Abstract

本发明涉及一种铝型材连接组装结构,分离式塑料涨紧块短凸起条端插入柜体横梁空腔Ⅱ内,内六角螺钉螺杆依次插入柜体立柱上端外立柱面大孔、内立柱面小孔和分离式塑料涨紧块一条圆形孔中,将柜体立柱和柜体横梁连接在一起,装饰孔盖扣装在柜体立柱外立柱面大孔上;塑料插接块四个凸起壁端插入柜体纵梁空腔Ⅲ内,将塑料插接块固定在柜体纵梁上;塑料插接块大插接块从柜体立柱上端插入空腔Ⅰ内,柜体立柱弯折边置于塑料插接块齿形槽口内,将柜体纵梁与柜体立柱连接在一起。本发明的有益效果是:通过该结构实现铝合金储物柜柜体立柱与横梁、纵梁的连接,紧固后不会造成松脱现象发生。

Description

一种铝型材连接组装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝型材连接组装结构,用于各种铝合金柜、架、台结构的连接。
背景技术
目前铝合金储物柜柜体立柱与横梁、纵梁连接方式普遍采用锁扣式结构,如图9、图10、图11所示,将锁扣式结构一端锁销的椭圆形锁帽端对应插入柜体立柱连接面椭圆形孔中转动90度,椭圆形锁帽卡装在柜体立柱椭圆形孔中,将锁扣式结构另一端插入横梁空腔中与横梁空腔紧配合,锁扣式结构上的螺纹顶丝显露在横梁侧面的孔中,通过旋转顶丝,顶丝进入锁销V型缺口内,使带有V型缺口的锁销发生轴向位移将立柱与横梁而固定锁紧。
其不足之处为:
1.在实际应用中顶丝旋紧后因锁销轴向拉力容易回转,造成锁扣松脱。2.因锁销轴向移量是固定的,当铝型材加工顶丝固定孔时一但产生偏差都会造成锁销回位不足,进而产生立柱与横梁不能锁紧的情况发生。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种铝型材连接组装结构,通过该结构实现铝合金储物柜柜体立柱与横梁、纵梁的连接,结构紧固后不会造成松脱现象发生。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种铝型材连接组装结构,包括柜体立柱、柜体横梁、柜体纵梁,还包括塑料插接块、内六角螺钉、装饰孔盖和分离式塑料涨紧块;
所述分离式塑料涨紧块由连为一体的涨紧块Ⅰ和涨紧块Ⅱ组成;
将涨紧块Ⅰ和涨紧块Ⅱ折叠在一起,涨紧块Ⅰ的一段半圆形槽Ⅰ和涨紧块Ⅱ的一段半圆形槽Ⅱ对接后构成一条圆形孔;
将分离式塑料涨紧块短凸起条端插入柜体横梁空腔Ⅱ内,使分离式塑料涨紧块一条圆形孔端面与柜体横梁端面平齐;
将内六角螺钉螺杆端依次插入柜体立柱上端外立柱面大孔、内立柱面小孔与分离式塑料涨紧块一条圆形孔螺接,顺时针转动内六角螺钉,内六角螺钉在一条圆形孔内向前方移动,将涨紧块Ⅰ和涨紧块Ⅱ涨开,使涨紧块Ⅰ的数条长凸起条Ⅰ、数条短凸起条Ⅰ和涨紧块Ⅱ的数条长凸起条Ⅱ、数条短凸起条Ⅱ分别与柜体横梁空腔Ⅱ内上下面涨紧,六角螺钉的螺帽面与柜体立柱内立柱面小孔面贴合,使柜体立柱和柜体横梁连接在一起,将装饰孔盖扣装在柜体立柱外立柱面大孔上;
将塑料插接块四个凸起壁端插入柜体纵梁空腔Ⅲ内,用木锤敲击塑料插接块大插接块端面至大插接块与中插接块之间的凸起壁与柜体纵梁空腔Ⅲ面完全贴合,使四个凸起壁与空腔Ⅲ内四面涨紧,将塑料插接块固定在柜体纵梁上;
将塑料插接块大插接块置于柜体立柱空腔Ⅰ上方,柜体立柱的弯折边与塑料插接块齿形槽口相对应,用木锤向下敲击塑料插接块,使塑料插接块大插接块置于柜体立柱空腔Ⅰ内,柜体立柱弯折边插入塑料插接块的齿形槽口内,直至柜体立柱上端面与柜体纵梁顶端面平齐,使柜体纵梁与柜体立柱连接在一起。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)、利用铝合金型材结构,将塑料涨紧块置于横梁中,通过螺钉穿过立柱拧入塑料涨紧块中,使涨紧块发生分离变形,进而在铝合金腔体内涨紧,实现横梁与立柱紧固,安装方便,经测试,单个涨紧块可承受不小于25公斤拉力。
2)、将塑料插接块两端分别连接柜体立柱和柜体纵梁构成直角紧固结构,连接紧固。
3)、通过上述两步骤可以方便快捷实现柜体三维立体结构,结构紧固后不会造成松脱现象发生。

具体实施方式
如图1至图8所示,一种铝型材连接组装结构,包括柜体立柱1、柜体横梁2、柜体纵梁3,还包括塑料插接块4、内六角螺钉5、装饰孔盖6和分离式塑料涨紧块7。
塑料插接块4由一体结构的大插接块、中插接块和两块小插接块构成,其截面为矩形,在大插接块与中插接块之间、中插接块与小插接块之间和两个小插接块之间及第一个小插接块的端面均为一圈凸起壁4-1,四个凸起壁4-1朝向小插接块方向的四周面均为弧面4-1-1,四个凸起壁4-1周边尺寸朝向小插接块方向依次逐渐缩小,在大插接块和凸起壁4-1之间设有一段齿形槽口4-2,这端大插接块周边尺寸大于另一端大插接块的周边尺寸。
分离式塑料涨紧块7通过连接件7-3将涨紧块Ⅰ7-1和涨紧块Ⅱ7-2连为一体,在涨紧块Ⅰ7-1上面的一侧面上间隔设有数条长凸起条Ⅰ7-1-1,长凸起条Ⅰ7-1-1一面为平面,另一面为斜面Ⅰ7-1-2,在另一侧面上间隔设有数条短凸起条Ⅰ7-1-3短凸起条Ⅰ7-1-3一面为平面,另一面为斜面Ⅱ7-1-4,沿涨紧块Ⅰ7-1内面的长面上设有一段半圆形槽Ⅰ7-1-5,其中宽半圆形槽和窄半圆形槽之间为锥形槽Ⅰ7-1-5-1;
在涨紧块Ⅱ7-2上面的一侧面上间隔设有数条长凸起条Ⅱ7-2-1,长凸起条Ⅱ7-2-1一面为平面,另一面为斜面Ⅲ7-2-2,在另一侧面上间隔设有数条短凸起条Ⅱ7-2-3短凸起条Ⅱ7-2-3一面为平面,另一面为斜面Ⅳ7-2-4,沿涨紧块Ⅱ7-2内面的长面上设有一段半圆形槽Ⅱ7-2-5,其中宽半圆形槽和窄半圆形槽之间为锥形槽Ⅱ7-2-5-1。
将涨紧块Ⅰ7-1和涨紧块Ⅱ7-2折叠在一起,涨紧块Ⅰ7-1的一段半圆形槽Ⅰ7-1-5和涨紧块Ⅱ7-2的一段半圆形槽Ⅱ7-2-5对接后构成一条圆形孔7-3。
将分离式塑料涨紧块7短凸起条端插入柜体横梁2空腔Ⅱ2-1内,使分离式塑料涨紧块7一条圆形孔7-3端面与柜体横梁2端面平齐;
将内六角螺钉5螺杆端依次插入柜体立柱1上端外立柱面大孔1-1、内立柱面小孔1-2与分离式塑料涨紧块7一条圆形孔7-3螺接,顺时针转动内六角螺钉5,内六角螺钉5在一条圆形孔7-3内向前方移动,将涨紧块Ⅰ7-1和涨紧块Ⅱ7-2涨开,使涨紧块Ⅰ7-1的数条长凸起条Ⅰ7-1-1、数条短凸起条Ⅰ7-1-3和涨紧块Ⅱ7-2的数条长凸起条Ⅱ7-2-1、数条短凸起条Ⅱ7-2-3分别与柜体横梁2空腔Ⅱ2-1内上下面涨紧,六角螺钉5的螺帽面与柜体立柱1内立柱面小孔1-2面贴合,使柜体立柱1和柜体横梁2连接在一起,将装饰孔盖6扣装在柜体立柱1外立柱面大孔1-1上。
将塑料插接块4四个凸起壁4-1端插入柜体纵梁3空腔Ⅲ3-1内,用木锤敲击塑料插接块4大插接块端面至大插接块与中插接块之间的凸起壁4-1与柜体纵梁3空腔Ⅲ3-1面完全贴合,使四个凸起壁4-1与空腔Ⅲ3-1内四面涨紧,将塑料插接块4固定在柜体纵梁3上;
将塑料插接块4大插接块置于柜体立柱1空腔Ⅰ1-3上方,柜体立柱1的弯折边1-4与塑料插接块4齿形槽口4-2相对应,用木锤向下敲击塑料插接块4,使塑料插接块4大插接块置于柜体立柱1空腔Ⅰ1-3内,柜体立柱1弯折边1-4插入塑料插接块4的齿形槽口4-2内,直至柜体立柱1上端面与柜体纵梁3顶端面平齐,使柜体纵梁3与柜体立柱1连接在一起。

1.一种铝型材连接组装结构,包括柜体立柱(1)、柜体横梁(2)、柜体纵梁(3),其特征在于:还包括塑料插接块(4)、内六角螺钉(5)、装饰孔盖(6)和分离式塑料涨紧块(7);
所述分离式塑料涨紧块(7)由连为一体的涨紧块Ⅰ(7-1)和涨紧块Ⅱ(7-2)组成;
将涨紧块Ⅰ(7-1)和涨紧块Ⅱ(7-2)折叠在一起,涨紧块Ⅰ(7-1)的一段半圆形槽Ⅰ(7-1-5)和涨紧块Ⅱ(7-2)的一段半圆形槽Ⅱ(7-2-5)对接后构成一条圆形孔(7-3);
将分离式塑料涨紧块(7)短凸起条端插入柜体横梁(2)空腔Ⅱ(2-1)内,使分离式塑料涨紧块(7)一条圆形孔(7-3)端面与柜体横梁(2)端面平齐;
将内六角螺钉(5)螺杆端依次插入柜体立柱(1)上端外立柱面大孔(1-1)、内立柱面小孔(1-2)与分离式塑料涨紧块(7)一条圆形孔(7-3)螺接,顺时针转动内六角螺钉(5),内六角螺钉(5)在一条圆形孔(7-3)内向前方移动,将涨紧块Ⅰ(7-1)和涨紧块Ⅱ(7-2)涨开,使涨紧块Ⅰ(7-1)的数条长凸起条Ⅰ(7-1-1)、数条短凸起条Ⅰ(7-1-3)和涨紧块Ⅱ(7-2)的数条长凸起条Ⅱ(7-2-1)、数条短凸起条Ⅱ(7-2-3)分别与柜体横梁(2)空腔Ⅱ(2-1)内上下面涨紧,六角螺钉(5)的螺帽面与柜体立柱(1)内立柱面小孔(1-2)面贴合,使柜体立柱(1)和柜体横梁(2)连接在一起,将装饰孔盖(6)扣装在柜体立柱(1)外立柱面大孔(1-1)上;
将塑料插接块(4)四个凸起壁(4-1)端插入柜体纵梁(3)空腔Ⅲ(3-1)内,用木锤敲击塑料插接块(4)大插接块端面至大插接块与中插接块之间的凸起壁(4-1)与柜体纵梁(3)空腔Ⅲ(3-1)面完全贴合,使四个凸起壁(4-1)与空腔Ⅲ(3-1)内四面涨紧,将塑料插接块(4)固定在柜体纵梁(3)上;
将塑料插接块(4)大插接块置于柜体立柱(1)空腔Ⅰ(1-3)上方,柜体立柱(1)的弯折边(1-4)与塑料插接块(4)齿形槽口(4-2)相对应,用木锤向下敲击塑料插接块(4),使塑料插接块(4)大插接块置于柜体立柱(1)空腔Ⅰ(1-3)内,柜体立柱(1)弯折边(1-4)插入塑料插接块(4)的齿形槽口(4-2)内,直至柜体立柱(1)上端面与柜体纵梁(3)顶端面平齐,使柜体纵梁(3)与柜体立柱(1)连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝型材连接组装结构,其特征在于:所述塑料插接块(4)由一体结构的大插接块、中插接块和两块小插接块构成,其截面为矩形,在大插接块与中插接块之间、中插接块与小插接块之间和两个小插接块之间及第一个小插接块的端面均为一圈凸起壁(4-1),四个凸起壁(4-1)朝向小插接块方向的四周面均为弧面(4-1-1),四个凸起壁(4-1)周边尺寸朝向小插接块方向依次逐渐缩小,在大插接块和凸起壁(4-1)之间设有一段齿形槽口(4-2),这端大插接块周边尺寸大于另一端大插接块的周边尺寸。
