After receiving the signal, the cab can communicate with passengers through intercom or can judge whether the use requirement of the emergency unlocking device is really met.
If the operation is judged to be allowed, after the cab sends an operation allowing signal through the detection switch, the electromagnet is kept to be electrically controlled to descend by the limiting rod, then the electromagnet is locked to be electrically shifted, the connecting rod pushes the locking rod to rotate, the locking rod releases the degree of freedom of the operation handle, the handle unlocking limiting device is in an unlocking state, and the electromagnet is kept to be controlled to ascend by the limiting rod again. The indicator light is in a use state and prompts the passenger to operate.
If the operation is not allowed, the handle unlocking limiting device keeps a locking state until the door leaf of the cover plate device is closed, and the handle unlocking limiting device returns to an unlocking state. The indicator light and the buzzer are turned off.
