Abstract

本发明提供一种可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统,包括将LNG装卸臂连接至卸船总管的卸船支路,在卸船支路上安装有第一切断阀与止回阀,第一切断阀相比止回阀更为靠近LNG装卸臂。本发明在卸船操作工况下,止回阀允许LNG由LNG装卸臂向卸船总管方向输送;此时,若码头发生事故工况,需要紧急关断第一切断阀,由于止回阀具有防止回流作用,能够缓解第一切断阀紧急关阀后,在第一切断阀后管段所形成的断流弥合液击。

可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LNG装卸船管道系统,可防护瞬态液击损坏。
背景技术
LNG接收站是指用于接卸船运LNG,将其储存、气化外输或装车(船)的工程设施。其中,接收站装卸船管道系统作为卸船、装船、重要系统装置,具有工艺流程复杂、操作工况多样、管道尺寸大、法兰接口较多、体积流量大的特点。
传统LNG接收站装卸船管道系统(如图1所示),将装船功能区域和卸船功能区域相互分开独立,装船总管11与LNG装卸臂15之间通过装船支管13相接,卸船总管12与LNG装卸臂15之间通过卸船支管14相接,功能系统控制不会相互干扰,操作相对简单。但是存在增加了设备、管道等工艺设施数量,造成项目投资高,占地面积大,码头空间利用率低等问题。
另外,传统LNG接收站装卸船管道系统中,针对瞬态液击现象的防护理论研究有局限,系统管路安装方式依照经验进行设计,例如,在卸船支管14上,止回阀16相比切断阀17安装在更为靠近LNG装卸臂15的一端,这在一定程度上增加了瞬态液击对管道系统造成破坏的风险。
通过对传统LNG接收站装卸船管道系统进行极端工况下的数值模拟计算分析后(使用PIPENET软件),可以得知该系统在紧急关断切断阀门后将会产生严重的断流弥合液击现象(如图2、图3所示),产生的瞬间液击压力明显的超过了系统的设计压力,进而损毁管道,严重危害到了整个系统的安全运行。
目前,传统LNG接收站装卸船管道系统的配置是缺乏完整性和正确性的,存在着极大的系统安全隐患,若不及时排除与纠正,将造成不可挽回的社会危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统,通过简单易行的结构优化,解决现有技术存在的上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统,其特征在于,包括将LNG装卸臂连接至卸船总管的卸船支路,在卸船支路上安装有第一切断阀与止回阀,第一切断阀相比止回阀更为靠近LNG装卸臂。
所述的可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统,其中:还包括将卸船总管连接至LNG装卸臂的装船支路,所述装船支路的两端跨接在所述卸船支路的第一切断阀与止回阀的外侧部分。
所述的可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统,其中:在装船支路上安装有第二切断阀与手动控制阀,第二切断阀相比手动控制阀更为靠近LNG装卸臂。
本发明通过简单易行的结构优化,可以有效地防止瞬态液击对LNG接收站装卸船管道系统造成损毁和破坏,维护系统正常运行,对于整体项目的工程设计也能够提供合理经济的优化技术参考方案。
本发明合理对LNG接收站的装卸船管道系统进行配置,在满足所有装卸船工艺操作要求的前提下,简化系统操作,降低系统工艺设施规模,并实现缓解瞬态液击压力,避免液击造成的破坏,维护系统安全运行。
本发明将LNG接收站装卸船管道系统的装船功能区域和卸船功能区域整合到一起,并对整个装置的控制报警联锁系统进行调整,这样既能满足所有装卸船工艺操作功能,又能最大程度减少系统设备、管道等工艺设施数量、提高码头空间利用率,并以此作为指导对装卸船管道系统中所有阀门、仪表以及阀件进行合理的配置,进而从项目整体上节省占地面积、降低投资成本。

具体实施方式
如图4所示,本发明提供一种可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统,所述LNG装卸船管道系统主要包括卸船功能区域与装船功能区域,其余部分,例如码头排净管线及其阀门仪表和蒸发气(BOG)管线及其阀门仪表属于现有技术,在此不予赘述。
卸船功能区域包括将LNG装卸臂21连接至卸船总管22的卸船支路23,在卸船支路23上安装有第一切断阀24与止回阀25,第一切断阀24相比止回阀25更为靠近LNG装卸臂21;
装船功能区域包括将卸船总管22连接至LNG装卸臂21的装船支路26,而且,所述装船支路26的两端跨接在所述卸船支路23的第一切断阀24与止回阀25的外侧部分,在装船支路26上安装有第二切断阀27与手动控制阀28,第二切断阀27相比手动控制阀28更为靠近LNG装卸臂21;
本发明在卸船操作工况下,装船支路26上的第二切断阀27和手动控制阀28均处于关闭状态,卸船支路23上的第一切断阀24处于打开状态,止回阀25允许LNG由LNG装卸臂21向卸船总管22方向输送;此时,若码头发生事故工况,需要紧急关断第一切断阀24,由于止回阀25具有防止回流作用,能够有效缓解第一切断阀24紧急关阀后,在第一切断阀24后管段所形成的断流弥合液击。
本发明在装船操作工况下,卸船支路23上的第一切断阀24处于关闭状态,装船支路26上的第二切断阀27和手动控制阀28均处于打开状态,LNG由卸船总管22向LNG装卸臂21方向输送;码头事故工况时,第二切断阀27紧急关闭,能够阻止物流的输送。由于LNG接收站的主要功能是用于LNG卸船,装船功能只是作为一个辅助功能,装船流量往往很小,因此本发明的结构设计在紧急操作工况下既不会引起剧烈的瞬态液击现象,也不会影响正常装船操作。
本发明的效果包括:
(1)本发明可以推广至所有相关的LNG接收站装卸船管道系统,能够在减少系统设备、管道、仪表等工艺设施数量、提高码头空间利用率的基础上,满足所有装卸船工艺操作功能,从而在项目整体投资上节省占地面积、降低经济成本。
(2)经过优化调整后的LNG装卸船仪表联锁控制系统,能够按照系统功能要求高效切换系统设备和管道的操作状态,在不影响装卸船系统稳定运行的前提下,实现操作资源最优化,提高操作人员的工作效率。
(3)针对紧急事故工况中出现的断流弥合液击现象,该发明采用了合理有效地液击防护方法,可以降低液击压力大小,解决液击现象带来的危害,维持装置系统的操作稳定性。
液击缓解效果如图5、图6所示,采用止回阀放置于切断阀后的布置设计后,相同紧急事故工况下,使用PIPENET软件通过数值模拟计算以及分析,得知液击压力由2.7MPaG降低至1.0MPaG,完全满足了系统设计需求。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统,其特征在于,包括将LNG装卸臂连接至卸船总管的卸船支路,在卸船支路上安装有第一切断阀与止回阀,第一切断阀相比止回阀更为靠近LNG装卸臂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统,其特征在于:还包括将卸船总管连接至LNG装卸臂的装船支路,所述装船支路的两端跨接在所述卸船支路的第一切断阀与止回阀的外侧部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可防护瞬态液击损坏的LNG装卸船管道系统,其特征在于:在装船支路上安装有第二切断阀与手动控制阀,第二切断阀相比手动控制阀更为靠近LNG装卸臂。
