The specific way of adjusting the length of the adjusting rod 2-3 can be that the adjusting rod 2-3 comprises two end positioning plate adjusting screws 2-3-1 and one end positioning plate adjusting sleeve 2-3-2, the thread turning directions of the two end positioning plate adjusting screws 2-3-1 are opposite, the end positioning plate adjusting sleeve 2-3-2 is in threaded connection with the two end positioning plate adjusting screws 2-3-1, and the length of the adjusting rod 2-3 can be changed by rotating the end positioning plate adjusting sleeve 2-3-2.
The pure manual movement and positioning of the supporting device 4 are not easy to realize, and a lifting driving device 6 is required to drive the supporting device 4.
The specific structure of the lifting device 4 is preferably as follows: the supporting device 4 comprises a supporting device bottom plate 4-2 and guide columns 4-3, the guide columns 4-3 are vertically arranged, the supporting device bottom plate 4-2 is horizontally arranged and sleeved on the guide columns 4-3, and the supporting structure 4-1 is connected with the supporting device bottom plate 4-2. The guide post 4-3 is used for lifting and guiding the bottom plate 4-2 of the lifting device and the lifting structure 4-1. The lifting driving device 6 drives the bottom plate 4-2 of the lifting device to lift, and all the lifting structures 4-1 can be driven to lift.
The specific structure of the elevation drive device 6 is preferably as follows: the lifting driving device 6 comprises a hydraulic jack 6-1 and a jack oil distribution device 6-2 connected with the hydraulic jack 6-1, and the hydraulic jack 6-1 is positioned below the center of the bottom plate 4-2 of the supporting device. The jack oil distribution device 6-2 should be easy to operate and is therefore preferably arranged outside the mould base plate 1. The lifting driving device 6 is designed by referring to the existing hydraulic jack, and only separates the jacking part from the oil distribution part, which can be easily realized by the technical personnel in the field.
As mentioned above, after the stair 10 is assembled, before the material of the members connecting the members is completely solidified, the members except the first bottom plate 10-2 of the stair cannot be lifted or lifted by a forklift, otherwise the stair 10 is easily damaged. But even if the first floor 10-2 of the staircase is lifted or forked by a forklift, the joggling during the movement may damage the staircase 10. If the stairs 10 are placed on the mould bottom plate 1 for a long time to wait for the solidification of the component materials, the mould position is occupied for a long time, and the assembly of the next stair 10 is influenced.
In order to avoid the problems, the stair assembling mould for the adjustable prefabricated house preferably comprises a stair placing device 7 positioned at one end of a mould base plate 1, a supporting structure 4-1 is a roller, and the stair placing device 7 comprises a plurality of stair supporting wheels 7-1.
Therefore, the stair 10 is assembled, after the supporting structure 4-1 is lifted, the stair 10 is moved out a little along the width direction of the mold bottom plate 1, and force is applied to the first bottom plate 10-2 of the stair during movement. Pushing the stair 10 along the length direction of the mold bottom plate 1, applying force to the first bottom plate 10-2 of the stair, and pushing the stair 10 to the stair supporting wheel 7-1 for placement; the stair 10 is easy to move due to the function of the supporting structure 4-1 (roller) and the stair supporting wheel 7-1. After the material of the component has solidified to a sufficient strength, the staircase 10 is removed from the mould.
In order to facilitate moving the stairs 10 a little along the width direction of the mould bottom plate 1, the side positioning plate 3 is provided with a pushing hole 3-2. A roller may be used to pass through the push-through hole 3-2 and push the first bottom plate 10-2, thereby facilitating a small removal of the staircase 10 in the width direction of the mould bottom plate 1. The side positioning plate 3 should be further provided with a passing hole 3-1 or the like so that the step positioning bar 5-1 can pass through, as shown in fig. 3, the passing hole 3-1 should be longer to accommodate the position adjustment of each step positioning bar 5-1 and to accommodate the increase in the number of the step positioning bars 5-1.
The invention may also be provided with a frame 9 for mounting the components.

Claims (9)

1. Mould is assembled to assembled house stair with adjustable, its characterized in that: comprises a die bottom plate (1), an end positioning structure (2), a side positioning plate (3), a supporting device (4) and a step positioning device (5); the side positioning plate (3) is vertically arranged, and the die bottom plate (1) and the step positioning device (5) are respectively positioned at two sides of the side positioning plate (3); the die bottom plate (1) is horizontally arranged, and a supporting device hole (1-1) is formed in the die bottom plate (1); the end positioning structure (2) comprises an end positioning plate (2-1), the end positioning plate (2-1) is vertical to the side positioning plate (3), and the included angle between the end positioning plate (2-1) and the die bottom plate (1) is adjustable; the step positioning device (5) comprises a plurality of step positioning strips (5-1), the step positioning strips (5-1) are perpendicular to the side positioning plate (3), each step positioning strip (5-1) is arranged at intervals along the length direction of the side positioning plate (3), two perpendicular step positioning surfaces (5-1-1) are arranged on the step positioning strips (5-1), the height of the step positioning strips (5-1) and the position along the length direction of the side positioning plate (3) are adjustable, the step positioning strips (5-1) can rotate around the axis of the step positioning strips to adjust the angle, and the step positioning device (5) can move to the position, above the die bottom plate (1), of the step positioning strips (5-1) along the direction perpendicular to the side positioning plate (3); the supporting device (4) is positioned below the die bottom plate (1), the supporting device (4) comprises a supporting structure (4-1) which corresponds to the supporting device hole (1-1), and the supporting structure (4-1) can move upwards to expose the die bottom plate (1);
the device also comprises a guide structure (8), wherein the guide structure (8) comprises two guide rods (8-1) arranged at intervals and a guide sleeve (8-2) matched with the guide rods (8-1); the step positioning device (5) is connected with the guide sleeve (8-2).
