Abstract
本申请涉及一种髋臼垫块,涉及医疗器械的技术领域,其包括骨小梁结构,所述骨小梁结构上设置有多个孔洞,其四周边缘环绕设置有多个凹槽。本申请能够提高髋臼垫块在手术中的安装灵活度,以方便于安装。

技术领域
本申请涉及医疗器械的领域,尤其是涉及一种髋臼垫块。
背景技术
髋臼垫块是代替人体髋关节髋臼部分的外科植入物,其主要用于髋关节的置换手术中针对髋臼有缺损的病例,以达到重建杯体初始稳定性的目的。目前市场上针对髋臼底部缺损的垫块产品稀少,多为圆形,垫块产品结构设计单一,且大多数以钛合金材料为主,多采用高温烧结的喷涂形式进行表面涂层处理。
上述的髋臼垫块虽可替代髋关节髋臼缺损部分,但是在实际使用时却发现其结构中还存在有以下缺点:对于具有髋臼底部缺损情况的患者,在进行髋关节初次或者翻修手术时,圆形髋臼垫块容易与髋臼固定使用的钛钉发生干涉,无法在手术过程中按照患者的具体情况灵活调整,安装不方便,不能满足使用需求,造成该髋臼垫块在实际应用上,未能达到最佳的使用效果。
发明内容
为了提高髋臼垫块在手术中的安装灵活度,以方便于安装,本申请提供一种髋臼垫块。
本申请提供的一种髋臼垫块采用如下的技术方案:
一种髋臼垫块,包括骨小梁结构,所述骨小梁结构上设置有多个孔洞,其四周边缘环绕设置有多个凹槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,髋臼垫块植入后,髋臼骨可长入孔洞内,以使骨小梁结构与髋臼骨融合在一起,达到骨整合目的,增加髋臼垫块后期稳定性,多个凹槽能够避免骨小梁结构与固定髋臼杯的钛钉发生干涉,从而避免影响髋臼垫块的固定,有利于在手术过程中按照患者的具体情况灵活调整,安装方便,在实际应用上达到更佳的使用效果。
可选的,多个所述凹槽均匀分布在所述骨小梁结构的四周边缘。
通过采用上述技术方案,凹槽均匀分布,能够使钛钉也均匀分布固定髋臼杯,提高稳定性。
可选的,多个所述凹槽设置为弧形槽。
可选的,多个所述凹槽的边缘以及所述骨小梁结构的四周边缘均设置为弧形过渡。
通过采用上述技术方案,能够避免骨小梁结构出现棱角,有利于周围肌肉等组织适应骨小梁结构。
可选的,所述凹槽设置有四个。
可选的,所述孔洞覆盖在整个金属骨小梁结构上。
通过采用上述技术方案,有利于骨小梁结构与髋臼骨更加牢固的整合在一起。
可选的,多个所述孔洞在所述骨小梁结构的表面上呈蜂窝状分布。
通过采用上述技术方案,蜂窝结构分布均匀紧密,有利于骨小梁结构与髋臼骨更加牢固的结合,蜂窝结构还具有优秀的几何力学性能,有利于加强骨小梁结构的结构强度。
可选的,所述骨小梁结构的相对两个侧面向同侧凸起且大致呈球型面。
通过采用上述技术方案,骨小梁结构的两个球型面能够更好的与髋臼外杯表面形状以及髋臼骨外形配合。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.骨小梁结构与髋臼骨能够融合在一起,达到骨整合目的,增加髋臼垫块后期稳定性,多个凹槽能够避免骨小梁结构与固定髋臼杯的钛钉发生干涉,从而避免影响髋臼垫块的固定,安装方便;
2.骨小梁结构的孔洞蜂窝结构分布,能够与髋臼骨更加牢固的结合,有利于加强骨小梁结构的结构强度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-2对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请实施例公开一种髋臼垫块,用于填充髋关节髋臼底部的缺损部分。参照图1和图2,髋臼垫块包括金属材质的骨小梁结构1,骨小梁结构1的两个相对侧面向同侧凸起,大致形成两个球型面,两个球型面分别为向外凸起的凸球面2和向内凹陷的凹球面3。其中,凹球面3与髋臼骨外形相匹配,二者直接接触,凹球面3与髋臼外杯表面形状相匹配,两者可以使用骨水泥进行粘接,以达到增强初始稳定性的目的。
骨小梁结构1上设置有多个孔洞4,多个孔洞4根据一定的规律均匀排列。髋臼垫块植入后,髋臼骨能够长入孔洞4中,使的骨小梁结构1与髋臼骨融合在一起,达到骨整合的目的,增加髋臼垫块后期稳定性。
应注意的是,多个孔洞4覆盖在整个金属骨小梁结构1上,并且在金属骨小梁结构1的整个外表面上呈蜂窝状,以使垫块植入后,髋臼骨可完全长入髋臼垫块内,更加牢固的结合,在后期的运动过程中,髋臼垫块能够不容易松动。蜂窝结构还具有优秀的几何力学性能,有利于加强骨小梁结构1的结构强度。
骨小梁的四周边缘设置有多个凹槽5,凹能够避免骨小梁结构1与固定髋臼杯的钛钉发生干涉,从而避免影响髋臼垫块的固定,有利于在手术过程中按照患者的具体情况灵活调整。凹槽5的位置和数量可以根据钛钉的数量进行调整。本实施例中,凹槽5设置为四个且均匀分布。
骨小梁的四周边缘以及四个凹槽5的边缘均设置为弧形过渡,避免出现尖锐的棱角,有利于周围肌肉等组织适应骨小梁结构1。
综合以上所述,骨小梁结构1通过在四周开设凹槽5,够避免钛钉发生干涉,从而方便于安装,并且,骨小梁结构1上覆盖的孔洞4能够加强其与髋臼骨的结合,增加髋臼垫块后期稳定性。

Claims (8)
1.一种髋臼垫块,其特征在于:包括骨小梁结构(1),所述骨小梁结构(1)上设置有多个孔洞(4),其四周边缘环绕设置有多个凹槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼垫块,其特征在于:多个所述凹槽(5)均匀分布在所述骨小梁结构(1)的四周边缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼垫块,其特征在于:多个所述凹槽(5)设置为弧形槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼垫块,其特征在于:多个所述凹槽(5)的边缘以及所述骨小梁结构(1)的四周边缘均设置为弧形过渡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼垫块,其特征在于:所述凹槽(5)设置有四个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼垫块,其特征在于:所述孔洞(4)覆盖在整个金属骨小梁结构(1)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼垫块,其特征在于:多个所述孔洞(4)在所述骨小梁结构(1)的表面上呈蜂窝状分布。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的髋臼垫块,其特征在于:所述骨小梁结构(1)的相对两个侧面向同侧凸起且大致呈球型面。
