Description

Aerosol generating device capable of realizing bidirectional suction
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of heating non-combustion cigarette smoking tools, and particularly relates to an aerosol generating device capable of bidirectionally sucking.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to their health problems, and in recent years, the attention on the health problems of smoking is high. In order to meet the changing consumption requirements of various large enterprises at home and abroad, various completely hollow tobacco products for replacing the traditional cigarettes are developed in a dispute. Among these growing fully hollow tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and heat-not-combusted cigarettes are superior.
The electronic cigarette serving as an electronic product is expanded and applied in the tobacco industry, and has the advantages that the smoking variability is strong, the smoke smoking taste can be randomly regulated and controlled by adjusting components of tobacco tar, but the taste, particularly the heat sensation, of the smoke is generated mainly through an electronic atomizer, and is still different from the traditional cigarette which generates smoke through heating, so that the acceptance of old smokers is poor.
The heating non-combustion cigarette is characterized in that a smoking section of the heating cigarette generates smoke, the acceptance of the smoke taste is good, the current market-oriented heating non-combustion cigarette mainly comprises a smoking core material section, a hollow supporting section, a cooling section and a filter tip section, the smoking core material section is a reconstituted tobacco sheet filled orderly or disorderly, and when the reconstituted tobacco sheet is heated, essence, spice and a smoking agent loaded on the reconstituted tobacco sheet are evaporated to generate smoke. However, the existing cigarette which is not heated and combusted has some problems, such as easy deformation of a temperature reduction section, overheating of smoke temperature and the like. To this end, we have devised "a rod-shaped smoking segment and method of making the same and a tobacco rod comprising the same" (patent application No. 201920751936.6). In the subsequent development process, the smoking section is found to have the effect of cooling, so that a bar-shaped cigarette and a preparation method thereof are designed (the patent application number is 201910507012.6); however, the cigarettes of the two designs still have a defect that the utilization rate of the smoke agent and the essence and flavor is not high. This phenomenon is not only found in cigarettes of such rod-shaped smoking segments, but is also quite evident in conventional heated non-burning cigarettes (e.g., iQOS and GLO). The residue rate of the smoke agent in the iQOS cigarette after suction is still 50% -60% of the original amount, the residue in GLO is slightly lower, but the residue rate is about 45% -50%, and the residue rate in the cigarette is about 50% -65%. The defect not only increases the difficulty of guaranteeing the amount of the smoke, but also seriously wastes the smoke agent and the essence and spice, and improves the production cost of the product.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, it is desired to design a cigarette which can be heated and not burn and can be smoked in two directions, and to smoke from both ends of the cigarette.
However, the conventional circumferentially heating smoking set used for the two-way smoking non-combustible heating cigarette has the following problems: 1. because one end of the heating cavity of the conventional circumferential heating smoking set is closed, when the filter segment at one end of the cigarette capable of being sucked in two directions is used for smoking, the filter segment at the other end is accommodated in the heating cavity, and the filter segment can be excessively heated to generate thermal shrinkage and generate harmful gas; 2. if the conventional circumferential heating smoking set is used for heating and smoking cigarettes in two directions, the cigarettes need to be pulled out of the heating cavity after smoking at one end, and then the cigarettes are turned around and inserted into the heating cavity for smoking at the other end. However, after one heating, the cigarette paper is carbonized and fragile, and the pulling and inserting operation is not suitable.
Therefore, it is desirable to design a smoking set suitable for heating a non-combustible cigarette capable of two-way smoking, and the above problems can be solved.

The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides an aerosol generating device capable of bidirectionally sucking, which is matched with a heating non-burning cigarette 6 capable of bidirectionally sucking, compared with a conventional heating non-burning smoking set, the two ends of a cigarette containing cavity 0 of the aerosol generating device are open, filter tip sections at the two ends are exposed out of the cigarette containing cavity 0, the filter tip sections can not be heated to generate thermal shrinkage, in addition, two-section heating elements are arranged in the cigarette containing cavity 0 to respectively heat the cigarettes, a user respectively sucks from the two ends of the cigarettes, in the process, the cigarettes do not need to be pulled out and inserted, and the operation is simple.
2. In the preferred technical scheme, cigarette holds 0 at least one tip top in chamber or cigarette holds 0 at least one tip in chamber and is provided with a cigarette clamping part, can press from both sides tight cigarette, prevents to drop.
3. The conventional heating non-combustion cigarette consists of a smoking section, a hollow supporting section, a cooling section and a filter section. The applicant has found that the high smoke temperature of conventional cigarettes, i.e. the burning of the mouth by the smoke, is due primarily to the high water vapour content of the smoke. The reason is that the steam has a large specific heat capacity and is easy to carry a large amount of heat energy to migrate, and when the heat energy is released in the mouth of a consumer, the mouth burning phenomenon is generated. The heating non-combustion cigarette capable of being sucked in two directions has the advantages that the used smoking section is of a hollow rod-shaped structure, two ends of the smoking section are respectively abutted against one filter section, and during smoking, the front half section and the rear half section of the smoking section can be a cavity section and a cooling section. When heating the front half of the fuming section, the back half of the fuming section is taken as the cooling section, and the smoke is cooled through the back half of the fuming section, and partial water vapor in the smoke is adsorbed by condensation due to the water absorption effect of the fuming base material, the fuming agent and the like in the back half of the fuming section, so that the phenomenon of burning the mouth is avoided.
And when heating back half section of the section of fuming again, because carried out a heating process before, the moisture content of whole section of fuming has greatly reduced, and the half section of the front still has certain interception effect to moisture in addition, consequently, moisture content is lower naturally in the smog of suction once more, can not appear scalding the mouth phenomenon yet.
4. After the conventional non-combustible heated cigarette is smoked, the residual quantity of the smoking agent and the residual quantity of the essence and the spice are about 50 percent basically, and a large amount of waste is caused. The cigarette with heating and non-combustion functions and capable of being smoked in two directions is characterized in that the smoking agent is heated and smoked in two sections, after the whole smoking process of the two sections of the smoking section is completed, the detection shows that the residual rate of the smoking agent in the cigarette is less than 10%, the waste of the smoking agent and essence is effectively reduced, the smoking amount is more sufficient during smoking, and the fragrant substances are more abundant. The reason is that each section of the smoking section is subjected to two different heating processes, for example, the first half section of the smoking section is subjected to two heating processes of direct heating by the heating wire and heating by smoke steam, so that the smoking agent and the essence and the spice are volatilized more completely.
5. The cigarette belongs to the form of the previous step of a normal final finished product on a cigarette making and tipping machine, so that a link is reduced in the production step, and the production energy consumption and cost are reduced. The invention saves the cost of two sections of the hollow cavity section and the cooling section of the conventional heating non-combustion cigarette, reduces the length of the cigarette, increases the containing amount of smoke substances of the cigarettes with the same length, and greatly improves the smoke amount.
6. The two-direction-smokeable non-burning heating cigarette is matched with a two-section circumferential heating smoking set for use, the second section can be continuously smoked from the other end after one section is smoked, the smoking agent and the essence in the cigarette are fully utilized, and the waste is reduced.
