得混合物质置于纱布中挤出分离,得到水凝胶;置于90℃的去离子水中,搅拌,趁热过滤;所得物质置于55℃真空烘箱中干燥,研磨,过筛,得到250μm的细粉,备用;
(2)将称取的聚丙酸钠树脂和制备的含羞草水凝胶通过混合机混合均匀,混合速度为240rmp,得到高吸收性树脂,备用;
S3:卫生巾的制备:将表层、导流层、第一高分子无尘布、第一高分子颗粒层、蓬松棉、第二高分子颗粒层、第二高分子无尘布、透气底膜按照尺寸裁剪,按顺序胶合在一体;将两侧的拒水布热粘合在表层的两侧,得到具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾。
所述高吸收性树脂包括以下成分:按重量计,含羞草水凝胶45份、聚丙酸钠树脂45份。
所述弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布包括一下成分:按重量计,纯棉纤维75份、山梨酸/醋酸纤维素20份。
所述内吸收层的厚度为0.7mm。
所述表层为29g/m2弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布;所述导流层为22g/m2多孔膜;所述第一高分子无尘布为13g/m2湿强纸;第二高分子无尘布为45g/m2无尘纸中一种;所述蓬松棉为40g/m2无纺布;所述第一高分子颗粒层和第二高分子颗粒层为150g/m2高吸收性树脂;所述透气底膜为12g/m2流延膜。
实施例4:与实施例3相同,不加入山梨酸/醋酸纤维素。
实施例5:与实施例3相同,不加入含羞草水凝胶。
实验:将实施例1~3,进行卫生巾吸收速度的测试、回渗量测试、抗菌性测试以及临床试验。具体如下:
实验1:卫生巾吸收速度测试方法:将倒有测试液的烧杯放入26℃的恒温水浴锅进行加热、恒温至标准合成试液的温度为(23±1)℃;取实施例制备的产品,将其平贴在实验台上,将实验长管放在产品靠前端2/3的位置;取3ml的标准合成试液注入长管,记录标准合成试液接触产品表面至长管内液体完全被吸收后看到产品表面的时间;间隔3分钟后取3ml标准合成试液按上述方法进行第2次测试,记录数据;间隔3分钟后取3ml标准合成试液按上述方法进行第3次测试,记录数据。所得结果如表1所示。
实验2:卫生巾回渗量测试方法:吸收速度测试结束后,拿开实验长管,放置2分钟;取适当数量滤纸,称其重量,然后归零;2分钟后将滤纸和1Kg的压块放置平压在产品吸收的部位表面,静止10秒;10秒后取下滤纸,称量吸收人工血液后的滤纸的重量,记录数据。所得结果如表1所示。
实验3:抑菌性测试:取实施例制备的卫生巾样品,裁剪一小片,参照GB/T20944.3-2008振荡法对无纺布针对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌进行抑菌性能测试,所得结果如表1所示。

结论:实施例1~3,从吸收数据和回渗量来看,所制备的卫生巾具有超强吸血、锁血能力。且对常见的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌率都大于70%,具有优异的抗菌性。
将实施例3与实施例4对比,未加山梨酸/醋酸纤维素,可以第一次吸收速率有小幅度增加,但回渗量有大幅度增加,表明部分疏水化的山梨酸/醋酸纤维素,确实可以有效减少回渗量。且抗菌性也有下降。表明山梨酸/醋酸纤维素增加了卫生巾的抗菌性。
将实施例5与实施例3对比,吸收速度有所下降,回渗量上升,表明含羞草会凝胶协同聚丙烯酸钠盐树脂产生吸血、锁血功能;抗菌性也有所下降,结合实施例4,表明含羞草水凝胶协同山梨酸/醋酸纤维素共同增加卫生巾的抗菌性。
实验4:临床试验:在安全、确保无副作用的情况下,将本发明制备的卫生巾产品发给118名处于生理周期中的女性使用,经反馈,本发明产品在吸收血液、锁定血液方面有显著成效,有效率多达98%以上,产品表面血液残留很少,干爽、舒适,安全健康,较同类产品性能有巨大提升,是卫生巾产品上的一大创新,从根本上解决了产品吸血能力的问题(而不是吸水强,吸血差),为消费者提供全新体验,为行业发展提供了新机遇,从而带来巨大的经济和社会效益。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾,其特征在于:包括由上至下依次叠加的表层(1)、导流层(2)、内吸收层、透气底膜(8);以及设置在表层(1)两侧的拒水布(9);
所述内吸收层由上至下包括第一高分子无尘布(3)、第一高分子颗粒层(4)、蓬松棉(5)、第二高分子颗粒层(6)、第二高分子无尘布(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾,其特征在于:所述表层(1)为具有均匀六角形多孔结构的弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布;所述导流层(2)为具有均匀X型孔结构的多孔膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾,其特征在于:所述第一高分子颗粒层(4)为蜂窝状排列的高吸收性树脂;所述第二高分子颗粒层(6)以雪花状均匀分布的高吸收性树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾,其特征在于:所述内吸收层的厚度为0.3~1.2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾,其特征在于:所述表层(1)为18~40g/m2弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布;所述导流层(2)为15~40g/m2多孔膜;所述第一高分子无尘布(3)和第二高分子无尘布(7)为10~17g/m2湿强纸、40~50g/m2无尘纸中一种;所述蓬松棉(5)为30~50g/m2无纺布;所述第一高分子颗粒层(4)和第二高分子颗粒层(6)为50~300g/m2高吸收性树脂;所述透气底膜(8)为15~40g/m2流延膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾,其特征在于:所述弱亲型卫生用薄型非织布包括以下成分:按重量计,纯棉纤维70~80份、山梨酸/醋酸纤维素10~30份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾,其特征在于:所述高吸收性树脂包括以下成分:按重量计,含羞草水凝胶40~50份、聚丙酸钠树脂30~60份。
8.一款具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:弱亲型卫生用薄型无纺布的制备:
(1)醋酸纤维素的制备:将双乙酸纤维素于50~60℃下搅拌溶解在冰醋酸中,并持续搅拌20~40分钟,滴加硫酸和水,冷凝回流下反应4~12小时,加入醋酸钠终止反应,洗涤过滤,干燥,得到不同水解度的醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)山梨酸/醋酸纤维素的制备:将山梨酸加入到亚硫酰氯溶液中,于搅拌下加入3~5滴DMF,于75~85℃下反应2~3小时,真空蒸馏得到山梨氯化物,备用;将醋酸纤维素搅拌分散在DMF中,于60℃下搅拌1~2小时,加入吡啶,滴加山梨氯化物,反应24小时,得到山梨酸/醋酸纤维素,备用;
(2)将称取的纯棉纤维和山梨酸/醋酸纤维素高速混合机混合,经过烘干、剪切、熔融挤出、冷却成网、粘合加固、得到薄型无纺布;
S2:高吸收性树脂的制备:
(1)将含羞草彻底洗涤干净,置于去离子水中浸泡12~18小时;将泡胀的含羞草置于40~50℃的恒温摇床中,振荡30~60分钟;所得混合物质置于纱布中挤出分离,得到水凝胶;置于80~100℃的去离子水中,搅拌,趁热过滤;所得物质置于50~60℃真空烘箱中干燥,研磨,过筛,得到200~300μm的细粉,备用;
(2)将称取的聚丙酸钠树脂和制备的含羞草水凝胶通过混合机混合均匀,混合速度为200~280rmp,得到高吸收性树脂,备用;
S3:卫生巾的制备:将表层(1)、导流层(2)、第一高分子无尘布(3)、第一高分子颗粒层(4)、蓬松棉(5)、第二高分子颗粒层(6)、第二高分子无尘布(7)、透气底膜(8)按照尺寸裁剪,按顺序胶合在一体;将拒水布(9)粘合在表层(1)的两侧,得到具有超强吸血、锁血能力的卫生巾。
