The warning method of the radio frequency operating system provided by the embodiment of the application obtains working data such as temperature, output power, temperature of a conduit, impedance and running time of an operating object, working data such as an injection pressure value of an injection pump, pedal action data and position data of the radio frequency host and state data such as push rod position data and position data of the injection pump in real time, wherein the working data is used for judging whether the radio frequency host and the injection pump have a fault for triggering warning or not, if the fault occurs, the radio frequency host and the injection pump are controlled to stop working, the safety and intelligence of radio frequency operation are improved, warning is carried out according to the highest warning level, if the fault does not occur, whether the radio frequency host and the injection pump reach a preset working stage for triggering warning or not is judged, if the warning is carried out according to the lowest warning level, the state data is used for judging whether the radio frequency host and the injection pump have misoperation for triggering warning or not, if yes, the alarm is given according to the intermediate alarm level, so that whether various conditions of triggering alarm exist or not is detected in real time in the radio frequency operation process, different levels of graded alarm are given according to triggering reasons, the intelligence and pertinence of alarm are improved, and the processing efficiency of radio frequency operation is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a radio frequency operating system warning device according to an embodiment of the present application is provided. For convenience of explanation, only portions related to the embodiments of the present application are shown. The device can be arranged in a radio frequency host. The device includes:
an obtaining module 401, configured to obtain working data and status data of the radio frequency operating system in real time when the radio frequency operating system runs;
a judging module 402, configured to judge whether a preset fault occurs in the radio frequency operating system according to the working data, and judge whether the radio frequency operating system is in a faulty operation according to the status data;
the control module 403 is configured to control the radio frequency operating system to stop working if a preset fault occurs;
a warning module 404, configured to warn according to a preset first warning level under the control of the control module 403;
the control module 403 is further configured to, if a preset fault does not occur, determine whether the radio frequency operating system reaches a preset working stage according to the working data;
the warning module 404 is further configured to warn according to a preset second warning level under the control of the control module 403 if the preset working stage is reached;
the warning module 404 is further configured to warn according to a preset third warning level under the control of the control module 403 if the operation is faulty.
Further, the radio frequency operation system comprises a radio frequency host and a syringe pump.
The working data includes the temperature of the radio frequency host, the output power of the radio frequency host and the temperature of the radio frequency operation conduit, and the judging module 402 is further configured to compare the temperature of the radio frequency host with a preset working temperature range, compare the output power of the radio frequency host with a preset working power range, and compare the difference between the temperature of the radio frequency operation conduit and the temperature of the radio frequency operation conduit before the radio frequency host is started with a preset temperature difference;
and if the temperature of the radio frequency host exceeds a preset working temperature range, or the output power of the radio frequency host exceeds a preset working power range, or the difference between the temperature of the radio frequency operation conduit and the temperature of the radio frequency operation conduit before the radio frequency host is started is smaller than a preset temperature difference and lasts for a preset time, confirming that the radio frequency host has a preset fault.
The working data further includes an impedance of the rf operating object, and the determining module 402 is further configured to compare the impedance of the rf operating object with a preset load impedance range;
and if the impedance of the radio frequency operation object exceeds the preset load impedance range, confirming that the radio frequency operation system has a preset fault.
If the working data further includes an injection pressure value of the injection pump, the determining module 402 is further configured to compare the injection pressure value of the injection pump with a preset injection pressure value range;
and if the injection pressure value of the injection pump exceeds the preset injection pressure value range and lasts for the preset time, confirming that the injection pump has a preset fault.
Further, the control module 403 is configured to, if the rf host and/or the syringe pump have a preset fault, control the rf host to stop the rf operation and send an instruction to the control system of the syringe pump, so as to control the syringe pump to stop injecting.
Further, the working data includes running time data of the radio frequency host, and the determining module 402 is further configured to compare the running time data of the radio frequency host with a corresponding relationship between the set radio frequency operation working phase and the required time duration of each working phase, and determine whether the radio frequency operating system is in a phase to end the radio frequency operation, or a standby phase at the current time.
Further, if the status data includes the push rod position data of the syringe pump, the determining module 402 is further configured to compare the push rod position of the syringe pump with a pre-calibrated push rod position;
and if the push rod position of the injection pump does not accord with the pre-marked push rod position, confirming that the injector push rod of the injection pump is wrong.
For other details of this embodiment, reference is made to the description of each embodiment of fig. 2 to 3.
The warning device for the radio frequency operating system provided by this embodiment obtains the working data and the status data of the radio frequency operating system in real time, where the working data is used to determine whether the radio frequency operating system has a fault that triggers warning, and if the fault occurs, the radio frequency operating system is controlled to stop working. The safety and the intelligence of radio frequency operation are improved, warning is carried out according to a first warning level, if no fault occurs, whether a preset working stage of triggering warning is reached is judged, if warning is carried out according to a second warning level, the state data are used for judging whether misoperation of triggering warning occurs in a radio frequency operation system, if yes, warning is carried out according to a third warning level, the fact that whether various conditions of triggering warning exist in the radio frequency operation process is achieved, different levels of graded warning are carried out according to triggering reasons, and the intelligence and the pertinence of warning are improved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a radio frequency operating system, and referring to fig. 1, the radio frequency operating system 100 includes a radio frequency host 200 and a syringe pump 300 connected together, the radio frequency host 200 is configured to perform the radio frequency operating system alarm method in the embodiments shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3. Syringe pump 300 is used to perform the rf os alerting method in the embodiments of fig. 2 and 3 described above under the control of rf host 200.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an rf host, and referring to fig. 5, the rf host 200 includes a memory 500 and a processor 600, and the processor 600 may be a processor in the rf host in the above embodiments. The memory 500 is, for example, a hard disk drive memory, a non-volatile memory (e.g., a flash memory or other electronically programmable deletion-limited memory used to form a solid state drive, etc.), a volatile memory (e.g., a static or dynamic random access memory, etc.), and the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
The memory 500 stores executable program code; the processor 600, coupled to the memory 500, invokes the executable program code stored in the memory to perform the radio frequency operation security control method as described above.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium may be disposed in the radio frequency host in the foregoing embodiments, and the computer-readable storage medium may be the memory 500 in the foregoing embodiment shown in fig. 5. The computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method for alerting the rf operating system as described in the embodiments of fig. 2 and 3. Further, the computer-readable storage medium may be various media that can store program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a RAM, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.

Claims (9)

1. A radio frequency operating system warning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the radio frequency operating system runs, acquiring working data and state data of the radio frequency operating system in real time;
judging whether the radio frequency operating system has a preset fault according to the working data, and judging whether the radio frequency operating system is in misoperation according to the state data;
if the preset fault occurs, controlling the radio frequency operating system to stop working, and warning according to a preset first warning level;
if the preset fault does not occur, judging whether the radio frequency operating system reaches a preset working stage according to the working data, and if the radio frequency operating system reaches the preset working stage, warning according to a preset second warning level;
if the misoperation occurs, warning according to a preset third warning level;
wherein, the radio frequency operating system includes the syringe pump, the working data includes the injection pressure value of syringe pump, the state data includes the push rod position data of syringe pump, then judge according to the state data whether the radio frequency operating system maloperation includes:
comparing the push rod position of the injection pump with a pre-marked push rod position;
and if the position of the push rod of the injection pump does not accord with the pre-marked position of the push rod, confirming that the push rod of the injector of the injection pump is wrong.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the rf operating system further comprises an rf host, the operating data further comprises a temperature of the rf host, an output power of the rf host, and a temperature of the rf operating conduit, and the determining whether the rf operating system has a predetermined fault based on the operating data comprises:
respectively comparing the temperature of the radio frequency host machine with a preset working temperature range, comparing the output power of the radio frequency host machine with a preset working power range, and comparing the difference between the temperature of the radio frequency operation conduit and the temperature of the radio frequency operation conduit before the radio frequency host machine is started with a preset temperature difference;
if the temperature of the radio frequency host computer exceeds the preset working temperature range, or the output power of the radio frequency host computer exceeds the preset working power range, or the difference value between the temperature of the radio frequency operation conduit and the temperature of the radio frequency operation conduit before the radio frequency host computer is started is smaller than the preset temperature difference and lasts for the preset time length, the radio frequency host computer is confirmed to have the preset fault.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the working data further includes impedance of an rf operating object, and the determining whether the rf operating system has a predetermined fault according to the working data includes:
comparing the impedance of the radio frequency operation object with a preset load impedance range;
and if the impedance of the radio frequency operation object exceeds the preset load impedance range, confirming that the radio frequency operation system has the preset fault.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining whether a predetermined failure of the rf operating system occurs according to the working data comprises:
comparing the injection pressure value of the injection pump with a preset injection pressure value range;
and if the injection pressure value of the injection pump exceeds the preset injection pressure value range and lasts for the preset time, confirming that the preset fault occurs in the injection pump.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the controlling the rf operating system to stop operating if the predetermined failure occurs comprises:
and if the radio frequency host and/or the injection pump have the preset fault, controlling the radio frequency host to stop radio frequency operation and sending an instruction to a control system of the injection pump for controlling the injection pump to stop injection.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the working data further includes runtime data of the RF host, and the determining whether the RF operating system reaches a preset working stage according to the working data includes:
and comparing the running time data of the radio frequency host with the corresponding relation of the set required time of the radio frequency operation working stage and each working stage, and judging whether the radio frequency operation system is in a stage of ending the radio frequency operation, a stage of ending the radio frequency operation or a standby stage at the current moment.
7. A radio frequency operating system alert device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring working data and state data of the radio frequency operating system in real time when the radio frequency operating system runs;
the judging module is used for judging whether the radio frequency operating system has a preset fault according to the working data and judging whether the radio frequency operating system is in misoperation according to the state data;
the control module is used for controlling the radio frequency operating system to stop working if the preset fault occurs;
the warning module is used for warning according to a preset first warning level under the control of the control module;
the control module is further configured to determine whether the radio frequency operating system reaches a preset working stage according to the working data if the preset fault does not occur;
the warning module is further used for warning according to a preset second warning level under the control of the control module if the preset working stage is reached;
the warning module is also used for warning according to a preset third warning level under the control of the control module if the misoperation occurs;
wherein, the radio frequency operating system includes the syringe pump, the working data include the injection pressure value of syringe pump, the state data include the push rod position data of syringe pump, then the judgement module still is used for:
comparing the push rod position of the injection pump with a pre-marked push rod position; and
and if the push rod position of the injection pump does not accord with the pre-marked push rod position, confirming that the injector push rod of the injection pump is wrong.
8. A radio frequency host, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
the memory stores executable program code;
the processor, coupled to the memory, invokes the executable program code stored in the memory to perform the radio frequency operating system alert method of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A radio frequency operating system, comprising: a radio frequency host and an injection pump;
the radio frequency host computer is used for executing the radio frequency operating system warning method of any one of claims 1 to 6;
the syringe pump is used for executing the radio frequency operating system warning method of any one of claims 1 to 6 under the control of the radio frequency host.
