a seventeenth determining subunit, configured to determine, according to the idle index of each candidate mesh point, the service evaluation index, and the shortest time required for the user to reach each candidate mesh point, a recommendation index of each candidate mesh point;
and the eighteenth determining subunit is configured to correspondingly determine the recommendation priority of each candidate mesh point according to the order from high to low of the recommendation index of each candidate mesh point.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which comprises a stored instruction, wherein when the instruction runs, the device where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the network node reservation method.
An electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the structural diagram of the electronic device is shown in fig. 5, which specifically includes a memory 501 and one or more instructions 502, where the one or more instructions 502 are stored in the memory 501, and are configured to be executed by one or more processors 503 to perform the following operations according to the one or more instructions 502:
when an appointment request sent by a user through a telephone bank is received, determining a to-be-handled service type corresponding to the appointment request;
determining each candidate network point matched with the type of the to-be-handled service in each preset service network point;
determining current mesh point information of each candidate mesh point;
determining a recommended priority of each candidate network point based on the current network point information of each candidate network point;
selecting a preset number of target network points from the candidate network points according to the sequence of the recommended priority of each candidate network point from high to low;
prompting the user to select an appointment website from the selected target websites through a telephone bank;
when a trigger instruction of selecting a reservation network point by the user is received, reserving and number taking are carried out based on the reservation network point selected by the user to obtain reservation information;
and feeding back the reservation information to the user to complete the website reservation.

Claims (10)

1. A network node reservation method, comprising:
when an appointment request sent by a user through a telephone bank is received, determining a to-be-handled service type corresponding to the appointment request;
determining each candidate network point matched with the type of the to-be-handled service in each preset service network point;
determining current mesh point information of each candidate mesh point;
determining a recommended priority of each candidate network point based on the current network point information of each candidate network point;
selecting a preset number of target network points from the candidate network points according to the sequence of the recommended priority of each candidate network point from high to low;
prompting the user to select an appointment website from the selected target websites through a telephone bank;
when a trigger instruction of selecting a reservation network point by the user is received, reserving and number taking are carried out based on the reservation network point selected by the user to obtain reservation information;
and feeding back the reservation information to the user to complete the website reservation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the type of the to-do service corresponding to the reservation request comprises:
determining user information contained in the reservation request, and acquiring historical reservation information corresponding to the user information;
determining each historical booking service type corresponding to the historical booking information;
counting the reservation times corresponding to each historical reservation service type according to the historical reservation information, and taking the historical reservation service type with the largest reservation times as an estimated service type;
prompting the user to select whether to make an appointment according to the estimated service type through a telephone bank;
and if a triggering instruction that the user selects to reserve by the estimated service type is received, taking the estimated service type as a to-be-handled service type.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining, among the preset service nodes, each candidate node matching the to-do service type includes:
acquiring historical service information corresponding to the user information;
determining each historical website corresponding to the historical service information in each preset service website;
determining the service range of each historical website;
judging whether the service range of each historical website contains the to-be-handled service type or not, and determining the historical website containing the to-be-handled service type in the service range as a target historical website;
counting the handling times corresponding to each target historical website according to the historical service information;
and determining at least one common network point in each target history network point according to the sequence of the transaction times corresponding to each target history network point from high to low, and determining each common network point as a candidate network point matched with the to-be-handled service type.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining, among the preset service nodes, each candidate node matching the to-do service type includes:
acquiring a user address contained in the user information, and determining a network node position of each preset service network node;
determining the distance from each preset service network point to the user address according to the user address and the network point position of each preset service network point, and determining the service network point with the distance from the user address within a first preset range as a first network point;
determining the service range of each first network point, judging whether the service range of each first network point contains the to-be-handled service type, and determining the first network point containing the to-be-handled service type in the service range as a target first network point;
and determining at least one second network point in each target first network point according to the sequence of the distance from each target first network point to the user address from near to far, and determining each second network point as a candidate network point matched with the type of the to-be-handled service.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, among the preset service nodes, each candidate node matching the to-do service type includes:
determining the current position of the user and the network point position of each preset service network point;
determining the distance from the current position of the user to each service network point according to the current position of the user and the network point position of each preset service network point, and determining the service network point with the distance from the current position of the user within a second preset range as a third network point;
determining the service range of each third network point, judging whether the service range of each third network point contains the to-be-handled service type, and determining the third network point containing the to-be-handled service type in the service range as a target third network point;
and determining at least one fourth network point in each target third network point according to the sequence of the distance from each target third network point to the current position of the user from near to far, and determining each fourth network point as a candidate network point matched with the type of the service to be handled.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a recommended priority for each of said candidate mesh points based on current mesh point information for each of said candidate mesh points comprises:
determining the idle index of each candidate website according to the number of open counters, the service handling capacity of each open counter, the number of current queuing people and the service type of the current queuing user contained in the current website information of each candidate website;
determining the shortest time required by the user to reach each candidate website according to the website position and the environment information contained in the current website information of each candidate website;
acquiring a website service score contained in the current website information of each candidate website, and determining a service evaluation index of each candidate website;
determining a recommendation index of each candidate network point according to the idle index of each candidate network point, the service evaluation index and the shortest time required by the user to reach each candidate network point;
and correspondingly determining the recommendation priority of each candidate network point according to the sequence of the recommendation index of each candidate network point from high to low.
7. A website reservation apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first determining unit, a second determining unit and a processing unit, wherein the first determining unit is used for determining the type of the to-be-handled service corresponding to a reservation request when the reservation request sent by a user through a telephone bank is received;
a second determining unit, configured to determine, in each preset service node, each candidate node that matches the to-be-handled service type;
a third determining unit, configured to determine current mesh point information of each of the candidate mesh points;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine a recommended priority of each candidate mesh point based on current mesh point information of each candidate mesh point;
the selection unit is used for selecting a preset number of target network points from the candidate network points according to the sequence of the recommended priority of each candidate network point from high to low;
the prompt selection unit is used for prompting the user to select the reservation website from the selected target websites through a telephone bank;
the reservation unit is used for reserving and number-taking based on the reservation website selected by the user to obtain reservation information when a trigger instruction of selecting the reservation website by the user is received;
and the feedback unit is used for feeding back the reservation information to the user so as to complete the reservation of the website.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the first determining unit comprises:
the first acquisition subunit is used for determining the user information contained in the reservation request and acquiring historical reservation information corresponding to the user information;
the first determining subunit is used for determining each historical reservation service type corresponding to the historical reservation information;
the first counting subunit is used for counting the reservation times corresponding to each historical reservation service type according to the historical reservation information, and taking the historical reservation service type with the largest reservation times as an estimated service type;
the prompting subunit is used for prompting the user to select whether to make an appointment according to the estimated service type through a telephone bank;
and the second determining subunit is used for taking the estimated service type as the to-be-handled service type if a triggering instruction that the user selects to reserve by using the estimated service type is received.
9. A storage medium, comprising stored instructions, wherein when executed, the instructions control a device on which the storage medium is located to perform a website reservation method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and one or more instructions, wherein the one or more instructions are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors to perform the website reservation method of any of claims 1-6.
