The invention has simple structure and convenient use, ensures that the axes are consistent in the horizontal and height directions when the pipelines are installed and butted, greatly improves the precision and quality of the pipeline butt joint, and also improves the construction efficiency.

The first fixing device 3 and the second fixing device 4 are identical in structure and respectively comprise a sleeve 9 and clamping devices symmetrically arranged at two ends of the sleeve, the clamping devices are vertically sleeved on the end side of the sleeve 9, when the sleeve is fastened, the clamping devices at two ends of the sleeve are screwed, and the two clamping devices are clamped on the pipe wall of the pipe orifice of the first pipeline or the second pipeline.
In the present embodiment, the clamping devices include a connecting rod 10 vertically sleeved on the sleeve 9, a connecting pipe 11 vertically arranged on the end side of the connecting rod 10, and a connecting bolt 12 in threaded connection with the connecting pipe 11, the connecting bolts 12 on the two clamping devices are oppositely arranged, when fastening, the connecting bolt 12 is screwed, and the connecting bolts 12 on the two clamping devices extend out from the connecting pipe 11 so as to clamp the pipe wall of the first pipe 1 or the second pipe 2. In order to facilitate disassembly and assembly, an external thread is arranged at the top of the first lifting rod 4, an internal thread is arranged on the base of the laser level meter 5, and the first lifting rod 4 is connected with the laser level meter 5 through the thread. The light receiving target 8 and the second lifting rod 7 are also connected by the screw connection method. In order to adjust the height of the light receiving target 8 accurately, the second lifting rod 8 is provided with a millimeter scale 13.
The invention also provides a pipeline butt joint method of the pipeline butt joint device, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: screwing two oppositely arranged connecting bolts on the first fixing device 3 so that the two connecting bolts respectively extend out of the corresponding connecting pipes to be clamped on the side wall of the pipe orifice at one end of the first pipeline 1, which is far away from the second pipeline 2, inserting the first lifting rod 4 into the connecting rod on the first fixing device 3, connecting the laser level meter 5 with the top end of the first lifting rod 4 through threads, and leveling and centering the laser level meter 5; then, a second fixing device 6 is installed at the pipe orifice of one end, far away from the first pipe 1, of the second pipe 2, two connecting bolts which are oppositely arranged on the second fixing device 6 are screwed, so that the two connecting bolts extend out of corresponding connecting pipes to be clamped on the side wall of the pipe orifice of one end, far away from the first pipe 1, of the second pipe 2, then a second lifting rod 7 is inserted into the connecting pipe of the second fixing device 6, and finally a light receiving target 8 is connected with the top end of the second lifting rod 7 through threads and leveled;
step two: respectively placing a first pipeline 1 and a second pipeline 2 at positions to be installed in a construction area, opening a laser level 5, projecting laser by the laser level 5, and receiving laser by a light receiving target 8;
step three: calculating according to the plane positions of the first pipeline 1 and the second pipeline 2, the height of the laser deviating from the target center and the difference value of the pipe diameters of the first pipeline 1 and the second pipeline 2, and calculating the height of the first lifting rod 4 or the second lifting rod 7 which needs to be adjusted when the gradient ratio is 0 and the first pipeline 1 and the second pipeline 2 are centered, wherein in the embodiment, the second lifting rod 7 is adjusted according to the calculated adjusting height and the scale on the second lifting rod 7 so that the center of a circle of the laser center projected by the adjusted laser level 5 receives the light target 8;
step four: butting the first pipeline 1 and the second pipeline 2, and keeping the laser projected by the laser level 5 projected at the circle center of the light receiving target 8 in the butting process;
step five: after the first pipeline 1 and the second pipeline 2 are butted, the pipeline butting device is detached from the first pipeline 1 and the second pipeline 2, and the related pipeline behind is installed by adopting the method, and the related steps are consistent with the steps in the front.
