Claims (13)
1. An environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars is characterized by comprising a long shed arranged on the ground and a cellar arranged at the lower part of the shed, wherein a partition wall is vertically arranged in the shed and divides the shed into an air adjusting area and a breeding area,
an air inlet is formed in the shed wall of the air adjusting area; the air adjusting area is communicated with the cellar; a shed door is arranged on the shed wall of the air adjusting area and on the partition wall;
the breeding area comprises two rows of pigsty compartments arranged close to the walls of the pigsty and a corridor arranged between the two rows of pigsty compartments, an air buffer area is arranged between the upper parts of the pigsty compartments and a shed roof, and the corridor is communicated with the air adjusting area through a shed entrance door arranged on the partition wall;
an air inlet side window and an air inlet door are arranged on the wall of each pigsty compartment close to the corridor, an air exhaust window is arranged on the wall of each pigsty compartment close to the outer part of the pigsty, and an air exhaust motor is arranged on the air exhaust window; an air inlet top window is arranged at the top of each pigsty compartment;
a ventilation opening communicated with the cellar is formed in the ground at one end, far away from the door of the entrance and exit, of the corridor, and a grating is arranged on the upper cover of the ventilation opening;
an exhaust groove is formed in the ground of the pigsty compartment along the width direction of the pigsty, excrement and urine collecting grooves are formed in the ground on two sides of the exhaust groove, a cover plate is covered on the exhaust groove, and excrement and urine leakage plates are covered on the excrement and urine collecting grooves;
a vent hole is formed in the groove wall between the exhaust groove and the excrement and urine collecting groove along the length direction; and an exhaust motor is arranged on the wall of the exhaust groove adjacent to the outside of the shed.
2. The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars according to claim 1, wherein the depth of the cellar is not less than 550 cm.
3. The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars according to claim 1, wherein the ceiling of the hog house compartment is a minimum distance of 400cm from the top of the hog house.
4. The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars according to claim 1, wherein the length of the shed is not less than 15000 cm.
5. The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and breeding pigs according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the air inlet, the air inlet top window, the air inlet side window and the air exhaust window are all provided with louvered adjusting air windows.

The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars according to claim 5, wherein the movable end of the shutter of the air inlet side window is arranged towards the upper end inside the compartment of the hog house, and a tension spring is arranged between the shutter of the air inlet side window and the window frame.

The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and breeding pigs as claimed in claim 5, wherein the movable end of the louver of the air inlet top window is arranged towards the top of the compartment of the hog house, and a tension spring is arranged between the louver of the air inlet top window and the window frame.

The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars according to claim 6 or 7, further comprising a PLC controller and a temperature sensor arranged in each hog house compartment, wherein the air exhaust motor is a variable frequency motor, each temperature sensor is in signal connection with an input end of the PLC controller, and an output end of the PLC controller is in signal connection with each air exhaust motor.

The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and breeding pigs as claimed in claim 1, wherein a disinfection chamber is arranged in the ventilation zone, and two ends of the disinfection chamber are respectively communicated with the outside of the shed and the corridor through two shed entrance doors.
10. The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars according to claim 1, wherein the aperture of the vent holes is gradually reduced from the corridor side to the shed wall side.
11. The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the adjacent vent holes is gradually increased from the corridor side to the shed wall side.

The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars according to claim 8, wherein the bottom of the excrement collecting tank is communicated with a sewage discharge pipe, the sewage discharge pipe is arranged in the cellar, the outlet of the sewage discharge pipe extends to a septic workshop outside the shed from the underground, and a sewage discharge motor is arranged on the sewage discharge pipe.
13. The environment-friendly energy-saving hog house for healthy breeding of live pigs and boars according to claim 12, wherein a liquid level meter is arranged in the excrement and urine collecting tank, the liquid level meter is in signal connection with an input end of a PLC controller, and an output end of the PLC is in signal connection with the sewage discharge motor.
