Background
Conventional Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) attach a single-use consigned Baggage strip with a barcode to a consigned Baggage and then use barcode scanning on a conveyor to identify and sort the Baggage, which causes several problems: 1. the disposable luggage bar code sticker used for consigning luggage has high cost and cannot be reused; 2. the error rate of scanning and reading on the luggage conveyer belt is 10%, and workers are required to be equipped at each conveying node of an airport for manual correction, so that the cost is increased, and the efficiency is also influenced; 3. the current baggage information system is only an airline internal system, and the systems of all airports are not uniform. In addition, the civil aviation information database does not have a platform capable of interacting with the passenger, and the passenger cannot acquire information about the self-consigned luggage. In conclusion, the baggage consignment system adopting the manual check-in counter and the bar code scanning has high cost, low efficiency and high error rate, is the main reason for wrong transportation and delay of the baggage, and cannot keep up with the increasing development speed of the aviation industry.
At present, in order to reduce the error rate of a baggage handling system and improve the working efficiency, a plurality of new medium and large airports have adopted an RFID identification system to handle consignment baggage and are combined with an original barcode scanning system. They have added an RFID-tagged luggage tag to the consignment, and have placed the consignment on a RFID-tagged pallet. The biggest problem of these systems is that all RFID information can only be used inside one airport, and the destination airport still can only adopt the bar code on the suitcase to discern the luggage information, and moreover, the passenger still can not obtain the consignment state of his luggage at any time, easily causes the passenger to wander and wait for purposelessly, experiences not good.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment of the present invention:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a baggage consignment method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Which can be executed by a service platform and comprises at least the following steps:
s10, acquiring flight information, user information and codes of RFID electronic tags to be arranged on the to-be-consigned luggage, which are sent by the user terminal, and binding the flight information, the user information and the codes and then sending the bound flight information, the user information and the codes to the aviation luggage processing system, so that when the aviation luggage processing system detects that the to-be-consigned luggage passes through a luggage consignment channel, the codes of the RFID electronic tags on the to-be-consigned luggage are acquired, and the flight information and the user information corresponding to the codes are written into the RFID electronic tags.
In this embodiment, the baggage to be checked in has an identification code identification and an RFID tag. Wherein, before the luggage leaves the factory, the manufacturer of the luggage can directly assemble the RFID label and the identification code mark on the luggage. Preferably, the RFID tag is embedded within the structure of the luggage and the identification code tag is attached to a surface of the luggage. When the RFID tag and the identification code identification are simultaneously mounted on one luggage, the manufacturer uniquely matches the RFID tag and the two-dimensional code so that the information read through the RFID tag is identical to the information read through the identification code identification. Or, the RFID tag and the two-dimensional code are directed to the same database. For example, after the RFID tag is read by using the RFID reader, the database to which the RFID tag is directed may be entered, and the data stored in the database may be acquired, or information may be written into the database; after the two-dimensional code is scanned by the code scanning device (e.g., a smart phone, etc.), the database to which the two-dimensional code points can be accessed, and the data stored in the database can be acquired, or the information can be written into the database. In some embodiments, the service platform may assign a set of two-dimensional code with a unique identification code (UID) and an RFID tag to the luggage, and the manufacturer may put the RFID tag on the implanted luggage, read the code of the RFID tag through an RFID reading device, attach the two-dimensional code to the luggage, establish a unique correspondence between the two, bind the two into an electronic identification card of the luggage, and upload the electronic identification card to the service platform.
In this embodiment, the luggage is provided with a two-dimensional code identifier, and an RFID tag which can meet the use requirement of the luggage processing system of the airline company is correspondingly implanted in the luggage and used as an electronic identity card for the whole life of the luggage, so that the self-service consignment and tracking of the luggage are completed. It should be understood that, in this embodiment, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code, a bar code, or the like, and the identifiable graphic code of the data symbol information is recorded in a black and white pattern on a plane according to a certain rule by using a specific geometric figure. This specification does not specifically limit this. For convenience of explanation, in the following embodiments, the identification code identifier is described as a two-dimensional code identifier.
In this embodiment, before taking a flight, a user may check-in advance through a service platform, select a flight seat and add a consignment baggage, and the service platform may bind user information, flight information and consignment baggage information (including baggage size and baggage RFID tag code) and send the bound information to a baggage handling system of an airline company. When the aviation luggage processing system detects that the luggage to be consigned passes through the luggage consignment channel, the code of the RFID electronic tag on the luggage to be consigned is obtained, and the flight information and the user information corresponding to the code are written into the RFID electronic tag through the RFID reader-writer, so that the user does not need to queue to consign the luggage after arriving at an airport, and the luggage can be directly consigned by self through the unmanned consignment luggage counter.
S20, acquiring the consignment state of the luggage sent by the aviation luggage processing system for the user to inquire or give a prompt to the user; the baggage consignment state is generated by the airline baggage processing system according to the read flight information in the RFID electronic tag of the baggage to be consigned and the user information when the airline baggage processing system detects that the baggage to be consigned passes through each sorting node; the flight information is used for triggering the aviation luggage processing system to control the luggage to be consigned to be sorted and transmitted.
In the present embodiment, for convenience of explanation, in the following embodiments, the aviation processing system of the origin port is taken as an example for explanation.
Each transmission node of the origin port is provided with an RFID reader-writer which can read the flight information and the user information of the RFID chip on the luggage, when the luggage arrives at a certain sorting node, the RFID reader-writer reads the flight information and the user information of the RFID chip on the luggage, then automatic channel division operation is carried out according to the flight information of the user, the luggage is sent to a correct flight boarding gate, and the consignment state of the luggage is sent to a service platform. The same procedure is followed after the destination port, where the baggage is sent to the correct baggage claim carousel.
When the baggage consignment is abnormal, such as opening a box for inspection, not catching up with an airplane and the like, the aviation baggage processing system sends abnormal information to the service platform, and the service platform sends prompt information to a user. If the luggage is not abnormal during consignment, the user can send an instruction for inquiring the consignment luggage state through the service platform, and at the moment, the service platform sends the instruction for inquiring the consignment luggage state to the aviation luggage processing system to acquire the instant state of the consignment luggage and send the instant state to the user. When the luggage is transmitted incorrectly at the sorting node, an airline can scan the two-dimensional code on the luggage or read the information of the RFID chip by using the service account number of the airport through a mobile phone terminal or an RFID handheld device, acquire the flight information, the user information and the article information of the luggage from an airline luggage processing system, find the corresponding luggage according to the article information of the luggage, independently take out the luggage, and transmit the luggage to the correct flight for transmission. When the luggage is lost, any person who picks up the luggage can also contact and inform the user through the service platform system, the two-dimensional code can also be scanned through the mobile phone to obtain luggage information carried in the two-dimensional code, then the luggage information is transmitted to the service platform system through the APP installed on the mobile phone, and the contact information of the person who picks up the APP reading from the mobile phone is transmitted to the service platform system. The luggage identification information can also be transmitted to the service platform system in a webpage or short message mode.
On the basis of the first embodiment, in a preferred embodiment of the invention,
in general, after purchasing the baggage, the user may perform account registration by scanning the two-dimensional code to register the ownership of the baggage in the service platform system. The account registration of the user can store the personal information input by the user into the service platform system under the condition that the user allows, so that the subsequent user or other users can obtain the personal information by scanning the RFID label or the two-dimensional code. In particular, the steps of account registration are seen in fig. 2;
s100, receiving an access request initiated by the user terminal through the scanning identification code identification.
S101, judging whether the registration information related to the identification code identification exists according to the access request.
And S102, if the page does not exist, popping up a registration page for the user to register.
In this step, the baggage owner may fill in baggage-related information, user personal information to confirm ownership of the right. The service platform system automatically sends the account number password which comprises the name of the luggage, the name of the owner of the luggage and the contact information, and the account number password is stored on the service platform system.
And S103, if the user information exists, extracting the user information included in the access request.
S104, judging whether the user information is consistent with the registration information.
The user information extracted by the service platform is consistent with the user registration information, the user information can directly enter a related management interface of the user after the two-dimensional code is scanned, and the user information can directly enter the related management interface of the user after the two-dimensional code is scanned, so that the luggage information and the user information stored in the platform by the user can be added or deleted.
And S105, if the data are consistent, entering a user management interface.
And if the user information extracted by the service platform is consistent with the user registration information, the user is considered to be in a registered state, and the user is directly guided to the user management interface. In the user management interface, the user can edit the above-mentioned various attributes including user information, baggage information, and the like.
If the device for scanning the two-dimensional code is a device associated with the user, here, if the device associated with the user may be an associated device set in the account management interface of the user, for example, a common login device, a last login device, and the like, the device authenticated by the system or the user is enabled by the definition of the associated device. And judging whether the user can directly enter the related management interface of the user after scanning the two-dimensional code or not, and directly entering the related management interface of the user after scanning the two-dimensional code so as to add or delete the luggage information and the user information stored in the platform by the user.
And S106, if the information is inconsistent, displaying the user public information.
The user can select to open or close the personal information bound with the two-dimensional code, and the user can actively change the personal information bound with the two-dimensional code (can also carry out rewarding and publishing through the modification), and the like, wherein the contact ways of the user comprise a telephone, a micro signal, a QQ number, a message board and the like. Also, the user can selectively open part of the information and hide part of the information privately. If the two-dimensional code is not scanned by the device associated with the user as described above, only the information selected by the user to be disclosed/opened can be displayed. For example, only the luggage name, owner name and contact address are displayed. In this case, when the luggage is lost, other people can quickly find the contact way of the owner by scanning the two-dimensional code. Meanwhile, in a further embodiment, after the luggage is lost, the user can log in the platform through the account password acquired during registration, and then part of information, such as a remark column and the like, is continuously opened in the management interface; and add a statement or reward or the like about the loss of baggage in the remarks. Thus, after the other people pick up the luggage, the two-dimensional code on the luggage can be scanned, and the name, the contact way, possibly some reward notice and the like of the owner can be quickly found out.
Specifically, the steps described in this embodiment may be performed as follows, see fig. 3: the passenger checks in the boarding check directly at the self-service check-in counter 300, then puts the luggage which has finished the online consignment into the self-service consignment channel, the channel can write the flight information and flight information of the passenger into the RFID chip of the consignment luggage through the RFID reader, then the passenger carries out online check-in, and carries out online consignment luggage through the service platform, and registers the consignment luggage into the flight information of the passenger. The airport baggage sorting system 500 senses and reads the flight information and the user information of passengers in the RFID chip, and transmits the real-time information of the consigned baggage to the airline baggage handling system 200, and the passengers may inquire the information of the consigned baggage in real time, and the airline handling system 200 may notify the passengers of the abnormal information of the consigned baggage through the service platform 100.
