After the vehicle door is unlocked, the local vehicle door emergency unlocking switch and the lock in-place switch are triggered, so that a vehicle safety loop is disconnected, and the vehicle cannot be started. The cover plate 7 is protected through the key reset by authorized personnel, the vehicle can be recovered to a normal state, the vehicle is started again after safety is ensured, and the working safety is further improved.
Preferably, step S13 further includes: an evacuation request signal is sent to a train signal system through a vehicle door control unit, and corresponding door emergency unlocking information is displayed through a cab display screen;
step S23 further includes: sending an operated signal of the emergency exit device to a train signal system through a vehicle door control unit;
step S34 further includes: and sending a reset signal of the emergency exit device to the train signal system through the train door control unit.
In the embodiment, when the vehicle door evacuation request loop is activated, the vehicle door control unit sends the evacuation request network signal of the single door level to the train signal system through the network bus at the same time, so that the monitoring is convenient.
The passenger operates the handle 9 to unlock the vehicle door, and the vehicle door control unit sends out a network signal of the operated single-door-level emergency exit device to the train signal system through the network bus at the same time, so that the monitoring is convenient.
When the protective cover plate 7 is reset by using the key, and the handle 9 does not allow operation, the reset signal of the emergency exit device is sent to the train signal system through the train door control unit, so that the vehicle can be started normally.
The vehicle door control unit does not participate in the control of whether the handle 9 allows operation or not, only monitors, and guarantees the requirement of a signal system on the safety control of the device.
The vehicle line which is controlled by the vehicle door emergency unlocking control method comprises the following steps: besides a zero-speed vehicle line and a vehicle door safety loop, the system also comprises a vehicle door evacuation request loop and a vehicle door unlocking prohibition vehicle line, so that better interaction with a train signal system is realized, and meanwhile, the signal safety triggered by a vehicle hard wire is very high, and the system is particularly suitable for vehicle doors adopting an unmanned operation mode.
Referring to fig. 1-5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle door system, which includes a vehicle door, an emergency exit device, and a train signal system; the emergency exit device comprises: a base 8 having an emergency operation chamber; a protective cover 7 capable of opening and closing the emergency operation chamber; a handle 9 capable of unlocking the vehicle door is operated, and the handle 9 is arranged in the emergency operation cavity; a handle control structure that controls whether the handle 9 is operable; a cover locking structure capable of locking the protective cover 7 to place the protective cover 7 in a closed state, the cover locking structure being provided in the emergency operation chamber; the cover plate opening and resetting structure 1 is used for driving the cover plate locking structure to release and lock the protective cover plate 7, and the cover plate opening and resetting structure 1 is arranged on the base 8; the emergency evacuation detection switch is arranged in the emergency operation cavity and is triggered by the opening of the protective cover plate 7 or the small-angle operation of the handle 9, wherein the small-angle operation cannot unlock the vehicle door; when the emergency evacuation detection switch is triggered, the vehicle door evacuation request loop is activated, the vehicle door evacuation request loop sends an evacuation request signal to the train signal system, and after the train signal system receives the evacuation request signal, the train signal system controls the vehicle to stop in a safe area so as to activate a zero-speed vehicle line signal and disable unlocking of the vehicle line signal by the vehicle door, so that the control handle 9 is released by the handle control structure and the handle 9 is allowed to operate.
It should be noted that the handle 9 pulls the unlocking device on the door carrying driving mechanism through the wire rope to realize the mechanical unlocking of the door, and the wire rope is installed through the wire rope wheel 4 and the connector 5 and connected with the unlocking device.
When an emergency evacuation event occurs, the cover plate opening and resetting structure 1 is operated to enable the cover plate locking structure to release the protective cover plate 7, so that the protective cover plate 7 of the emergency exit device is opened, or after the protective cover plate 7 is opened, the handle 9 is operated at a small angle which can not unlock the vehicle door, so that the emergency evacuation detection switch is triggered, a vehicle door evacuation request loop is activated, an evacuation request signal is sent to a train signal system by the vehicle door evacuation request loop, after the train signal system receives the evacuation request signal, the vehicle is controlled to stop in a safe area to activate a zero-speed vehicle line signal, the vehicle door unlocking prohibition vehicle line signal is invalid, the control handle 9 is released by the handle control structure, and the handle 9 is allowed to operate to unlock the vehicle door.
According to the invention, by opening the protective cover plate 7 or the small-angle operating handle 9, when the vehicle is in a non-zero speed state, the vehicle door evacuation request loop is activated, and an evacuation request signal is sent to a train signal system; the train signal system is used for controlling the vehicle to stop in a safe area so as to activate a zero-speed vehicle line signal and control a vehicle door to prohibit unlocking the vehicle line signal to be invalid, and then the control handle 9 is released by the handle control structure to allow the handle 9 to operate; the interaction with the train signal system is realized under the condition of controlling the train by the train signal system, so that the safe evacuation of passengers is better ensured.
In summary, the vehicle door system provided by the invention can activate the vehicle door evacuation request loop after the protective cover plate 7 is opened or the handle 9 is operated at a small angle, actively send out an evacuation request signal, and whether the subsequent handle 9 allows operation is determined by the signal system, and can interact with the train signal system, so that the safety risk is improved from the vehicle door level to the whole vehicle operation system, thereby being beneficial to risk prevention and response from a higher level, strengthening the safety risk prevention capability of the vehicle and the vehicle door for controlling the emergency exit device, improving the safety of whether the vehicle door can be manually opened, and better ensuring the safety evacuation of passengers.
When activating the vehicle door evacuation request circuit by operating the handle 9 at a small angle,
a secondary position is arranged on the handle 9, when the handle 9 is operated at a small angle and is positioned at a primary position, a first limit switch is triggered at the moment, a vehicle door evacuation request loop is activated, and an evacuation request signal is sent out; the handle 9 cannot continue to operate until the handle control structure does not release the handle 9; when the control structure of the control handle of the train signal system releases the handle 9, the handle 9 can allow a larger angle to be continuously operated, and the second limit switch is triggered while the handle is located at the second-stage position, so that the signal that the handle 9 is operated is sent out, and the vehicle door is unlocked.
Preferably, the door system further comprises a handle detection switch 6, when the handle 9 is operated, the handle trigger boss 91 on the handle 9 triggers the handle detection switch 6, so as to control the vehicle door safety circuit to be disconnected, and when the vehicle is in a non-zero speed state, the door control unit starts the door driving motor in the closing direction of the door, and the door driving motor drives the door to be closed to a position where the door is locked in place, so as to prevent the door from being opened manually in the non-safety state.
In the embodiment, after the handle 9 is operated, the handle detection switch 6 is triggered by the handle trigger boss 91 on the handle 9, and the vehicle door control unit detects whether the vehicle is in a zero-speed vehicle line; if the door motor has no blocking force, the door can be opened manually; if not, the safety loop of the vehicle door is controlled to be disconnected, and the vehicle door driving motor is started in the closing direction through the vehicle door control unit, so that the vehicle door is locked in place, and the vehicle door is prevented from being pulled open by passengers in the running process of the vehicle.
This embodiment adopts the safety risk of two-stage to take precautions against, carries out the one-level through train signal system and takes precautions against, takes precautions against through the door the control unit carries out the second grade. The signal system controls whether the handle 9 of the emergency exit device allows operation or not, so that manual misoperation is avoided. When the signal system fails to control the unlocking prohibition vehicle line signal of the vehicle door, the emergency exit device handle 9 is in an operation permission state; if the passenger operates the emergency exit device, the vehicle door control unit controls whether the vehicle door can be manually opened; if the vehicle is in a moving state, the vehicle door control unit starts the vehicle door driving motor in the closing direction to prevent the vehicle door from being opened, and still can carry out risk prevention from the vehicle level, thereby enhancing the risk resistance of the vehicle door system.
In a specific embodiment, the emergency evacuation detection switch is a cover plate detection switch 2; the protective cover plate 7 is provided with a cover plate switch anti-triggering structure, and when the protective cover plate 7 is in a closed state, the cover plate switch anti-triggering structure drives the cover plate detection switch 2 to be in an un-triggered state; a cover switch triggering structure is arranged on the base 8, and when the protective cover 7 is in an open state, the cover switch triggering structure triggers the cover detection switch 2.
The cover detection switch 2 of the present embodiment is triggered by the opening of the protective cover 7. Of course, the emergency evacuation detection switch may also be a small-angle operation detection switch of the handle 9, which is triggered by a small-angle operation of the handle 9 that cannot unlock the vehicle door.
The cover plate switch triggering structure comprises an elastic triggering part and a rotatable cover plate switch triggering rotating arm 14, and the elastic triggering part can drive the cover plate switch triggering rotating arm 14 to rotate towards the direction of triggering the cover plate detection switch 2;
the cover plate switch triggering prevention structure is a cover plate switch triggering prevention rod 13, when the protection cover plate 7 is in a closed state, the cover plate switch triggering prevention rod 13 drives the cover plate switch triggering rotating arm 14 to rotate towards a direction separated from the cover plate detection switch 2, and therefore the cover plate detection switch 2 is in a non-triggering state; when the protective cover 7 is opened, the cover switch anti-trigger bar 13 leaves the cover switch trigger rotating arm 14. As shown in fig. 5, when the protective cover 7 is in the closed state, the cover switch anti-trigger lever 13 acts on the cover switch trigger rotating arm 14, so that the cover switch anti-trigger lever rotates clockwise and leaves the mechanical contact point on the cover detection switch 2, so that the cover detection switch 2 is in the non-trigger state; when the protective cover 7 is opened, the cover switch anti-triggering rod 13 moves together with the protective cover 7 and leaves the original position, and at the moment, the cover switch triggering rotating arm 14 rotates anticlockwise under the action of the elastic triggering part to trigger the cover detection switch 2.
In order to simplify the structure, the elastic triggering part is preferably a torsion spring sleeved on the rotating shaft of the cover plate switch triggering rotating arm 14; of course, it may be an elastic clip or an elastic push rod located on the side of the cover switch trigger rotating arm 14 close to the cover detection switch 2.
The cover switch trigger-proof structure can also prevent a trigger bulge and the like.
The invention can also control the cover plate to detect whether the switch 2 is in the trigger state or not by the controller by sending a position signal through the detector for detecting the position of the protective cover plate 7.
In order to simplify the structure, the handle control structure is the handle control electromagnet 3, the handle control electromagnet 3 is provided with the locking pin 31, and under the condition that the handle control electromagnet 3 is electrified, the locking pin 31 extends out of a handle operation stop 92 for locking the handle 9, so that the handle 9 cannot be operated; in the event of a power loss, the locking pin 31 is in a retracted state, leaving the handle 9 in an operational-permitting state.
The handle is used for controlling the electromagnet 3 to control whether the handle 9 allows operation; when the power is supplied, the locking pin 31 inside the handle control electromagnet 3 extends out to lock the handle operation stopper 92 of the operation handle 9, so that the handle 9 cannot be operated. When the handle control electromagnet 3 is in a power-off condition, the locking pin 31 in the handle control electromagnet is in a contraction state, and the handle 9 is in an operation-allowed state; once the handle 9 is operated, its handle trigger boss 91 will trigger the handle detection switch 6.
Alternatively, the handle control structure can also be an electric push rod, a control cylinder and the like.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the protective cover 7 is provided with a cover latch hook 12; the cover plate locking structure is a pin which can be in clamping fit with the cover plate locking hook 12, and the pin enters and exits the cover plate locking hook 12 through rotation; the cover plate opening and resetting structure 1 comprises: a reset key lock fixedly connected with the pin; a cover plate opening knob 10 capable of driving the pin to rotate in the direction of releasing the protective cover plate 7, the cover plate opening knob 10 being provided with a driving protrusion located at one side of the pin; and the reset key is matched with the reset key lock, and can drive the reset key lock to rotate towards the direction of the locking protection cover plate 7 together with the pin.
In this embodiment, the cover plate opening and resetting structure 1 is provided with a pin, and the protective cover plate 7 is matched with the cover plate locking hook 12 in a closed state to lock the protective cover plate 7; as shown in fig. 3, the cover opening knob 10 is manually rotated clockwise such that the cover opening knob 10 rotates clockwise with the cover reset key lock 11 causing the pin to move out of the locked position and be positioned, thereby releasing the protective cover 7.
When the protection cover plate 7 is reset, the cover plate opening knob 10 is only provided with the driving protrusion on one side, when the cover plate opening knob 10 is manually rotated in the opposite direction, the pin cannot be driven to rotate, the cover plate resetting key lock 11 can only be rotated anticlockwise through the resetting key, and therefore the positioning of the pin is released, the pin returns to the closed state and is matched with the cover plate locking hook 12 again, and the protection cover plate 7 is locked.
According to the method and the device, after the vehicle door is unlocked, the local vehicle door emergency unlocking switch and the lock in-place switch are triggered, so that the vehicle safety circuit is disconnected, and the vehicle cannot be started. The protection cover plate 7 must be reset by an authorized person through a reset key, the vehicle can be recovered to a normal state, the vehicle is started again after safety is ensured, and the working safety is further improved.
It is understood that the reset key may be a mechanical key or an electronic key.
The emergency exit device provided by the invention has extremely high safety, is particularly suitable for an unmanned vehicle door system, and provides a reference example for the door in an unmanned vehicle operation system as an evacuation exit in emergency.
The invention may also be provided with an indicator light on the emergency exit device or in the vicinity of the installation location to indicate whether the handle 9 is allowed to operate. The indicator lamp is controlled by the vehicle door control unit according to the input vehicle door unlocking prohibition vehicle line signal.
The control circuit according to the present application is as follows:
vehicle door safety circuit: the closed position switch, the locked position switch and the emergency unlocking switch of the local vehicle door are connected in series, and are connected with the normally open contact of the isolating switch in parallel to form a local door safety loop, and the local door safety loop is connected with the safety loop output/inlet of other doors through the input/outlet of the safety loop and is connected in series to form a vehicle door safety loop at the vehicle level.
Vehicle door evacuation request circuit: normally closed contacts of the emergency outlet cover plate detection switches 2 of all the vehicle doors are connected in series to form an emergency evacuation request loop at the vehicle level.
The vehicle is provided with a vehicle door unlocking prohibition vehicle line, and on one hand, the vehicle door unlocking prohibition vehicle line is input to a vehicle door control unit and used for monitoring the signal by the vehicle door control unit; on the other hand, the input is to the handle control electromagnet 3 of the emergency exit device for the control of the handle 9.
The vehicle is provided with a zero-speed vehicle line which is input to the door control unit as a control signal. Only in the case that the zero speed vehicle line is valid and the door unlock prohibition vehicle line is invalid can the door be manually unlocked and opened.
Limit switch monitoring circuit: the door closing position switch, the locking position switch, the emergency unlocking switch, the isolating switch, the cover plate detection switch 2 and the handle detection switch 6 related to the emergency exit device are connected into the door control unit through corresponding contacts as input signals, and are used for monitoring the signals by the door control unit and judging the door state or fault information before/after the operation of the emergency exit device in time.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.

Claims (10)
1. An emergency unlocking control method for a vehicle door is characterized by comprising the following steps:
11) opening a protective cover (7) of the panic exit device or operating a handle (9) of the panic exit device at a small angle that does not allow unlocking the door after opening said protective cover (7);
12) if the vehicle is in a fault power-loss condition, the handle (9) of the emergency exit device is released by the handle control structure, and the handle (9) is allowed to operate; if not, entering step 13);
13) activating a vehicle door evacuation request loop, and sending an evacuation request signal to a train signal system by the vehicle door evacuation request loop;
14) and after receiving the evacuation request signal, the train signal system controls the vehicle to stop in a safe area so as to activate a zero-speed vehicle line signal and controls a vehicle door to prohibit the unlocking of the vehicle line signal from being invalid, thereby controlling the handle (9) to be released by the handle control structure and allowing the handle (9) to operate.
2. The vehicle door emergency unlock control method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
21) when the handle (9) allows operation, operating the handle (9) to unlock the vehicle door;
22) detecting whether the vehicle is in a zero-speed vehicle line activation state or not through a vehicle door control unit; if the door motor has no blocking force, the door can be opened manually; if not, entering step 23);
23) the vehicle door safety circuit is disconnected, and the door control unit starts the door driving motor in the closing direction;
24) detecting whether the vehicle door is locked in place or not, and if so, stopping the vehicle door driving motor at the current position; and if not, the vehicle door driving motor drives the vehicle door to close to the position where the locking is in place.
3. The vehicle door emergency unlock control method according to claim 2, further comprising the steps of:
31) manually resetting the handle (9) after the passenger evacuation event is over;
32) if the vehicle is in a fault power-loss condition, entering the step 33); if not, go to step 34);
33) the vehicle door is manually closed, and the protective cover plate (7) is reset by using a key;
34) the electric driving vehicle door is closed, the vehicle door safety loop is controlled to be closed, the key is used for resetting the protective cover plate (7), the vehicle door evacuation request loop is in an inactivated state, the vehicle door is controlled to prohibit unlocking the vehicle line, the signal is effective, the handle (9) is controlled to be locked by the handle control structure, and the handle (9) is not allowed to be operated.
4. The vehicle door emergency unlock control method according to claim 3, wherein the step 13) further includes: sending an evacuation request signal to the train signal system through a vehicle door control unit, and displaying corresponding door emergency unlocking information through a cab display screen;
the step 23) further comprises: transmitting an emergency exit device operated signal to the train signal system through a door control unit;
the step 34) further comprises: and sending a reset signal of the emergency exit device to the train signal system through the vehicle door control unit.
5. A vehicle door system comprises a vehicle door and an emergency exit device, and is characterized by further comprising a train signal system;
the emergency exit device comprises:
a base (8) having an emergency operation chamber;
a protective cover plate (7) capable of opening and closing the emergency operation chamber;
a handle (9) capable of unlocking the vehicle door by operation, wherein the handle (9) is arranged in the emergency operation cavity;
a handle control structure for controlling whether the handle (9) is operable;
a cover locking structure capable of locking the protective cover (7) to place the protective cover (7) in a closed state, the cover locking structure being disposed within the emergency operation chamber;
the cover plate opening and resetting structure (1) is used for driving the cover plate locking structure to release and lock the protective cover plate (7), and the cover plate opening and resetting structure (1) is arranged on the base (8);
an emergency evacuation detection switch disposed in the emergency operation cavity, the emergency evacuation detection switch being triggered by opening of the protective cover plate (7) or by a small-angle operation of the handle (9) that does not unlock the vehicle door; when the emergency evacuation detection switch is triggered, a vehicle door evacuation request loop is activated, an evacuation request signal is sent to the train signal system by the vehicle door evacuation request loop, and after the train signal system receives the evacuation request signal, the train signal system controls the vehicle to stop in a safe area so as to activate a zero-speed vehicle line signal and disable a vehicle door unlocking vehicle line signal, so that the handle (9) is controlled to be released by the handle control structure, and the handle (9) is allowed to operate.
6. The door system of claim 5, further comprising a handle detection switch (6), wherein when the handle (9) is operated, a handle trigger boss (91) on the handle (9) triggers the handle detection switch (6) so as to control the vehicle door safety circuit to be disconnected, and when the vehicle is in a non-zero speed state, a door driving motor is started in a door closing direction by a door control unit, and the door is driven to be closed to a position where the door is locked in place by the door driving motor so as to prevent the door from being manually opened in the non-safety state.
7. The door system according to claim 5, wherein the emergency evacuation detection switch is a cover detection switch (2);
a cover plate switch anti-triggering structure is arranged on the protective cover plate (7), and when the protective cover plate (7) is in a closed state, the cover plate switch anti-triggering structure drives the cover plate detection switch (2) to be in an un-triggered state;
and a cover plate switch triggering structure is arranged on the base (8), and when the protective cover plate (7) is in an opening state, the cover plate switch triggering structure triggers the cover plate detection switch (2).
8. The door system according to claim 7, wherein the cover switch triggering structure includes an elastic triggering member and a rotatable cover switch triggering swing arm (14), the elastic triggering member being capable of driving the cover switch triggering swing arm (14) to rotate in a direction to trigger the cover detection switch (2);
the cover plate switch triggering prevention structure is a cover plate switch triggering prevention rod (13), when the protection cover plate (7) is in a closed state, the cover plate switch triggering prevention rod (13) drives the cover plate switch triggering rotating arm (14) to rotate towards a direction separated from the cover plate detection switch (2), and therefore the cover plate detection switch (2) is in a non-triggering state; when the protective cover plate (7) is opened, the cover plate switch trigger-proof rod (13) leaves the cover plate switch trigger rotating arm (14).
9. A door system according to claim 5, characterized in that the handle control structure is a handle control electromagnet (3), the handle control electromagnet (3) being provided with a locking pin (31), the locking pin (31) extending out of a handle operation stop (92) locking the handle (9) when the handle control electromagnet (3) is energized, so that the handle (9) is inoperable; under the condition of power failure, the locking pin (31) is in a contraction state, so that the handle (9) is in an operation allowing state.
10. The vehicle door system according to claim 5, characterized in that a cover latch hook (12) is provided on the protective cover (7);
the cover plate locking structure is a pin which can be in clamping fit with the cover plate locking hook (12), and the pin enters and exits the cover plate locking hook (12) through rotation;
the cover plate opening and resetting structure (1) comprises:
the reset key lock is fixedly connected with the pin;
a cover plate opening knob (10) capable of driving the pin to rotate in a direction of releasing the protective cover plate (7), wherein the cover plate opening knob (10) is provided with a driving protrusion positioned on one side of the pin;
and the reset key is matched with the reset key lock and can drive the reset key lock to rotate along with the pin towards the direction of locking the protective cover plate (7).
