Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention is implemented in detail, a secondary correction system for an off-site license plate of a parking lot, which comprises a brake lock device 1, a communication protocol 2, a power supply device 3 and a user side 10, and is characterized in that: the user side 10 comprises an information display device 4, a correction auxiliary camera 5, a license plate recognition device 6, a cloud server 7, a front server 8 and a front management server side 9, wherein the main body of the information display device 4 is a display screen arranged near the gate lock device 1, receives instruction information sent by the front server 8 and displays the instruction information on the display screen through text; the correction auxiliary camera 5 is used as a sub-recognition equipment entity of the license plate, and the main body is a camera; the license plate recognition equipment 6 is an equipment entity based on a camera and related processing hardware, and is used for actively recognizing and recognizing the license plate of a vehicle entering a parking lot; the cloud server 7 receives the instruction data from the front server 8, and is connected with the IDC through a channel based on the communication protocol 2 to realize data sharing; the front-end server 8 is responsible for uploading and downloading instruction data applied to the front-end management server 9, provides a carrier for data transmission, and is connected with the front-end management server 9 through a channel; the front management server 9 is an operation front end port facing to a user, and comprises an operation interface and a channel based on a communication protocol 2;
the main body of the power supply device 3 is a power supply device connected through a power line, so that power supply to the internal body device in the system is realized;
the communication protocol 2 is based on TCP/IP, and realizes data transmission among servers in the system and data sharing with IDC;
the gate lock device 1 is a gate device installed in a parking lot and is provided with a controller, and the controller is connected with the front server 8 through a wireless connection device to realize instruction data transmission;
the system inquires the license plate information of the departure lane and the license plate information shot by the correction auxiliary camera 5 of the departure lane through the front management server 9 to judge whether the departure license plate needs to be corrected or not and send a license plate correction operation instruction to the cloud server 7, so that the secondary recognition and correction function of the departure license plate is realized.
The secondary correction system for the off-site license plate of the parking lot only allows the auxiliary correction of the license plate when the off-site intersection receives the feedback problem of the off-site vehicle, and the correction is not needed if the license plate is correct.
The secondary correction system for the off-site license plate of the parking lot is used for feeding back the problem from an off-site vehicle, a user obtains license plate information at a front management server 9 through a license plate recognition device 6 and a correction auxiliary camera 5, the front management server 9 sends a message and returns a result to a cloud server 7 through a front server 8 after correcting the license plate, and the front server 8 judges whether to send a control operation instruction to a gate lock device 1 through the result returned by the cloud server 7.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the user inquires a license plate picture of an departure lane and an image shot by a departure lane correction auxiliary camera 5 through the front management server 9 to judge whether the departure license plate needs to be corrected, after the front management server 9 corrects the license plate, the front management server 9 requests the cloud server 7 to inquire the corrected license plate and return the license plate, and sends a license plate correction operation instruction to the cloud server 7, whether the correction is needed is judged according to a returned result, after the front management server 9 corrects the license plate, the front server 8 requests the cloud server 7 to inquire the corrected license plate and return the license plate, and whether the control operation instruction is sent to the gate lock device 1 or not is judged according to a returned result.
The working process is as follows:
1) and the guard end inquires the license plate picture of the departure lane through the license plate identification equipment and compares the license plate picture with the picture shot by the auxiliary camera of the departure lane.
2) When the vehicles can not normally leave the field in the leaving lane, the front management end inquires the license plate picture of the leaving lane and the image shot by the auxiliary correction camera of the leaving lane through the license plate recognition equipment to judge whether the leaving license plate needs to be corrected or not.
3) And if the correction is needed, manually correcting the off-site license plate in the guard end.
4) After the correction of the guard end, the front-end server submits the corrected license plate to the cloud server
5) After the front-end server submits data to the cloud-end server, the cloud-end server acquires license plate information and returns result data, and the information is sent to the front-end server through the communication module.
6) The front-end server receives the result data of the cloud server, obtains the license plate entry time period, the vehicle information and the parking cost through the result data of the cloud, and judges whether to send a control operation instruction to the brake lock device.
The invention designs aiming at the phenomenon of wrong license plate identification or missed shooting at an off-site intersection, wherein the license plate information of the belonging vehicle cannot be identified under the condition that the main camera at the off-site exit identifies the license plate incorrectly, so that the condition that the vehicle cannot normally leave is influenced, the license plate information is obtained through the auxiliary camera of the off-site lane, then the license plate number is corrected from a management end, and the off-site intersection on the market needs the belonging vehicle to retreat or the field personnel to guide and intervene when the wrong license plate is identified, so that time and labor are wasted, and the vehicle is easily crowded in the off-site peak time period, thereby increasing the management burden. The invention can better manage the departure of the vehicle, and compared with the current parking lot management on the market, the auxiliary correction function of the license plate of the parking lot improves the departure efficiency of the vehicle.
