The sliding groove type adjusting switch can realize the signal adjustment of the controller 62 only by pushing the handle 61-3 back and forth due to the fact that the sliding block 61-4 is embedded in the sliding groove 62-1-2, and the operation is very convenient and smooth.

When the compressor is in operation, the compressor 41-11-2 is operated to pressurize the air sucked from the air inlet pipe 41-11-1 and then pressurize the fluid in the fluid accommodating space 41-3 through the air outlet pipe 41-11-3 arranged above the fluid.
The controller 62 of the water amount stepless adjusting device 6 can control the increased pressure of the compressor 41-11-2 to the fluid in the fluid containing space 41-3 through the signal output by the output device 63, and can further control the pressure of the fluid sprayed from the spray gun 2 by continuously adjusting the increased pressure.
When the spray gun is used, the control switch 3 is turned on, the electric pressurizing device 41-11 works to pressurize the fluid in the fluid accommodating space 41-3, and the fluid in the fluid accommodating space 41-3 is pressed into the spray gun 2 through the water pipe 5 under the action of pressure and is finally sprayed out of the spray head. The knob 61-1 is rotated or the handle 61-3 is pushed back and forth to adjust the pressure of the ejected fluid, the proper water pressure is selected according to personal preference and cleaning effect, and then the spray head 1 is aimed at the part to be cleaned, so as to clean the teeth and the oral cavity.
In this embodiment, the electric pressurizing device 41-11 may be a submersible pump or other pressurizing device, and the fluid in the fluid accommodating space 41-3 is pressurized and then ejected from the spray gun 2. In any case, the supercharging device does not depart from the scope of the present application.

After the fluid pressure is reduced, the spray head 1 is aligned to teeth or slits between teeth to be cleaned, and under the condition of direct vision, the adjusting switch 61 is adjusted to adjust the flow and speed of water flow sprayed out of the spray head 1 to the degree of good cleaning effect and comfort, and then the teeth and the oral cavity are cleaned under the condition of direct vision.
In this embodiment, the nozzle 1 of the spray gun 2 can observe the size and the speed of the fluid sprayed out of the nozzle 1 in real time under the direct-view condition in the visual field of the observation system 24 of the oral cavity observation instrument 200, so as to adjust the water volume, clean teeth and oral cavity under the direct-view condition, and take pictures and record the pictures of the cleaning process, thereby being safer and more reliable in use.
It should be noted that the structures disclosed and described herein may be replaced by other structures having the same effect, and the embodiments described herein are not the only structures for implementing the present invention.
