The joint of the mounting ring 21 and the inner wall of the water inlet pipe body 11, the joint of the mounting ring 21 and the first water-sealed wall 22, and the joint of the mounting ring 21 and the second water-sealed wall 23 are all in smooth transition, so that wastewater can be discharged by attaching to the wall when entering the first water-sealed wall 22 and the second water-sealed wall 23 through the pipe wall of the water inlet pipe body 11 and the mounting ring 21.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in order to increase the sealing effect of the water sealing core 2, a sealing ring 211 for sealing is disposed at the connection between the water sealing core 2 and the drain pipe body 12, i.e., between the mounting ring 21 and the annular mounting groove 6. Meanwhile, by arranging the water seal core 2, the water inlet pipe body 11 and the reserved pipe body 31 guide the wastewater into the water seal cavity 122 through the water inlet cavity 121 to supplement the wastewater amount in the water seal cavity 122, so that the wastewater in the wastewater cavity is prevented from being dried until the wastewater liquid level is lower than the lowest point of the main drainage pipe, and the water seal failure of the water seal core 2 is prevented. According to the invention, the water seal core 2 adopts an insertion design, when the interior of the drainage pipe body 12 or the water seal core 2 is blocked, a worker only needs to remove the water inlet pipe body 11 to overhaul the blocking fault in the water seal core 2 or the drainage pipe body 12, the operation is convenient and easy, and meanwhile, the worker can conveniently replace, clean and the like the water seal core 2.
The installation of epidemic prevention centralized water seal floor drain in this embodiment includes the following steps in proper order:
s1: an operator positions the drainage pipe fitting 1 according to a design drawing and places the drainage pipe fitting 1 at a preset position;
s2: the operator connects the centralized water seal floor drain and the drainage vertical pipe, the centralized water seal floor drain and the water drainage pipe of the water using appliance.
S3: and (3) backfilling the downcomer layer with a light material, laying a waterproof material, bonding ceramic tiles, and hiding the drainage pipeline.
According to the epidemic prevention centralized water seal floor drain provided by the invention, the drainage pipe fitting 1 with the communicated cavity is arranged, and bath wastewater, washbasin wastewater and the like are uniformly converged into the drainage pipe body 12 by using the water inlet pipe body 11 and the reserved pipe fitting 3 and then discharged through the main drainage pipe, so that the technical problems that a plurality of drainage pipes and water traps are adopted in the prior art, the construction is complicated, and the occupied space of the drainage pipes is large are solved. the water seal core (2) is arranged in the drainage pipe body (12) and divides the inner cavity of the drainage pipe body (12) into a water inlet cavity (121), a water seal cavity (122) and a drainage cavity (123);
the inner wall of the drainage pipe body (12) is provided with an annular mounting groove (6);
the water seal core (2) comprises a mounting ring (21) detachably connected with the annular mounting groove (6), a first water seal wall (22) attached to the inner wall of the water inlet cavity (121), and a second water seal wall (23) for isolating the water inlet cavity (121) from the drainage cavity (123);
the second water seal wall (23) is an arc-shaped plate with the curvature gradually reduced along the direction from the top end to the bottom end of the drainage pipe body (12);
the floor drain (7) comprises a floor drain cover (71) and a supporting piece (72) sleeved with the floor drain cover (71), and the floor drain cover (71) is detachably connected with the supporting piece (72);
the support piece (72) comprises an adjusting piece (721) connected with the waste water pipe and a mounting groove (722) arranged on the adjusting piece (721), and a tricuspid valve check valve (7221) is clamped on the mounting groove (722).
