Abstract
The invention discloses a fireproof heat-insulation integrated plate which comprises a foamed cement plate and a heat-insulation layer coated on the foamed cement plate, wherein the heat-insulation layer is a polyurethane foamed adhesive layer. The fireproof heat-preservation integrated plate has a simple structure, omits the process step of compounding an organic plate on foaming glue, and can meet the energy-saving requirement of more than 75%.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of heat insulation materials, and particularly relates to a fireproof heat insulation integrated plate.
Background
At present, although the external heat insulation of the building external wall is various in form, the external heat insulation of the building external wall mainly comprises an A-grade non-combustible fireproof inorganic board and a B-grade flame-retardant fireproof organic board, the A-grade fireproof inorganic board is generally bonded with the B-grade flame-retardant organic board through an adhesive, the composite board at least comprises three layers of the inorganic board, an adhesive layer and the organic board, the manufacturing process is complicated and needs to be improved, and the pore diameter of the A-grade fireproof inorganic board is large, so that the pores of the adhesive layer cannot be completely closed, and the performance is seriously influenced. In addition, especially when the energy-saving requirement of the building reaches 75%, the existing inorganic board is difficult to meet the requirement due to large volume weight and high heat conductivity coefficient. If the volume weight is reduced and the heat conductivity coefficient is reduced, the compression strength and the tensile strength can not meet the performance requirements of external thermal insulation of the external wall, and the B-grade fireproof organic plate is limited in use because the fireproof performance of the B-grade fireproof organic plate can not meet the design specification requirements, so that the material yield index of the external thermal insulation system of the external wall with 75% energy-saving and fireproof A-grade fireproof requirements can be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems that the manufacturing process of the composite board is complicated, the adhesive layer cannot completely close the pores of the A-grade fireproof inorganic board, and the energy-saving requirement cannot reach 75 percent, the invention provides the fireproof heat-insulation integrated board.
The fireproof heat-insulation integrated plate comprises a foamed cement plate (also called a cement foamed plate or a foamed concrete plate) and a heat-insulation layer coated on the foamed cement plate, wherein the heat-insulation layer is a polyurethane foamed adhesive layer. Because a large number of independent air holes are uniformly distributed on the surface of the foamed cement board, the aperture is in the range of 1-3mm, the foamed cement board is foamed and molded to form an adhesive layer after being coated with the foaming adhesive, the air holes can be completely closed, and the foamed cement board can be firmly fixed on the foamed cement board to serve as a B-level flame-retardant insulation board, and compared with a traditional composite board, the process step of compounding an organic board on the adhesive is reduced.
In order to realize effective heat preservation effect, the thickness of the foamed cement plate is 50-100mm, and the thickness of the polyurethane foamed glue layer is 10-50 mm.

In order to facilitate the pasting construction and realize safe and firm bonding, a layer of non-woven fabric is arranged on the polyurethane foam adhesive layer.

Has the advantages that: according to the invention, the foamed cement board which is provided with a large number of air holes and used as the A-level fireproof board is directly sprayed with the polyurethane foaming adhesive, so that the air holes of the foamed cement board can be filled with the foaming adhesive and completely closed, and the foamed cement board can be firmly fixed on the foamed cement board after being formed to form an adhesive layer which is used as the B-level flame-retardant heat-insulation board, so that the process step of compounding an organic board on the adhesive is omitted compared with the traditional composite board, and the energy-saving requirement of 75% can be met; the thickness of the foamed cement plate is set to be 50-100mm, and the thickness of the polyurethane foamed glue layer is set to be 10-50mm, so that an effective heat preservation effect is realized; the uniform glue layer is obtained by adopting spray coating to coat the coating; the non-woven fabric layer is arranged on the polyurethane foaming glue layer, so that the pasting construction is facilitated, and the safe and firm adhesion is realized; the fireproof heat-preservation integrated plate is protected by spraying a cement mortar layer with the thickness of 0.1-2mm on the non-woven fabric.

Example 1
The fireproof heat-preservation integrated plate comprises a foamed cement plate 1 and a polyurethane foamed glue layer 2 sprayed on the foamed cement plate 1, wherein the thickness of the foamed cement plate 1 is 50mm, the thickness of the polyurethane foamed glue layer 2 is 30mm, the spraying is carried out by using a high-pressure spray gun, the spraying pressure is 15MPa, the spraying amount is 200 g/s, and the fireproof heat-preservation integrated plate A is obtained after the polyurethane foamed glue layer 2 is molded and solidified. The fireproof heat-preservation integrated plate A is suitable for regions which are cold in winter and hot in summer in south China.
Example 2
A fire-retardant and heat-insulating integrated board B was obtained in the same manner as in example 1, except that the thickness of the urethane foam layer 2 in example 1 was changed to 20 mm. The fireproof heat-preservation integrated plate B is suitable for areas which are cold in winter and hot in summer in the south of China.
Example 3
A fire-retardant and heat-insulating integrated board C was obtained in the same manner as in example 1, except that the thickness of the foamed cement board 1 was changed to 100mm and the thickness of the urethane foam layer 2 was changed to 50mm in example 1. The fireproof heat-insulation integrated plate C is suitable for the severe cold area in northern China.
Example 4
The polyurethane foam adhesive layer 2 of the fireproof and heat-insulating integrated plate a of example 1 is covered with a layer of non-woven fabric 3, the non-woven fabric 3 is covered before the polyurethane foam adhesive layer 2 is molded and cured, and the fireproof and heat-insulating integrated plate D is obtained after the molding and curing.
Example 5
The non-woven fabric 3 of the fireproof and heat-insulating integrated plate D in example 4 was sprayed with a cement mortar layer having a thickness of 1mm, and cured to obtain a fireproof and heat-insulating integrated plate E.
The parameters of each layer of the fireproof and heat-preservation integrated plate obtained in the above examples 1-3 are as follows: the dry density of the foamed cement board is less than or equal to 300kg/m3The heat conductivity coefficient is less than or equal to 0.070W/mk, the tensile strength is more than or equal to 0.1MPa, the compressive strength is more than or equal to 0.5MPa, the fire-proof grade A1 is adopted, the water absorption is less than or equal to 10%, the drying shrinkage value is less than or equal to 2mm/m, and the softening coefficient is more than or equal to 0.8; the density of the foaming polyurethane is 30-60kg/m3The heat conductivity coefficient is less than or equal to 0.022W/mk, the tensile strength is 0.2-1.5MPa, the compressive strength is 0.15-1.5MPa, and the flame retardant grade is B grade.
Measurement of Performance
The fireproof and heat-insulation integrated plate prepared in the embodiment 1 to 3, the A-level fireproof heat-insulation plate and the B-level flame-retardant fireproof plate serving as the reference are respectively subjected to fireproof performance and energy-saving heat-insulation performance detection under the standard condition, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the fireproof and heat-insulating integrated plates of the embodiments 1 to 3 achieve the A-level fireproof performance, the energy-saving and heat-insulating performance reaches over 75 percent, and the fireproof and heat-insulating integrated plates completely meet the requirements of the current building industry. It can be seen that the heat insulation performance of the integrated plate obtained after the foamed cement plate with the thickness of 50-100mm is compounded with the foamed polyurethane with the thickness of 10-50mm meets the energy-saving requirement of more than 75 percent.
