pushing the bottle pushing positioning frame to push a whole layer of bottles along the bottle conveying direction, taking out the bottle pushing positioning frame after 100% of the whole layer of bottles enter a bottle conveying table of a bottle conveying device, conveying the whole layer of bottles to a conveying belt by the bottle conveying device, and enabling the whole layer of bottles to enter a bottle washing machine and a filling machine;
removing the bottom packing paper of the whole layer of bottles, performing circulating operation according to an operation mechanism, propelling the next layer of bottles to run, and repeating the operation for 5 times until the whole tray of bottles is conveyed to a conveyer belt by a bottle conveying device to enter a bottle washing machine and a filling machine, so as to finish the bottle feeding work of a tray 2000 with a plurality of bottles.
In a second embodiment, please refer to fig. 3-4, a bottle feeding and pushing device includes a main frame 100 and a handle frame 200, where the main frame 100 includes a front plate 110, two symmetrically disposed side plates 120 and a rear plate 130, the front plate 110, the two symmetrically disposed side plates 120 and the rear plate 130 jointly enclose the main frame 100, the front plate 110 and the rear plate 130 are respectively located at the front and rear ends of the side plates 120 and are both fixedly connected to the side plates 120, the handle frame 200 is located at a side of the top of the main frame 100 close to the rear plate 130, the handle frame 200 includes two vertical plates 210 and a top plate 220, the top plate 220 is fixedly connected to the tops of the two vertical plates 210, and the bottoms of the vertical plates 210 are fixedly connected to the outer sides of the side plates 120.
The difference from the first embodiment is that a reinforcing plate 140 is fixedly connected to the top of the four corners of the main frame 100, wherein the reinforcing plate 140 is used for connecting the side plate 120 with the rear plate 130 or the front plate 110, thereby improving the structural strength of the main frame 100; it should be noted that in the present embodiment, the height of the main frame 100 should be higher than the height of the moved glass bottles, otherwise the reinforcing plate 140 would prevent the glass bottles located at the four corners of the main frame 100 from being inserted;

The difference from the first embodiment is that the top of the main frame 100 is further provided with a grid part 300, the grid part 300 comprises a cross rod 310 and a longitudinal rod 320, the cross rod 310 and the longitudinal rod 320 are arranged perpendicular to each other, the front end and the rear end of the cross rod 310 are respectively fixedly connected with the top of the front plate 110 and the top of the rear plate 130, the two ends of the longitudinal rod 320 are respectively fixedly connected with the top of the side plate 120, and the height of the side plate 120 is higher than the height of the front plate 110 and the height of the rear plate 130;
in this embodiment, the structural strength of the main frame 100 can be further improved by the grid 300, and the tops of the glass bottles can be extended from the meshes of the grid 300, so that the use of an audio device is not required.

The difference from the first embodiment is that the length of the side plate 120 can be adjusted, which facilitates the adjustment of the structure to match the pushed glass bottle;
