Claims (9)

1. A computer-aided resource delivery management method for preventing forgetting entry is characterized by comprising the following steps:
judging whether the current login account has the condition that the historical resource consumption is not uploaded;
if the current login account has the condition that the historical resource consumption is not uploaded, prompting the information and the uploading address which are not uploaded, and controlling the preset function module to work abnormally;
and controlling the preset function module to work normally until the uploading of the historical resource consumption of the current login account is completed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the current login account has a situation that the historical resource consumption is not uploaded comprises:
judging whether a front-end charging contract exists in a settlement party corresponding to the current login user;
if the current login user corresponding to the settlement party has a front-end charging contract; and judging whether the front-end charging contract has the condition that the historical days have the registered data and have no resource consumption data within the contract validity period.
3. The method of any of claims 1-2, wherein the prompting for the non-uploaded information and the upload address comprises:
displaying the information which is not uploaded and an uploading button;
and when the selection operation of the user on the uploading button is received, jumping to a historical resource consumption uploading page.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the preset function module is a query module, and the controlling the preset function module to work abnormally comprises:
and when the query instruction is received, not displaying the query content and prompting that the information is not uploaded.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
determining the name of the settlement party and the contract ID with zero or blank contract resource consumption on the current date,
and sending an un-uploaded information prompting mail to the settlement party mailbox.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the determining the name of the settlement party and the contract ID for which the contract resource consumption cost on the current date is zero or blank comprises:
determining a plurality of contracts of which the sum of the resource consumption is not zero in the latest preset time period;
and extracting a settlement party and a contract ID with zero or blank resource consumption on the same day from the plurality of contracts.
7. A computer-assisted resource placement management platform for preventing forgetting entry, the platform comprising:
the judging module is used for judging whether the current login account has the condition that the historical resource consumption is not uploaded;
the prompt control module is used for prompting the information and the uploading address which are not uploaded if the historical resource consumption amount of the current login account is not uploaded, and controlling the preset function module to work abnormally;
and the control module is used for controlling the preset function module to normally work until the uploading of the historical resource consumption of the current login account is finished.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1-6.
9. A computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores one or more programs which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any of claims 1-6.
