As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a worker places bamboo battens 8 on a bottom plate 11, a sensor is mounted on a compression roller 9 and adopts an infrared single-chip microcomputer signal transmission mode, safety and transmission stability are both considered, the sensor has a counting function, and when detecting the bamboo battens 8, the sensor transmits working signals to a motor 3 and a hydraulic device 4. After the motor 3 and the hydraulic device 4 receive signals, the work is started successively. When the motor 3 reaches a constant rotating speed, the nylon brush hair roller 7 at the tail end of the hydraulic device 4 works to a working height h from a zero position, and the pressure is stabilized. The roller structure with the spring piece and the nylon point claw at the upper end and the lower end is fixed at the top end of the hydraulic swing arm in a pinned mode, and the nylon point claw does not idle or clamp on the surface of a bamboo batten through local simple harmonic motion when passing through the bamboo battens with different thicknesses, namely the strict requirement on the proportional relation between x and h is reduced due to the application of the spring piece.

After the hydraulic cylinder 13 reaches the zero position, the reversing valve 14 is switched to the neutral position, the hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank 16 through the overflow valve 15, and finally the hydraulic pump 17 stops working.
The hydraulic pump 17 adopts the working pressure of 0-22MPa, the motor power of 2.2KW and the electromagnetic valve voltage DC12V, which is the working oil pressure suitable for the three-position four-way reversing valve 14 and can meet the actual working condition. The change-over valve 14 is a common 34D-10B type three-position four-way electromagnetic change-over valve.
According to the auxiliary device for bamboo batten flat pressing splicing, when the bamboo battens are subjected to flat pressing, width splicing and lengthening, one end of each bamboo batten can be kept flush before entering the pressing plate device, and the joint of the lengthened joint is close to splice without gaps.
