The side positioning plates 3 are used for ensuring that the side surfaces of all components of the stair 10 are flush. The end positioning bevel 2-1 is used for ensuring the position accuracy of the first end plate 10-1 of the stair. The second bottom plate 10-4 of the stair is placed on the first end plate 10-1 of the stair and the inner plate 10-3 of the stair, so that the position accuracy of the second bottom plate 10-4 of the stair is naturally ensured. The second stair end plate 10-7 is jointed with the first stair bottom plate 10-2 and the second stair bottom plate 10-4, so that the position accuracy of the second stair end plate 10-7 is naturally ensured. The step positioning strips 5-1 ensure the position accuracy of the step vertical plate 10-5 and the step flat plate 10-6. The present invention thus enables the precision of the produced staircase 10 to be ensured.
When the stairs 10 are assembled, the positioning of the components of each stair can be realized only by fitting the components of the stairs 10 with the corresponding surfaces of the mold, so that the marking or measuring is greatly reduced, and the assembly is convenient and quick.
One function of the movable step positioning device 5 is to prevent the step positioning strip 5-1 from interfering with the assembly of the first stair end plate 10-1, the first stair bottom plate 10-2, the inner stair plate 10-3, the second stair bottom plate 10-4 and the second stair end plate 10-7. Another function is to avoid the step location bar 5-1 from obstructing the removal of the assembled staircase 10.
One function of the supporting device 4 is to lift the stair 10 a little after the stair 10 is assembled, so that the step vertical plate 10-5 and the step flat plate 10-6 leave the step positioning strip 5-1, the step positioning device 5 is facilitated to move, and the step vertical plate 10-5 and the step flat plate 10-6 are prevented from moving due to the movement of the step positioning strip 5-1. After the stair 10 is assembled, before the material of the components for connecting the components is completely solidified, the components except the first bottom plate 10-2 of the stair cannot be lifted or are lifted by a forklift, otherwise, the stair 10 is easily damaged. The other function of the lifting device 4 is therefore to move the first floor 10-2 of the staircase away from the mould floor 1, facilitating the removal of the staircase 10 by moving the first floor 10-2 with a forklift or the like.
The step positioning means 5 needs to be moved in a direction perpendicular to the side positioning plate 3, and a guide structure 8 should be provided to guide the movement thereof, and obviously the guide structure 8 should be provided in a direction perpendicular to the side positioning plate 3. The specific structure of the guide structure 8 is preferably that the guide structure 8 comprises two guide rods 8-1 arranged at intervals and a guide sleeve 8-2 matched with the guide rods 8-1; the step positioning device 5 comprises a cross beam 5-2, the cross beam 5-2 is connected with two guide sleeves 8-2, and a step positioning strip 5-1 is connected with the cross beam 5-2.
The step positioning device 5 can be automatically moved by adopting the existing driving device such as an electric telescopic rod. The step positioning device 5 can also be made lighter, so that the step positioning device 5 can be pushed and pulled manually to move. In order to reduce the weight of the step positioning means 5, the step positioning means 5 may be made of an aluminum alloy, and the step positioning strip 5-1 may be hollow. A handle 5-3 may be attached to the cross-beam 5-2 to facilitate pulling the step positioning device 5.
The pure manual movement and positioning of the supporting device 4 are not easy to realize, and a lifting driving device 6 is required to drive the supporting device 4.
The specific structure of the lifting device 4 is preferably as follows: the supporting device 4 comprises a supporting device bottom plate 4-2 and guide columns 4-3, the guide columns 4-3 are vertically arranged, the supporting device bottom plate 4-2 is horizontally arranged and sleeved on the guide columns 4-3, and the supporting structure 4-1 is connected with the supporting device bottom plate 4-2. The guide post 4-3 is used for lifting and guiding the bottom plate 4-2 of the lifting device and the lifting structure 4-1. The lifting driving device 6 drives the bottom plate 4-2 of the lifting device to lift, and all the lifting structures 4-1 can be driven to lift.
The specific structure of the elevation drive device 6 is preferably as follows: the lifting driving device 6 comprises a hydraulic jack 6-1 and a jack oil distribution device 6-2 connected with the hydraulic jack 6-1, and the hydraulic jack 6-1 is positioned below the center of the bottom plate 4-2 of the supporting device. The jack oil distribution device 6-2 should be easy to operate and is therefore preferably arranged outside the mould base plate 1. The lifting driving device 6 is designed by referring to the existing hydraulic jack, and only separates the jacking part from the oil distribution part, which can be easily realized by the technical personnel in the field.
To facilitate removal of the staircase 10, the holding structure 4-1 is preferably a roller.
As mentioned above, after the stair 10 is assembled, before the material of the members connecting the members is completely solidified, the members except the first bottom plate 10-2 of the stair cannot be lifted or lifted by a forklift, otherwise the stair 10 is easily damaged. But even if the first floor 10-2 of the staircase is lifted or forked by a forklift, the joggling during the movement may damage the staircase 10. If the stairs 10 are placed on the mould bottom plate 1 for a long time to wait for the solidification of the component materials, the mould position is occupied for a long time, and the assembly of the next stair 10 is influenced.
In order to avoid the above problems, it is preferable that the prefabricated house stair assembling mold comprises a stair placement device 7 at one end of the mold base plate 1, the end positioning slope 2-1 faces the stair placement device 7, and the stair placement device 7 comprises a plurality of stair supporting rollers 7-1.
Therefore, the stair 10 is assembled, after the supporting structure 4-1 is lifted, the stair 10 is moved out a little along the width direction of the mold bottom plate 1, and force is applied to the first bottom plate 10-2 of the stair during movement. Pushing the stair 10 along the length direction of the mold bottom plate 1, applying force to the first bottom plate 10-2 of the stair, and pushing the stair 10 to the stair supporting wheel 7-1 for placement; the stair 10 is easy to move due to the function of the supporting structure 4-1 (roller) and the stair supporting wheel 7-1. After the material of the component has solidified to a sufficient strength, the staircase 10 is removed from the mould.
In order to facilitate moving the stairs 10 a little along the width direction of the mould bottom plate 1, the side positioning plate 3 is provided with a pushing hole 3-2. A roller may be used to pass through the push-through hole 3-2 and push the first bottom plate 10-2, thereby facilitating a small removal of the staircase 10 in the width direction of the mould bottom plate 1. The side positioning plate 3 should also be provided with a through hole 3-1 or the like to allow the step positioning bar 5-1 to pass through.
The invention may also be provided with a frame 9 for mounting the components.
