本申请实施例提供了一种壳体组件以及电子设备，壳体组件包括壳体本体，壳体本体设有第一音孔、第二音孔以及导音通道，导音通道包括第一贮气空间，导音通道的一端与第一音孔和第二音孔连通，另一端与麦克风对应，第一贮气空间具有第一进口、第二进口和出口，出口的中心与第一进口的中心和第二进口的中心的连线的中点错开设置。本申请实施例提供的壳体组件以及电子设备，通过将第一贮气空间的出口与第一音孔和第二音孔偏心设计，使得从第一音孔和第二音孔进入第一贮气空间的声波经不同的距离传播到达出口，避免了声波同时到达造成叠加，增大声波的声能密度，使得到达麦克风的声能密度适中，进而降低麦克风的破膜风险。
