The lateral wall of hollow support section 2 is provided with 2 symmetrical ventilation holes 21, and air gets into in the cigarette from ventilation hole 21 during the suction, mixes in hollow support section 2 with the smog that upstream smoking stick 11 heated production. The length of the hollow supporting section 2 is 5mm, and a vent hole 21 is formed in a position 3mm away from the downstream end of the paper tube section. The inner diameter of the hollow supporting section 2 is 2mm smaller than that of the paper pipe section.
The filter section 3 adopts acetate fiber tows.
The preparation method of the cigarette containing the solid gel cigarette rod 11 comprises the following steps:
the solid gel cigarette rod 11 of the present embodiment is inserted into the paper tube section from the downstream end portion thereof, and then the paper tube section, the hollow support section 2, and the filter section 3 are combined and joined in abutment from upstream to downstream in this order to form a cigarette sample 1 which is a heat non-combustible cigarette.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the cigarette structure comprising the solid gel cigarette rod 11 of example 1. Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the solid gel smoking rod 11 of example 1. Figure 3 is a schematic view of the smoke flow when the cigarettes of example 1 are heated. When the cigarette is heated, the outer wall 4 and the core part 5 of the solid gel cigarette rod 11 are melted and vaporized to generate a gel atomized air flow 7, when a user sucks the cigarette, the outside air flow 6 enters the cigarette from the vent holes 2121, the outside air flow 6 and the gel atomized air flow 7 are mixed in the hollow supporting section 22 to form a mixed air flow 67, then the air flow enters the filter tip section 33 to be further cooled and filtered, and a final smoke flow 8 is formed and sucked by the user.
Example 2
The solid gel smoking stick 11 of the embodiment 2 has a cylindrical structure, the outer wall 4 of the solid gel smoking stick is beeswax, gel mixed with a mixture of a smoking agent and essence and spice is stored in the middle of the solid gel smoking stick as a core part 5, and the thickness of the beeswax wall is 2 mm.
The preparation method of the solid gel cigarette rod 11 of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing beeswax into a barrel-shaped container with one open end by adopting a compression molding method;
(2) injecting the prepared mixture of the smoke agent, the essence and the spice gel into the barrel-shaped beewax container obtained in the step (1);
(3) sealing the barrel-shaped container filled with the gel mixture obtained in the step (2) with beeswax, and cooling to obtain a single solid gel smoking stick 11.
The solid gel cigarette rod 11 of this example 2 was combined with a paper tube section, a hollow support section 2, and a filter section 3 to manufacture a heat non-combustible cigarette rod, referred to as a cigarette sample 2, according to the cigarette manufacturing method of example 1.
Wherein, the inlayer of the paper pipe section of cigarette sample 2 is the aluminium foil layer, and the length of cavity support section 2 is 10mm, is equipped with 2 symmetrical ventilation holes 21 in the department of apart from paper pipe section 5mm, and its internal diameter is 2mm less than the internal diameter of paper pipe section.
Example 3
The solid gel smoking bar 11 of the embodiment 3 has a cylindrical structure, the outer wall 4 of the solid gel smoking bar is beeswax, gel mixed with a mixture of a smoking agent and essence and spice is stored in the middle of the solid gel smoking bar as a core part 5, and the thickness of the beeswax wall is 1.5 mm.
The preparation method of the solid gel cigarette rod 11 of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing beeswax into a barrel-shaped container with one open end by adopting a melting and solidifying method;
(2) injecting the prepared mixture of the smoke agent, the essence and the spice gel into the barrel-shaped beewax container obtained in the step (1);
(3) sealing the barrel-shaped container filled with the gel mixture obtained in the step (2) with beeswax, and cooling to obtain a single solid gel smoking stick 11.
The solid gel smoking rod 11 of the present embodiment is fabricated in combination with a paper tube section, a hollow support section 2, and a filter section 3 into a heat non-combustible cigarette rod, referred to as a cigarette sample 3.
Wherein, the inner layer of the paper tube section is a tin foil layer; the length of the hollow supporting section 2 is 7mm, 2 symmetrical vent holes 21 are formed in the position 4mm away from the paper tube section, and the inner diameter of the hollow supporting section 2 is 2mm smaller than that of the paper tube section.
Example 4
The solid gel smoking stick 11 of the embodiment 4 has a cylindrical structure, the outer wall 4 of the solid gel smoking stick is beeswax, the gel mixed with the mixture of the smoking agent and the essence and the spice is stored in the middle of the solid gel smoking stick as the core part 5, and the thickness of the beeswax wall is 1.7 mm.
The preparation method of the solid gel cigarette rod 11 of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing beeswax into a barrel-shaped container with one open end by adopting a compression molding method;
(2) injecting the prepared mixture of the smoke agent, the essence and the spice gel into the barrel-shaped beewax container obtained in the step (1);
(3) sealing the barrel-shaped container filled with the gel mixture obtained in the step (2) with beeswax, and cooling to obtain a single solid gel smoking stick 11.
The solid gel smoking rod 11 of this example 4 was combined with a paper tube section, a hollow support section 2, and a filter section 3 to manufacture a heat non-combustible cigarette rod, referred to as a cigarette sample 4.
Wherein, the inner layer of the paper tube section is a tin foil layer; the length of the hollow support section 2 is 8mm, 2 symmetrical vent holes 21 are formed in the position 3.5mm away from the paper tube section, and the inner diameter of the hollow support section 2 is 2mm smaller than that of the paper tube section.
The cigarette samples 1, 2, 3 and 4 have the same conditions and parameters except for the clearly written differences.
Selecting conventional heating non-burning cigarette cigarettes with the same size as the cigarette sample 1, the cigarette sample 2, the cigarette sample 3 and the cigarette sample 4 as a cigarette comparison sample, and filling the smoking section 1 of the cigarette comparison sample with a reconstituted tobacco sheet.

Respectively plugging a cigarette reference sample, a cigarette sample 1, a cigarette sample 2, a cigarette sample 3 and a cigarette sample 4 into a center with matched size and a heating non-combustion cigarette smoking set with a circumferential heating mode for smoking. According to national standard of sensory technical requirement (GB5606.4-2005), a plurality of sensory evaluation personnel perform sensory evaluation on the cigarette, and mainly investigate 4 indexes of the smoke quantity, the burning sensation of smoke, miscellaneous gas and the fragrance quantity of the cigarette, wherein the smoke quantity, the burning sensation of smoke and the fragrance quantity are performed in a scoring mode and respectively comprise the following steps: smoke amount is 0-10 minutes, smoke burning sensation is 0-10 minutes, and fragrance amount is 0-10 minutes, wherein the higher the score is, the stronger the evaluation index feeling in the smoking process is; miscellaneous gases were evaluated in the manner described. Sensory evaluation of five different cigarette samples is shown in tables 1 and 2.
As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, the smoking rod 11 and the cigarette comprising the smoking rod 11 of the present invention have significantly increased smoke volume, increased satisfaction, significantly reduced smoke burning sensation, significantly increased fragrance volume, and no offensive odor compared to the non-combustible heated cigarette in the prior art, whether used for central heating or circumferential heating of the smoking set.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. The solid gel smoking rod is characterized in that the smoking rod is of a rod-shaped structure with an outer wall and a core part, the outer wall of the smoking rod is beewax, and the core part of the smoking rod is gel containing a smoking agent.
2. The solid gel smoking bar of claim 1, wherein the gel further comprises a flavoring substance, and the beeswax wall has a thickness of 1-2 mm.
3. A tobacco rod comprising the solid gel smoking rod of any one of claims 1-2.
4. The tobacco rod of claim 3, wherein the tobacco rod includes a smoking section, and the smoking rod is disposed within the smoking section.
5. A tobacco rod according to claim 4 wherein the smoking section is a hollow paper tube section, the side wall of which comprises an outer layer and an inner layer, the outer layer being a paper layer and the inner layer being a metal foil layer.
6. A rod according to claim 4, wherein the paper tube section is sealed or open at an upstream end and open at a downstream end.
7. The cigarette of claim 4, wherein a hollow support section is abutted downstream from the paper tube section, and the inner diameter of the hollow support section is smaller than the outer diameter of the smoking rod.
8. A rod according to claim 4, characterised in that the side walls of the rod are provided with ventilation holes, the ventilation holes being located downstream of the rod.
9. A rod according to claim 4, characterised in that the ventilation holes are provided in the side walls of the hollow support section.
10. The method of making a solid gel smoking rod according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) making beeswax into a barrel-shaped container with one open end;
(2) injecting the gel into the barrel-shaped container obtained in the step (1);
(3) and (3) sealing the barrel-shaped container filled with the gel obtained in the step (2) by using beeswax, and cooling to obtain the solid gel smoking stick.
