Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a flosser is provided comprising a flosser body 10, an injector head 20, a detection device 30 and a controller 40. Wherein, the spray head 20 is connected with the water dental floss body 10 for spraying water. The injection head 20 may be directly fixed to the dental floss body 10, or detachably connected to the dental floss body 10 through a detachable component. The detecting device 30 is provided on the spray head 20 and detects a target signal of a spray target corresponding to the spray head 20. The target signal is a signal of different form according to the different types of the detection means 30. The controller 40 is disposed inside the water dental floss body 10, connected to the detection device 30, and configured to control an operating state of the water dental floss body according to a target signal detected by the detection device 30 when the water dental floss body is turned on. The water spray target is understood to be a target object against which the water spray nozzle of the spray head faces.
Specifically, when the user controls the water dental floss body 10 to start the cleaning operation through the control buttons provided on the water dental floss body 10, the conventional water dental floss already ejects water for cleaning through the ejection head 20. However, in the present embodiment, when the water dental floss body 10 starts the cleaning operation, the target signal of the target corresponding to the spraying head 20 is further detected in real time by the detecting device 30 and fed back to the controller 40. Then, after the controller 40 acquires the target signal fed back by the detection device 30, the operating state of the water dental floss body 10 is controlled according to the target signal. The operational states include on and off, for example, when the detected target signal corresponds to a target site tooth, the controller 40 controls the water floss body 10 to start to spray water out through the spray head 20 to clean the tooth.
Above-mentioned water dental floss, through on the shower head at water dental floss body, set up the detection device who is used for detecting the target signal of water spray target for the controller is when water dental floss body is opened, according to the operating condition of the target signal control water dental floss body that detects, and this method controls operating condition through the target signal that combines the water spray target, considers carrying out corresponding job control according to the water spray target of reality, thereby has improved the accurate nature of control.
In one embodiment, the detection device 30 is an infrared sensor for detecting infrared radiation of the spray head 20 corresponding to a target of spraying water. Specifically, the infrared sensor transmits infrared rays to the corresponding water spraying target, so that the corresponding water spraying target feeds back corresponding infrared radiation, and a target signal of the water spraying target is obtained. In this embodiment, because the infrared radiation of different substances is different, this embodiment detects infrared radiation through infrared sensor, obtains corresponding target signal to can improve the accuracy that the target detected.
In one embodiment, the sensing device 30 is a temperature sensor for sensing a temperature signal of the spray head 20 corresponding to a target of spraying water. Specifically, the temperature sensor obtains a target signal of the water spraying target by sensing the temperature of the corresponding water spraying target of the spraying head and converting the temperature to obtain a corresponding temperature signal. In this embodiment, because the temperatures of different substances are different, the temperature of the target is detected by the temperature sensor in this embodiment, and a corresponding target signal is obtained, so that the accuracy of target detection can be improved.
In one embodiment, when the detecting device 30 is an infrared sensor, the controller 40 obtains the infrared radiation fed back by the infrared sensor. Further, the controller 40 controls the operation state of the water dental floss body 10 according to the infrared radiation. That is, after the controller 40 determines the type of the water spraying target according to the infrared radiation, the controller correspondingly controls the water dental floss body 10 to start or stop according to the type of the water spraying target. For example, when the water jet target is teeth, the water dental floss body 10 is controlled to be activated to spray water through the spray head 20 to clean the teeth. If the water spraying target is the gum, the water dental floss body 10 is not started or closed, so that the spraying head stops spraying water, and the gum is prevented from being injured by impulsive force. In the embodiment, the working state of the water dental floss is controlled through the target signal, and corresponding working control is performed according to an actual water spraying target, so that the control accuracy is improved.
In one embodiment, when the detecting device 30 is a temperature sensor, the controller 40 obtains a temperature signal fed back by the temperature sensor. Further, the controller 40 controls the operation state of the water dental floss body 10 according to the temperature signal. That is, after the controller 40 determines the type of the water spraying target according to the temperature signal, the controller correspondingly controls the water dental floss body 10 to start or stop according to the type of the water spraying target. The corresponding work control is carried out according to the actual water spraying target, so that the control accuracy is improved.
In one embodiment, when the detecting device 30 is an infrared sensor, the controller 40 controls the operation state of the water dental floss body according to infrared radiation, including: when the infrared radiation is matched with the preset tooth infrared radiation to determine that the spraying target is the tooth, controlling the water dental floss body to spray water; and when the infrared radiation is matched with the preset tooth infrared radiation to determine that the spraying target is not the tooth, controlling the water dental floss body to stop spraying water.
The tooth infrared radiation is infrared radiation reflected by the tooth after receiving infrared, and is infrared radiation stored in the controller in advance.
Specifically, the controller 40, upon receiving the infrared radiation, compares the infrared radiation to a predetermined set of tooth infrared radiation. Whether the detected infrared radiation is matched with the tooth infrared radiation is judged through comparison, and after the matching is determined, the detected water spraying target can be determined to be the tooth, and then the water spraying cleaning work can be controlled to be started. If the detected water spray target is not the tooth, the detected water spray target can be determined, and the water spray cleaning work is controlled not to be started or stopped in order to prevent other parts of the oral cavity from being injured. For example, when the range of infrared radiation of the tooth is [ a, B ], a match is determined when the detected infrared radiation X is equal to or greater than a and equal to or less than B. And X is less than a or greater than B, a mismatch is determined.
It will be appreciated that the infrared radiation may also be in the form of an electrical signal. That is, after the infrared sensor detects the infrared radiation, the infrared radiation is converted into an electric signal and fed back to the controller. Correspondingly, the controller acquires an electric signal corresponding to the tooth infrared radiation and matches the electric signal with the detected electric signal. In this embodiment, bleeding is likely to occur due to water flow hitting a fragile part in the oral cavity, for example, hitting the gum and causing bleeding of the gum. Therefore, through the infrared radiation matching, only when the water spray target is determined to be the tooth, the water spray cleaning work is performed, so that other parts in the oral cavity, such as gum and the like, are prevented from being injured, and the use safety of the water dental floss is improved.
In one embodiment, when the detecting device 30 is a temperature sensor, the controller 40 controls the operation state of the water dental floss body according to the temperature signal, including: when the temperature signal is matched with a preset tooth temperature signal to determine that the spraying target is a tooth, controlling the water dental floss body to spray water; and when the temperature signal is matched with the preset tooth temperature signal to determine that the spraying target is not the tooth, controlling the water dental floss body to stop spraying water.
The tooth temperature signal is a temperature signal obtained by detecting the temperature of the tooth, and is a signal stored in the controller in advance.
Specifically, the controller 40 compares the temperature signal with a preset tooth temperature signal after receiving the temperature signal. Whether the detected temperature signal is matched with the tooth temperature signal or not is judged through comparison, and after the matching is determined, the detected water spraying target can be determined to be the tooth, and then the water spraying cleaning work can be controlled to be started. If the detected water spray target is not the tooth, the detected water spray target can be determined, and the water spray cleaning work is controlled not to be started or stopped in order to prevent other parts of the oral cavity from being injured. For example, when the range of the tooth temperature signal is [ C, D ], when the detected temperature signal W is equal to or greater than C and equal to or less than D, a match is determined. And X is less than C or greater than D, a mismatch is determined.
In this embodiment, bleeding is likely to occur due to water flow hitting a fragile part in the oral cavity, for example, hitting the gum and causing bleeding of the gum. Therefore, only when it is determined that the water spray target is teeth, the water spray cleaning work is performed through the temperature signal matching, thereby preventing other parts in the oral cavity, such as gums, from being injured, and improving the safety of the water dental floss in use.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, another water dental floss is provided. Referring to fig. 2, an indicator light 50 is further included, which is disposed on the water dental floss body 10 and connected to the controller 40.
Specifically, when the water floss body 10 does not start the water spraying cleaning operation or the operating state of the water floss body 10 is to stop the water spraying (off), the control indicator lamp 50 flashes to prompt the user that the water floss body does not start the water spraying at present.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, there is provided a method for controlling a water dental floss, applied to the controller shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, comprising the steps of:
step S301, the controller judges whether the water dental floss is started according to the state of the control button, and after the water dental floss is started, the step S302 is carried out. When activated, the process proceeds to step S306.
In step S302, the controller obtains a target signal fed back by the detection device, where the target signal is obtained by detecting an injection target corresponding to the injection by the detection device.
Step S303, the controller compares the target signal with an internal preset value, and judges whether the jet target corresponding to the target signal is a tooth. The preset value may be a preset tooth infrared radiation or a preset tooth temperature signal. When it is determined that the tooth is present, the process proceeds to step S304. When it is determined that the tooth is not present, the process proceeds to step S305.
In step S304, the controller starts to spray water through the spray head to enter a working state, and returns to step S302.
In step S305, the controller controls to stop water spraying.
In step S306, the controller controls the indicator light to blink.
The method controls the working state of the water dental floss body according to the detected target signal, controls the working state by combining the target signal of the water spraying target, and considers that corresponding working control is carried out according to the actual water spraying target, thereby improving the control accuracy.
