The edible fungus drying equipment according to claim 1, wherein an air box (16) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the drying box (1), an air inlet of the air box (16) is connected with an air outlet of the drying box (1) through a second air pipe, an air outlet of the air box (16) is fixedly connected with a three-way pipe (21), and two air outlets of the three-way pipe (21) are respectively connected with two first air pipes (17) in a sealing manner.
3. An edible fungus drying equipment according to claim 2, wherein two symmetrical filter plates are arranged in the air box (16), and a blocking net (15) is fixedly connected with the air outlet of the drying box (1).

The edible fungus drying apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a door (101), the box door (101) is rotatably connected with the drying box (1) through a hinge, a cylinder (23) is fixedly connected on the inner wall of the box door (101), two symmetrical moving rods (24) are connected in the cylinder (23) in a sliding way, two symmetrical limiting blocks (25) are arranged between the two moving rods (24), the two limiting blocks (25) are both fixedly connected with the cylinder (23), the limiting block (25) is fixedly connected with the moving rod (24) through an elastic rope, alcohol is filled in the cylinder (23), one ends of the two moving rods (24) far away from the limiting block (25) penetrate through the cylinder (23), grooves matched with the moving rod (24) are formed in two sides of the inner wall of the drying box (1).

9. The edible fungus drying equipment of any one of claims 1 to 8 is adopted in the drying method, and is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps:
s1: firstly, the equipment is moved to a designated working position and is fixed, so that the equipment is prevented from moving to influence the operation of a user in the working process, and then the heater (4) is started to preheat the equipment after the power supply is switched on;
s2: then the user places the edible fungi to be dried in the placing plate (11), the heater (4) is preheated, then the fan (5) is started, the fan (5) conveys hot air generated by the heater (4) into the drying box (1) through the hard pipe and the conveying pipe (6), the edible fungi are dried, when the fan (5) is started, the driving motor (3) is started to enable the rotating shaft (7) to start rotating, wherein the lower end of the placing plate (11) is fixedly connected with a fixed block (10), one end of the rotating shaft (7) far away from the driving motor (3) penetrates through the case (2) and is rotatably connected with the fixed block (10) through a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft (7) is connected with a driving wheel (22), two sides of the lower end in the drying box (1) are rotatably connected with a sleeve (8), and a reciprocating screw rod (9) is rotatably connected in the sleeve (8) through threads, the upper end of each reciprocating screw rod (9) is rotatably connected with a sliding block (20), sliding chutes matched with the sliding blocks (20) are formed in two sides of the lower end of each placing plate (11), a driven wheel is arranged on each sleeve (8), a driving wheel (22) is connected with the driven wheel through a belt, the rotating shaft (7) rotates and drives the placing plates (11), the sleeves (8) rotate, the thread directions of the reciprocating screw rods (9) in the two sleeves (8) are opposite, so that when one reciprocating screw rod (9) ascends, the other reciprocating screw rod (9) can move downwards, the placing plates (11) can rotate and can move upwards and downwards, the two sides of the placing plates (11) can move upwards and downwards, edible fungi can roll back and forth in the placing plates (11), the edible fungi can be uniformly heated and dried, and the drying efficiency of the device for the edible fungi is effectively improved;
s3: the dried edible fungi have less internal moisture and lighter weight, so that the dried edible fungi are blown up under the action of a fan (5), the blown edible fungi enter the upper end of a guide plate (12) through a discharge hole on the guide plate (12), the edible fungi are divided into two sides of the upper end of the guide plate (12) through a drainage plate (13) and finally enter a collection box (18) through a discharge hole, wherein air outlets on two sides of the upper end of a drying box (1) are respectively provided with a first air pipe (17), one end of the first air pipe (17) far away from the drying box (1) is connected with an air inlet of the collection box (18), the lower end of the collection box (18) is provided with a plurality of vent holes, the discharged hot air can be reused through the arrangement of the first air pipes (17), the hot air enters the collection box (18) through the first air pipes (17), and is dried again, the phenomenon that a few edible fungi are not fully dried is effectively avoided, and the practicability of the equipment for drying the edible fungi is effectively improved.
