The sheet metal part machining and cutting system for the new energy automobile production is characterized in that the positioning mechanism comprises a fixed seat (23) which is fixedly provided with a protective cover (9) and is close to the outer side of one end of a U-shaped positioning plate (13), U-shaped frames (18) are symmetrically and horizontally connected to two sides of the fixed seat (23), the operating platform (1) is located on the inner side of the U-shaped frames (18), U-shaped sliding rods (16) are vertically inserted into two sides of each U-shaped frame (18) above the operating platform (1), U-shaped mounting plates (24) are fixedly mounted between two ends of the bottom of each U-shaped sliding rod (16), springs (27) are sleeved on the outer sides of the U-shaped sliding rods (16) between the U-shaped mounting plates (24) and the U-shaped frames (18), and positioning rollers (14) are rotatably mounted between two ends of the bottom of the U-shaped mounting plates (24), the equal horizontally connected with U type die-pin (12) in bottom both sides of operation panel (1), the equal slip cap in outside of U type die-pin (12) is equipped with adapter sleeve (11), adapter sleeve (11) respectively fixed mounting is on adjacent U type frame (18) inner wall.
