本发明公开的一种低气味密封胶条及其制备方法,低气味密封胶条包括以下重量份数的原材料:EPDM原胶为60‑80份,炭黑为100‑150份,纳米活性碳酸钙为20‑40份,石蜡油为80‑90份,氧化锌为10‑20份,氧化锌为5‑10份,表面活性剂PEG‑4000为0.5‑1份,硫磺粉为1.8‑2份,促进剂TMTD为0.8‑1份,促进剂NA‑22为0.8‑1份,促进剂DM为1‑1.2份,促进剂ZDBC为1.8‑2份,物理发泡剂2.2‑2.5份,发泡剂OBSH0.3‑0.5份,润滑剂0.5‑1,抗氧剂0.5‑1,滑石粉3‑4份。本发明属于橡胶生产加工技术领域,具体是一种采用健康环保的胶条原料,在保证具有良好的密封可靠性、优异的力学性能和长期使用的耐老化性能的同时,气味降低,具有很低的VOC散发性能,并且无有毒有害物质,保护人体健康,符合欧盟RoHS法规和REACH法规的要求的低气味密封胶条。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶生产加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种低气味密封胶条及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车密封条是用于汽车门窗密封的零件,此外还起到连接、固定、减振、装饰等作用。随着橡胶材料技术、密封条挤出和硫化工艺、密封条设计水平的不断进步,密封条的可靠性问题已经基本解决,主机厂和汽车用户对密封条的装饰性和环保性提出了新的要求。EPDM橡胶密封条密封性好,长期使用变形小,具有良好的耐高低温性和耐候性,性能可靠。但是普通橡胶密封条会散发难闻的橡胶味,并且散发大量VOC 有害小分子,对人体健康和汽车室内环境影响较大。因此,提供一种低气味密封胶条非常有必要。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种低气味密封胶条及其制备方法,采用健康环保的胶条原料,且胶条原料在特定的添加量范围内配合使用,同时对成型后的密封胶条增加后处理工艺,使得到的密封胶条在保证具有良好的密封可靠性、优异的力学性能和长期使用的耐老化性能的同时,气味降低,具有很低的VOC散发性能,并且无有毒有害物质,保护人体健康,符合欧盟RoHS法规和REACH法规的要求。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种低气味密封胶条,包括以下重量份数的原材料:EPDM原胶为60-80 份,炭黑为100-150份,纳米活性碳酸钙为20-40份,石蜡油为80-90份,氧化锌为10-20份,氧化锌为 5-10份,表面活性剂PEG-4000为0.5-1份,硫磺粉为1.8-2份,促进剂TMTD为0.8-1份,促进剂NA-22 为0.8-1份,促进剂DM为1-1.2份,促进剂ZDBC为1.8-2份,物理发泡剂2.2-2.5份,发泡剂OBSH0.3-0.5 份,润滑剂0.5-1,抗氧剂0.5-1,滑石粉3-4份。
本发明低气味密封胶条优选的原材料重量配比为:EPDM原胶为65-75份,炭黑为120-140份,纳米活性碳酸钙为25-35份,石蜡油为80-90份,氧化锌为15-20份,硬脂酸为6-9份,表面活性剂PEG-4000 为0.6-1份,硫磺粉为1.8-2份,促进剂TMTD为0.8-1份,促进剂NA-22为0.8-1份,促进剂DM为1-1.1 份,促进剂ZDBC为1.8-1.9份,物理发泡剂2.2-2.4份,发泡剂OBSH为0.4-0.5份,润滑剂0.6-0.8,抗氧剂0.7-0.9,滑石粉3.5-4份。
本发明低气味密封胶条最佳的原材料重量配比为:EPDM原胶为70份,炭黑为130份,纳米活性碳酸钙为30份,石蜡油为85份,氧化锌为18份,硬脂酸为8份,表面活性剂PEG-4000为0.9份,硫磺粉为 1.9份,促进剂TMTD为0.9份,促进剂NA-22为0.9份,促进剂DM为1份,促进剂ZDBC为1.9份,物理发泡剂2.3份,发泡剂OBSH为0.45份,润滑剂07,抗氧剂0.8,滑石粉3.5份。
本发明低气味密封胶条的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将EPDM原胶、炭黑、纳米活性碳酸钙、石蜡油、氧化锌、氧化锌、表面活性剂PEG-4000、润滑剂、抗氧剂和滑石粉按照重量配比在110-145℃下混炼,压片,制得一段混炼胶;
(2)向步骤(1)制得的混炼胶中按照配比加入促进剂TMTD、促进剂NA-22、促进剂DM、促进剂ZDBC、硫磺粉、物理发泡剂和发泡剂OBSH,在72-79℃混炼,压片,制得二段混炼胶;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的二段混炼胶挤出,制得密封胶条雏形,对密封胶条雏形进行盐浴,盐浴所用的介质为KNO3溶液,溶液温度为180-220℃之间,盐浴持续时间为6-8min;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的明峰胶条雏形,在190-210℃下硫化,切割,制得所述低气味密封胶条;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的密封胶条放入具有强排风系统的烘房中进行后处理,后处理温度为65-75℃,后处理时间为4小时。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果如下:本发明一种低气味密封胶条及其制备方法,采用环保无毒无害的添加剂和助剂,采用环保型发泡剂OBSH,采用环保工艺制造,并在密封条成型后进行后处理加工。使制得的发泡橡胶密封条具有很低的气味,具有很低的VOC散发,不含不利于人体健康的物质,符合欧盟RoHS 法规和REACH法规的要求,同时增加密封橡胶形状的稳定,增加张力强度,保证密封橡胶的优良的性能。

本实施例还提供低气味密封胶条的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将EPDM原胶、炭黑、纳米活性碳酸钙、石蜡油、氧化锌、氧化锌、表面活性剂PEG-4000、润滑剂、抗氧剂和滑石粉按照重量配比在130℃下混炼,压片,制得一段混炼胶;
(2)向步骤(1)制得的混炼胶中按照配比加入促进剂TMTD、促进剂NA-22、促进剂DM、促进剂ZDBC、硫磺粉、物理发泡剂和发泡剂OBSH,在75℃混炼,压片,制得二段混炼胶;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的二段混炼胶挤出,制得密封胶条雏形,对密封胶条雏形进行盐浴,盐浴所用的介质为KNO3溶液,溶液温度为200℃之间,盐浴持续时间为7min;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的明峰胶条雏形,在200℃下硫化,切割,制得所述低气味密封胶条;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的密封胶条放入具有强排风系统的烘房中进行后处理,后处理温度为70℃,后处理时间为4小时。
实施例2
本实施例在于提供一种低气味密封胶条包括如下重量份数的原材料:EPDM原胶为70份,炭黑为130 份,纳米活性碳酸钙为30份,石蜡油为85份,氧化锌为18份,硬脂酸为8份,表面活性剂PEG-4000为 0.9份,硫磺粉为1.9份,促进剂TMTD为0.9份,促进剂NA-22为0.9份,促进剂DM为1份,促进剂ZDBC 为1.9份,物理发泡剂2.3份,发泡剂OBSH为0.45份,润滑剂07,抗氧剂0.8,滑石粉3.5份

(2)向步骤(1)制得的混炼胶中按照配比加入促进剂TMTD、促进剂NA-22、促进剂DM、促进剂ZDBC、硫磺粉、物理发泡剂和发泡剂OBSH,在75℃混炼,压片,制得二段混炼胶;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的二段混炼胶挤出,制得密封胶条雏形,对密封胶条雏形进行盐浴,盐浴所用的介质为KNO3溶液,溶液温度为210℃之间,盐浴持续时间为8min;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的明峰胶条雏形,在200℃下硫化,切割,制得所述低气味密封胶条;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的密封胶条放入具有强排风系统的烘房中进行后处理,后处理温度为70℃,后处理时间为3.5小时。

(2)向步骤(1)制得的混炼胶中按照配比加入促进剂TMTD、促进剂NA-22、促进剂DM、促进剂ZDBC、硫磺粉、物理发泡剂和发泡剂OBSH,在72-79℃混炼,压片,制得二段混炼胶;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的二段混炼胶挤出,制得密封胶条雏形,对密封胶条雏形进行盐浴,盐浴所用的介质为KNO3溶液,溶液温度为180-220℃之间,盐浴持续时间为6-8min;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的明峰胶条雏形,在190-210℃下硫化,切割,制得所述低气味密封胶条;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的密封胶条放入具有强排风系统的烘房中进行后处理,后处理温度为65-75℃,后处理时间为4小时。
