Abstract
The invention relates to the field of subway construction, in particular to assembling equipment for a bottom layer assembly of an assembled subway station, which comprises a rack and a hanger, wherein the rack is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the rack to move; the lateral assembling mechanism comprises a second lifting device and a second pressing device, the second lifting device is detachably connected to the lateral members, the second pressing device is used for pressing the two adjacent lateral members, the first lifting device and the second lifting device are used for lifting and positioning the middle members and the lateral members, and the first pressing device and the second pressing device are used for pressing the middle members and the lateral members onto the assembled prefabricated members.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of subway construction, in particular to assembling equipment for a bottom layer assembly of an assembled subway station.
Background
The existing subway station and underground continuous wall are constructed in a cast-in-place mode, namely, a reinforcement cage is filled and wrapped by concrete slurry, and after the concrete is solidified, the concrete is tightly combined with the reinforcement cage to form a floor slab, a wallboard or an underground continuous wall of the station. However, in-situ casting is difficult to ensure the proportion of concrete, the casting site environment is not controllable, and foreign matters are easy to invade into unset concrete, so that a station or an underground continuous wall cannot reach the design index, and potential safety hazards are left for later construction.
In order to ensure the quality of a building body and an underground continuous wall of a station and improve the construction efficiency, a plurality of prefabricated wallboards are prefabricated, the production environment of the prefabricated wallboards can be controlled by a prefabricating factory, and the concrete proportion of the prefabricated wallboards or the prefabricated floorboards is ensured to be accurate.
For an assembly type subway station formed by prefabricated parts, each prefabricated part of the station needs to be accurately installed at a proper position, and the existing hoisting equipment such as a gantry crane cannot meet the positioning accuracy of the installation of the prefabricated parts.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an assembling device for a bottom layer assembly of an assembled subway station, so as to solve the problem that a positioning and installing device for prefabricated parts is not available at present.
Based on this, the invention provides an assembling device for bottom layer components of an assembled subway station, which comprises:

a hanger slidably connected to the frame;
the hanging bracket is provided with a middle assembling mechanism and a lateral assembling mechanism, the middle assembling mechanism comprises a first lifting device and a first pressing device, the first lifting device is detachably connected to an intermediate member of a bottom layer assembly of the assembled subway station, and the first pressing device is used for pressing two adjacent intermediate members; the lateral assembling mechanism comprises a second lifting device and a second pressing device, the second lifting device is detachably connected to a lateral member of a bottom layer assembly of the assembled subway station, and the second pressing device is used for pressing two adjacent lateral members tightly.
Preferably, the first lifting device comprises a lifting platform which is slidably connected to the lifting frame in the vertical direction.
Preferably, the first trolley further comprises a first connecting part which is slidably connected to the trolley platform in the horizontal direction, the first connecting part being detachably connected to the intermediate member.
Preferably, the second lifting device comprises a lifting sliding table which is slidably connected to the end of the lifting beam in the horizontal direction, and the lifting sliding table is detachably connected to the lateral member.
Preferably, the second overhead hoist further comprises a second connecting part which is slidably connected to the overhead slide in the vertical direction, and the second connecting part is detachably connected to the lateral member.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the assembling device for the bottom layer assembly of the fabricated subway station of the present invention is schematically shown, and comprises a frame 1 and a hanger 2, wherein the frame 1 is provided with a driving mechanism 11 for driving the frame to move, the driving mechanism 11 includes, but is not limited to, a driving wheel, so that the frame 1 can move in the length direction of the fabricated subway station, the hanger 2 is arranged along the width direction of the fabricated subway station, and the hanger 2 is slidably connected to the frame 1, and the hanger 2 and the frame 1 can slide relatively in the length direction of the fabricated subway station.
The hanger 2 is provided with a middle assembling mechanism 21 and a lateral assembling mechanism 22, the middle assembling mechanism 21 comprises a first lifting device 211 and a first pressing device 212, the first lifting device 211 is detachably connected to the middle member 3 of the bottom layer assembly of the assembled subway station, and the first lifting device 211 is used for lifting and positioning the middle member 3, namely lifting the middle member 3 to a proper position; the first pressing device 212 is used for pressing two adjacent intermediate members 3 in the length direction of the fabricated subway station, and ensures that the water stop strips between the two intermediate members 3 are tightly connected. The lateral assembling mechanism 22 comprises a second lifting device 221 and a second pressing device 222, the second lifting device 221 is detachably connected to the lateral member 4 of the bottom layer assembly of the assembled subway station, and the second lifting device 221 is used for lifting and positioning the lateral member 4, namely lifting the lateral member 4 to a proper position; the second pressing device 222 is used for pressing two adjacent lateral members 4 in the length direction of the assembled subway station, and ensures that the water stop strips between the two lateral members 4 are tightly connected.
The first lifting device 211 comprises a lifting platform 2111, the lifting platform 2111 is slidably connected to the hanger 2 in the vertical direction, the lifting platform 2111 and the hanger 2 can be slidably connected by adopting an existing guide rail mechanism, and a hydraulic cylinder can be used for driving the lifting platform 2111 and the hanger 2 to move relatively.
Further, the first crane 211 further includes a first connecting part 2112, the first connecting part 2112 is slidably connected to the crane platform 2111 in the horizontal direction, the first connecting part 2112 and the crane platform 2111 can be slidably connected by using a conventional rail mechanism and can also be driven to move relative to each other by using a hydraulic cylinder, and the first connecting part 2112 is detachably connected to the intermediate member 3 by a bolt. The first connection part 2112 slides relative to the lifting platform 2111 so that bolt holes of the first connection part 2112 are aligned with prefabricated bolt holes on the intermediate member 3, after the first connection part 2112 is connected to the intermediate member 3 through bolts, the lifting platform 2111 slides relative to the hanger 2 to lift the intermediate member 3, and the hanger 2 slides relative to the frame 1 so that the intermediate member 3 can move in the length direction of the fabricated subway station to be transported to the installation position of the intermediate member 3.
The second lifting device 221 includes a lifting slide 2211, the lifting slide 2211 is slidably connected to the end of the lifting beam in the horizontal direction, the lifting slide 2211 and the lifting beam can be slidably connected by using an existing guide rail mechanism, and a hydraulic cylinder can be used to drive the lifting slide 2211 and the lifting beam to move relatively, so that the lifting slide 2211 can move close to or far away from the inner side wall of the lateral member 4, and the lifting slide 2211 is detachably connected to the lateral member 4.
Further, the second lifting device 221 further includes a second connecting part 2212, the second connecting part 2212 is slidably connected to the lifting slide 2211 in the vertical direction, the second connecting part 2212 and the lifting slide 2211 can be slidably connected by using an existing guide rail mechanism, and a hydraulic cylinder can be further used for driving the two to move relatively, so that the second connecting part 2212 can move close to or away from the inner bottom wall of the lateral member 4, and the second connecting part 2212 is detachably connected to the lateral member 4. The lifting and sliding table 2211 is connected to the inner side wall of the side member 4, and the second connecting part 2212 is connected to the inner bottom wall of the side member 4, thereby lifting and moving the side member 4.
The first pressing device 212 includes a first fixed part 2121 connected to the hanging beam and a first movable part 2122 slidably connected to the first fixed part 2121, the first fixed part 2121 and the first movable part 2122 can be driven by a hydraulic cylinder to move relatively, the first movable part 2122 abuts against the end surface of the intermediate member 3 to push the intermediate member 3 being lifted to approach and press the assembled intermediate member 3, and in order to enhance the pressing effect, the first fixed part 2121 is detachably connected to the assembled intermediate member 3 by a bolt, so as to apply force to the assembled intermediate member 3.
The second pressing device 222 includes a second fixed part 2221 connected to the hanging beam and a second movable part 2222 slidably connected to the second fixed part 2221, the second fixed part 2221 and the second movable part 2222 can be driven by a hydraulic cylinder to move relatively, the second movable part 2222 abuts against the end surface of the lateral member 4 to push the lateral member 4 being lifted to approach and press the assembled lateral member 4, and in order to enhance the pressing effect, the second fixed part 2221 is detachably connected to the assembled lateral member 4 by a bolt, so as to apply force to the assembled lateral member 4.
The assembly equipment of the assembled subway station bottom layer assembly further comprises a transport vehicle 5, wherein the transport vehicle 5 comprises a bearing frame 51 for bearing the middle member 3 or the lateral members 4 and wheels 52 arranged on the bearing frame 51, and of course, a driving device, such as an electric motor, for driving the wheels 52 to rotate is arranged on the bearing frame 51.
