Various non-limiting embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a system composition diagram of an RFID-based special equipment transfer handover system in an embodiment of the present application is shown.
In the embodiment of the invention, the RFID-based special equipment transfer and handover system comprises: the RFID system comprises an application processor 1, a radio frequency identification RFID controller 2, an RFID reader-writer 3 and a plurality of RFID electronic tags, wherein each RFID electronic tag is arranged on each special device.
For example, each RFID tag may be mounted to a side of the package of each piece of equipment in a location that is easy to handle.
Among them, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a way of interacting related data by Radio signal Identification without establishing direct mechanical contact and optical contact between an Identification system and an object. The RFID has the characteristics of high identification precision, high data acquisition accuracy, high sensitivity, long identification distance, strong anti-interference capability, strong environment adaptability and large data bearing capacity.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the application processor 1 may be an application software system, and the application processor 1 is configured to control and complete all behaviors among the RFID controller 2, the RFID reader/writer 3, and the plurality of RFID tags 4.
The application processor 1 as a master sends a read command to the RFID reader/writer 3 through the RFID controller 2. The step of sending the read command to the RFID reader/writer 3 by the application processor 1 through the RFID controller 2 may be: the application processor 1 sends a read command to the RFID controller 2, and the RFID controller 2 receives the read command and forwards the read command to the RFID reader/writer 3.
The RFID reader-writer 3 receives the reading command and identifies whether the RFID electronic tag 4 exists in the preset range of the RFID reader-writer 3, wherein the preset range of the RFID reader-writer 3 can be in an electromagnetic field formed by the RFID reader-writer 3.
Specifically, the way that the RFID reader 3 identifies whether the RFID tag 4 exists within the preset range of the application processor 1 may be that the application processor 1 sends a read command to the RFID reader 3 cyclically through the RFID controller 2, when the RFID tag 4 approaches the RFID reader 3, the RFID reader can be identified automatically, and the cycle period of sending the read command by the application processor 1 may be every second or every minute, or may be set according to actual conditions.
Since the RFID tag 4 that may be identified is not on the special equipment that needs to be transported, after the presence of the RFID tag 4 is identified, it is necessary to determine whether the identified RFID tag 4 is a legal tag, and if so, it indicates that the identified RFID tag is on the special equipment that needs to be transported, and at this time, the content data included in the identified RFID tag 4 is read and sent to the RFID controller 2.
The RFID controller 2 receives the content data, and since the data format of the content data received by the RFID controller 2 may not be the data format required by the upper application processor 1, in order to facilitate the application processor 1 to manage the data, the RFID controller 2 needs to perform data conversion on the content data, convert the content data into the data format required by the application processor 1, and then transmit the converted content data to the application processor 1.
The application processor 1 receives the converted content data, and in order to facilitate subsequent processing of the received converted content data by different operators, the application processor 1 needs to store the converted content data.
For example, the manner of storing the converted content data by the application processor 1 may be: and arranging the content data according to a preset arranging mode, distributing the arranged content data, and writing the distributed content data into an address corresponding to the identified RFID electronic tag 4, wherein the data content contained in the corresponding RFID electronic tag is stored in each RFID electronic tag address in the application processor 1.
In order to facilitate the viewing of the operator, the application processor 1 displays the converted content data at a corresponding position on the screen after storing the converted content data, and at this time, the operator can view the displayed content data through the screen. When the operator needs to process the displayed content data, the displayed data is subjected to information processing by the operation screen or an input device connected to the screen and a handover processing command is sent to the application processor 1.
The application processor 1 receives the handover processing command, and processes the converted content data according to the received handover processing command to obtain new data. Since the new data is data that the operator needs to write into the RFID tag, the application processor 1 also needs to send a write command and new data to the RFID controller 2.
If anyone can operate the content data displayed by the application processor 1, the security of the data information of the special equipment is poor, so that in order to improve the security of the data information of the special equipment, the authority design can be performed on the operator, and only the operator meeting the operation authority can operate the data information, so that different operators can operate the data information after passing through the identity authentication, and different operators can operate the data information only in the corresponding functional areas.
For example, the authority design for the operator may be: the operator inputs own identity information, the application processor 1 receives the identity information of the operator and judges whether the identity information meets the requirement of the operation authority, if so, the handover processing command sent by the operator is received, and if not, the handover processing command sent by the operator is not responded.
The RFID controller 2 receives the write command and the new data, and writes the new data into the identified RFID tag 4 through the RFID reader/writer 3, thereby completing the handover operation.
For example, the way that the RFID controller 2 receives the write command and the new data and writes the new data into the identified RFID electronic tag 4 through the RFID reader/writer 3 may be: the RFID controller 2 receives the write command and the new data and sends the write command and the new data to the RFID reader-writer 3, the RFID reader-writer 3 receives the write command and the new data and forwards the write command and the new data to the identified RFID electronic tag 4, and the identified RFID electronic tag 4 receives the write command and the new data and stores the new data according to the write command.
In order to manage the data in the RFID electronic tag 4, the data in the RFID electronic tag 4 needs to be uniformly constrained, and the data in the RFID electronic tag 4 can be defined according to actual requirements, so that the identified RFID electronic tag 4 converts the written new data into data in a preset format for storage.
In summary, in the system, by installing each RFID tag on each special device, the RFID reader can identify and read content data of the RFID tag existing within a preset range of the RFID reader, and then send the content data to the RFID controller, the RFID controller performs data conversion on the content data, sends the converted content data to the application processor, the application processor receives and displays the converted content data, processes the converted content data according to the received handover processing command to obtain new data, and sends a write command and the new data to the RFID controller, and the RFID controller is connected to the RFID reader to write the new data into the identified RFID tag. According to the scheme, the content data of the RFID electronic tag can be identified through the RFID reader-writer and forwarded to the application processor through the RFID controller to be displayed, so that an operator can perform information processing on the displayed data and send a handover processing command to the application processor, the application processor controls the RFID controller to write new data into the identified RFID electronic tag through the RFID reader-writer according to the received handover processing command to complete handover work, in the process, the operator only needs to perform simple information processing on the displayed data, manual input is not needed, time and labor are saved, information lag is avoided, and efficiency is improved.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the RFID electronic tag 4 adopts a standard data format and a uniform data collection mode to collect the data in the RFID electronic tag 4 to the application processor 1, so that the labor force can be saved, the working efficiency can be improved, more importantly, special equipment can be handed over in a short time, and the requirement of rapid operation can be met.
Meanwhile, the special equipment transferring and handing-over system provided by the embodiment of the invention can quickly arrange the relevant information of the special equipment, and is convenient for the user of the special equipment to claim and maintain.
