Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a large-volume concrete precast column straightening and mounting method and a special tool thereof.
Background
The concrete precast column straightening comprises two contents: plane position correction and perpendicularity correction. During the straightening operation, the plane position of the column is generally corrected first, and after the plane position is corrected completely, the verticality of the column is corrected.
In the prior art, the plane position is corrected by marking the axis of a foundation on a foundation cup mouth by using ink lines, marking the axis of a column body on a prefabricated column, and aligning the axis shot on the foundation cup mouth with the axis of the column body.
In the prior art, two theodolites are adopted for correcting the verticality and are respectively arranged on two sides of the front surface of a column, and the theodolites must be erected on an axial line to ensure that the sight of a telescope is vertical to an observation surface so as to prevent measurement errors caused by the fact that an upper measuring point and a lower measuring point are not on the same vertical surface. In the traditional method, a sledge hammer is used for striking a steel wedge during correction. The side with large deviation is corrected first, and the side with small deviation is corrected later. If the deviation numbers of the two directions are close, the small surface is corrected first, and then the large surface is corrected. After correcting the right direction, slightly tightening the four wedges with two opposite surfaces, and correcting the other direction. This method is feasible for prefabricated columns of relatively low weight, but is very labour-and time-consuming and inefficient if the mass of the prefabricated column is high. A new precast column straightening method is researched according to actual field requirements.

The present invention is directed to a method suitable for aligning large volume concrete columns. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following specific technical means:
a method for correcting a large-volume concrete precast column comprises the following steps:
1) when the cup foundation is bound with steel bars, a plurality of small iron rings with the diameter of 18mm are arranged around the cup foundation, and the small iron rings are pre-embedded in concrete when the foundation is poured;
2) after the cup rim foundation is manufactured, an iron cushion block is placed at the bottom of the cup rim foundation, the thickness of the iron cushion block is the difference value between the designed length part of the prefabricated column inserted into the cup rim in the drawing and the actual depth of the cup rim, and the top surface elevation of the cup rim foundation is aligned with the ink line marking line which is manufactured in advance on the prefabricated column;
3) winding a steel wire rope on the column bracket before the prefabricated column is hoisted;
4) after the prefabricated column is arranged in the cup mouth foundation, the cup mouth ink line is aligned, and two ends of the steel wire rope are respectively connected with the chain block;
5) determining the offset direction of the prefabricated column by means of a theodolite, and fixing the chain block to a small iron ring opposite to the offset direction of the prefabricated column;
6) pulling the chain block to straighten the prefabricated column, and finally taking down the steel wire rope and the chain block.
Compared with the traditional method, the precast column straightening method has the following advantages: 1) the steel wire rope replaces the original hammer and a plurality of steel wedges, and the installation is convenient; 2) the mode of prefabricated post location with reverse drawknot slope replaces throwing into the post side of steel wedge at different sides, different points respectively, has saved manpower and material resources greatly, and the alignment is fast. 3) The straightening tools such as the steel wire rope and the chain block can be used in a turnover way.
The invention also provides a special tool for the correction method of the large-volume concrete precast column, which comprises an iron cushion block, at least one steel wire rope, a chain block and a small iron ring fixed on the foundation ground, wherein the iron cushion block is arranged at the bottom of the cup foundation and is higher than the bottom surface of the cup; the small iron ring is pre-buried around the cup opening foundation; the steel wire rope is wound on the part above the bracket of the prefabricated column, and two ends of the steel wire rope are respectively provided with a chain block; the chain block is fixedly connected with a small iron ring at the position opposite to the offset direction of the prefabricated column.
The tool is simple in structure and convenient to operate, an operation platform is not required, correction can be conveniently performed on a plurality of inclined directions of the prefabricated column, and the correction direction can be changed at any time.

The invention provides a method for correcting a large-volume concrete precast column, which is shown by combining the accompanying drawings 1 and 2:
1) when the cup foundation 1 is bound with and rolled with the steel bars, a plurality of small iron rings 4 with the diameter of 18mm are arranged around the cup foundation, and the small iron rings 4 are pre-embedded in concrete when the foundation is poured.
2) After the cup rim foundation 1 is manufactured, an iron cushion block 3 is placed at the bottom of the cup rim foundation 1, the thickness of the iron cushion block 3 is the difference value between the designed length part of the prefabricated column 2 inserted into the cup rim and the actual depth of the cup rim in a drawing, and the top surface elevation of the cup rim foundation 1 is flush with the ink line marking line which is made on the prefabricated column 2 in advance. The thickness of the iron shim block 3 in the embodiment of the present invention is 100mm x 15 mm. The iron cushion blocks 3 can reduce the friction force between the prefabricated column 2 and the bottom surface of the cup rim foundation 1, and the thickness of the cushion blocks is determined when the cup bottom of the prefabricated column is leveled.
3) And before the prefabricated column 2 is lifted, a steel wire rope 6 with the thickness of 20mm is wound on the bracket of the column.
4) After the prefabricated column 2 is arranged in the cup rim foundation 1, the cup rim ink line is aligned, and two ends of the steel wire rope 6 are respectively connected with the chain block 5.
5) The offset direction of the prefabricated column 2 is determined by means of theodolites and a chain block 5 is fixed to a small iron ring 4 opposite to the offset direction of the column.
6) Pulling the chain block 5 to straighten the prefabricated column 2, and finally taking down the steel wire rope 6 and the chain block 5.
The special tool for the large-volume concrete precast column correcting method comprises an iron cushion block 3, at least one steel wire rope 6, a chain block 5 and a small iron ring 4 fixed on the ground of a foundation, wherein the iron cushion block 3 is arranged at the bottom of a cup rim foundation 1 and is higher than the bottom surface of the cup rim; the small iron ring 4 is pre-embedded around the cup mouth foundation 1; the steel wire rope 6 is wound on the bracket part of the prefabricated column 2, and two ends of the steel wire rope are respectively provided with a chain block 5; the chain block 5 is fixedly connected with the small iron ring 4 at the position opposite to the offset direction of the prefabricated column 2.
