Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of die cleaning devices, in particular to a die cleaning device with a drying function for machine manufacturing.

the drying device comprises a fan 13 communicated with the back of the leaching tank 1; an outlet of the fan 13 is provided with an electric heating wire for heating the wind generated by the fan 13.

and (3) drying treatment: the electric heating wire is heated by driving the fan 13 to rotate, and hot air is generated to dry the die;
and (3) treating wastewater and residues: the drainage is controlled by the drainage control valve 22, and the two first motors 4 are driven to rotate, so that the filter screen is conveyed to the upper part, removed and replaced.
