本发明公开了一种复合防弹插板及其制备方法,所述复合防弹插板包括由背板到迎弹面板依次设置的PE层压板、芳纶布片过渡层、防弹陶瓷和芳纶布片止裂层,所述PE层压板、芳纶布片过渡层、防弹陶瓷和芳纶布片止裂层之间通过胶黏剂固定连接;其中,所述胶黏剂选自胶膜、单组分压敏胶、双组份环氧树脂胶中的一种。本发明的复合防弹插板通过使用单组分亚敏胶/胶膜/双组份环氧树脂胶作为胶黏剂,既可实现最佳的粘结效果,又保证了复合防弹插板成品的防弹性能。

一种复合防弹插板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防弹插板制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合防弹插板及其制备方法。
背景技术
在制备超高分子量聚乙烯复合防弹插板时,成品要实现优异的防弹性能,对防弹材料自身性能要求高,由于复合防弹插板中PE板的表面非常光滑,粘结性差,界面结合力较低,且复合防弹插板中还有防弹陶瓷、芳纶等材料,多种材料的粘结性参差不齐,界面结合力大小不一,故同时需选用粘结强度较好的胶黏剂。
现有胶黏剂(胶膜)的实施温度均在100℃以上,甚至是实施温度达到140℃以上粘结效果才是最佳的。现有使用该粘胶剂的超高分子量聚乙烯复合防弹插板的成型工艺为热压罐一次成型,该成型方法的实施温度在125-135℃之间,在该阶段成型温度下,PE层压板会软化,影响PE层压板的防弹性能,从而影响最终成品板(复合防弹插板)的防弹性能。
此外,PE复合防弹插板中防弹陶瓷和PE层压板因曲率细微的差别而导致两者之间产生间隙或形成空腔,未完全贴合,影响防弹插板的防弹性能。现有技术中公开号为CN111319338 A的中国专利公开了一种热压罐的成型方法,该方法通过加热PE到125-135℃来软化PE,完成空腔和空隙的填充,但在该温度下软化大大削弱了PE层压板的防弹性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种复合防弹插板及其制备方法,该复合防弹插板通过使用单组分亚敏胶/胶膜/双组份环氧树脂胶作为胶黏剂,既可实现最佳的粘结效果,又保证了复合防弹插板成品的防弹性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
本发明第一方面提供一种复合防弹插板,所述复合防弹插板包括由背板到迎弹面板依次设置的PE层压板、芳纶布片过渡层、防弹陶瓷和芳纶布片止裂层,所述PE层压板、芳纶布片过渡层、防弹陶瓷和芳纶布片止裂层之间通过胶黏剂固定连接;
其中,所述胶黏剂选自胶膜、单组分压敏胶、双组份环氧树脂胶中的一种。
优选地,所述双组份环氧树脂胶由环氧树脂和固化剂组成。
优选地,所述双组份环氧树脂胶由70-90份环氧树脂和5-10份固化剂组成。
优选地,所述PE层压板、芳纶布片过渡层、防弹陶瓷和芳纶布片止裂层的厚度分别为10-11mm、0.5-1.5mm、9.5-10.5mm、0.5-1.5mm。
优选地,所述防弹陶瓷采用碳化硼陶瓷。
本发明第二方面提供上述复合防弹插板的制备方法,当所述胶黏剂至少采用胶膜时,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芳纶纤维编织成芳纶布,然后裁成芳纶布片,制得芳纶布片过渡层;将防弹陶瓷通过所述胶膜对齐平整地粘在所述芳纶布片过渡层上;再将所述芳纶布片通过所述胶膜对齐平整地粘在所述防弹陶瓷上,制得芳纶布片止裂层;采用保温保压整形装置对复合后的所述芳纶布片过渡层、防弹陶瓷和芳纶布片止裂层进行整形处理,制得复合体系一;
S2、将UD复合布裁成片状并叠片,将叠放好的片材上下各加一层单硅PET脱模膜,送入模具热压,制得PE层压板;将所述PE层压板通过所述单组分压敏胶/双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在步骤S1中制得的所述复合体系一上,使得所述PE层压板与所述芳纶布片过渡层的一侧面粘接,制得复合体系二;最后将粘接好的复合体系二采用保温保压整形装置再次进行整形处理,然后裁切修边,制得复合防弹插板。
本发明第三方面提供上述复合防弹插板的制备方法,当所述胶黏剂采用单组分压敏胶和/或双组份环氧树脂胶时,包括以下步骤:
将UD复合布裁成片状并叠片,将叠放好的片材上下各加一层单硅PET脱模膜,送入模具热压,制得PE层压板;将芳纶纤维编织成芳纶布,然后裁成与所述PE层压板尺寸相同的芳纶布片,将所述芳纶布片通过所述单组分压敏胶/双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在所述PE层压板上,制得芳纶布片过渡层;将防弹陶瓷通过单组分压敏胶/双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在所述芳纶布片过渡层上;再将所述芳纶布片通过单组分压敏胶/双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在所述防弹陶瓷上,形成芳纶布片止裂层;最后将粘接好的复合体系采用保温保压整形装置进行整形处理,然后裁切修边,制得复合防弹插板。
优选地,所述UD复合布的面密度为240g/m2,尺寸为280*345mm;所述模具热压过程中,接触压为1-3MPa。
优选地,所述保温保压整形装置压强为5-30MPa,温度为80-120℃,整形时间为15-90min。
优选地,所述复合防弹插板的重量不超过2.8Kg,面密度不超过35kg/m2,厚度不超过22mm。
本发明采用以上技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
采用本发明方法制得的复合防弹插板产品性能好,均一性好,且制备过程简单,易于控制,成本低,并且不影响产量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为本发明的限定。

实施例1
本实施例复合防弹插板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芳纶纤维编织成芳纶布,然后裁成芳纶布片,制得芳纶布片过渡层2,芳纶布片过渡层2厚度为1mm;将防弹陶瓷3通过所述胶膜对齐平整地粘在所述芳纶布片过渡层2上,防弹陶瓷3厚度为10mm;再将所述芳纶布片通过所述胶膜对齐平整地粘在所述防弹陶瓷3上,制得芳纶布片止裂层4,芳纶布片止裂层4厚度为1mm;采用保温保压整形装置对复合后的所述芳纶布片过渡层2、防弹陶瓷3和芳纶布片止裂层4进行整形处理,保温保压时压强为15MPa,温度为110℃,整形时间为20min,制得复合体系一;
S2、选取面密度为240g/m2的UD复合布,裁切成(280×345)mm的片并叠片,将叠放好的片材上下各加一层单硅PET脱模膜,送入模具热压,热压过程中,接触压控制在1MPa,制得PE层压板1,PE层压板1厚度为10mm;将所述PE层压板1通过所述单组分压敏胶/双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在步骤S1中制得的所述复合体系一,使得所述PE层压板1与所述芳纶布片过渡层2的一侧面粘接,制得复合体系二;最后将粘接好的复合体系二采用保温保压整形装置再次进行整形处理,保温保压时压强为15MPa,温度为90℃,整形时间为30min,制得整形复合防弹插板,并将整形复合防弹插板裁切成所需尺寸,制得复合防弹插板。
实施例2
本实施例复合防弹插板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
选取面密度为240g/m2的UD复合布,裁切成(280×345)mm的片并叠片,将叠放好的片材上下各加一层单硅PET脱模膜,送入模具热压,热压过程中,接触压控制在2MPa,制得PE层压板1,PE层压板1厚度为10mm;将芳纶纤维编织成芳纶布,然后裁成与所述PE层压板1尺寸相同的芳纶布片,将所述芳纶布片通过所述单组分压敏胶对齐平整地粘在所述PE层压板1上,制得芳纶布片过渡层2,芳纶布片过渡层2厚度为1mm;将防弹陶瓷3通过单组分压敏胶对齐平整地粘在所述芳纶布片过渡层2上,防弹陶瓷3的厚度为10mm;再将所述芳纶布片通过单组分压敏胶对齐平整地粘在所述防弹陶瓷3上,形成芳纶布片止裂层4,芳纶布片止裂层4厚度为1mm;最后将粘接好的复合体系采用保温保压整形装置进行整形处理,保温保压时压强为15MPa,温度为80℃,整形时间为30min,制得整形复合防弹插板,并将整形复合防弹插板裁切成所需尺寸,制得复合防弹插板。
实施例3
选取面密度为240g/m2的UD复合布,裁切成(280×345)mm的片并叠片,将叠放好的片材上下各加一层单硅PET脱模膜,送入模具热压,热压过程中,接触压控制在3MPa,制得PE层压板1,PE层压板1厚度为10mm;将芳纶纤维编织成芳纶布,然后裁成与所述PE层压板1尺寸相同的芳纶布片,将所述芳纶布片通过所述双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在所述PE层压板1上,制得芳纶布片过渡层2,芳纶布片过渡层2厚度为1mm;将防弹陶瓷3通过双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在所述芳纶布片过渡层2上,防弹陶瓷3的厚度为10mm;再将所述芳纶布片通过双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在所述防弹陶瓷3上,形成芳纶布片止裂层4,芳纶布片止裂层4厚度为1mm;最后将粘接好的复合体系采用保温保压整形装置进行整形处理,保温保压时压强为15MPa,温度为80℃,整形时间为30min,制得整形复合防弹插板,并将整形复合防弹插板裁切成所需尺寸,制得复合防弹插板。
应用例
将实施例1-3中制得的复合防弹插板进行防弹性能测试。结果如表1所示:

由表1中数据可知,采用本发明方法制得的复合防弹插板三发未穿透,平均凹陷24mm左右。
以上所述仅为本发明较佳的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的实施方式及保护范围,对于本领域技术人员而言,应当能够意识到凡运用本发明说明书内容所作出的等同替换和显而易见的变化所得到的方案,均应当包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种复合防弹插板,其特征在于,所述复合防弹插板包括由背板到迎弹面板依次设置的PE层压板(1)、芳纶布片过渡层(2)、防弹陶瓷(3)和芳纶布片止裂层(4),所述PE层压板(1)、芳纶布片过渡层(2)、防弹陶瓷(3)和芳纶布片止裂层(4)之间通过胶黏剂固定连接;
其中,所述胶黏剂选自胶膜、单组分压敏胶、双组份环氧树脂胶中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合防弹插板,其特征在于,所述双组份环氧树脂胶由环氧树脂和固化剂组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合防弹插板,其特征在于,所述双组份环氧树脂胶由70-90份环氧树脂和5-10份固化剂组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合防弹插板,其特征在于,所述PE层压板(1)、芳纶布片过渡层(2)、防弹陶瓷(3)和芳纶布片止裂层(4)的厚度分别为10-11mm、0.5-1.5mm、9.5-10.5mm、0.5-1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合防弹插板,其特征在于,所述防弹陶瓷(3)采用碳化硼陶瓷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合防弹插板的制备方法,其特征在于,当所述胶黏剂至少采用胶膜时,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芳纶纤维编织成芳纶布,然后裁成芳纶布片,制得芳纶布片过渡层(2);将防弹陶瓷(3)通过所述胶膜对齐平整地粘在所述芳纶布片过渡层(2)上;再将所述芳纶布片通过所述胶膜对齐平整地粘在所述防弹陶瓷(3)上,制得芳纶布片止裂层(4);采用保温保压整形装置对复合后的所述芳纶布片过渡层(2)、防弹陶瓷(3)和芳纶布片止裂层(4)进行整形处理,制得复合体系一;
S2、将UD复合布裁成片状并叠片,将叠放好的片材上下各加一层单硅PET脱模膜,送入模具热压,制得PE层压板(1);将所述PE层压板(1)通过所述单组分压敏胶/双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在步骤S1中制得的所述复合体系一上,使得所述PE层压板(1)与所述芳纶布片过渡层(2)的一侧面粘接,制得复合体系二;最后将粘接好的复合体系二采用保温保压整形装置再次进行整形处理,然后裁切修边,制得复合防弹插板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合防弹插板的制备方法,其特征在于,当所述胶黏剂采用单组分压敏胶和/或双组份环氧树脂胶时,包括以下步骤:
将UD复合布裁成片状并叠片,将叠放好的片材上下各加一层单硅PET脱模膜,送入模具热压,制得PE层压板(1);将芳纶纤维编织成芳纶布,然后裁成与所述PE层压板(1)尺寸相同的芳纶布片,将所述芳纶布片通过所述单组分压敏胶/双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在所述PE层压板(1)上,制得芳纶布片过渡层(2);将防弹陶瓷(3)通过单组分压敏胶/双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在所述芳纶布片过渡层(2)上;再将所述芳纶布片通过单组分压敏胶/双组份环氧树脂胶对齐平整地粘在所述防弹陶瓷(3)上,形成芳纶布片止裂层(4);最后将粘接好的复合体系采用保温保压整形装置进行整形处理,然后裁切修边,制得复合防弹插板。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的复合防弹插板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述UD复合布的面密度为240g/m2,牌号为H240,尺寸为280*345mm;所述模具热压过程中,接触压为1-3MPa。
9.根据权利要求6或7所述的复合防弹插板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述保温保压整形装置压强为5-30MPa,温度为80-120℃,整形时间为15-90min。
10.根据权利要求6或7所述的复合防弹插板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合防弹插板的重量不超过2.8Kg,面密度不超过35kg/m2,厚度不超过22mm。
