The top plate 3c, the guide plate 3b, the partition plate 3a, the arc plate 3d and the support ribs 3f are all integrally formed by injection molding. The main pipe body 1 and the bottom plate 1a are also integrally injection molded.
Example two
This embodiment is roughly the same as first embodiment, and its difference lies in, is equipped with three group's restriction baffle 3a on being responsible for the main spacing subassembly 8 of body 1 internal rotation on the main wall, and wherein two sets of spacing subassemblies 8 are located outlet pipe 5 both sides respectively, and spacing subassembly 8 includes the spacing rib 8a and the spacing rib two 8b of vertical setting. The third group of limiting components 8 are positioned above the water outlet pipe 5, and the lower plate surface of the guide plate 3b is provided with an inserting rib inserted on the third group of limiting components 8.

In this embodiment, the difference from the first embodiment is that the partition plate 3a and the baffle plate 3b are integrally formed with the main pipe 1.
Example four
The present embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that, as shown in fig. 7, a flange is provided on the edge of the secondary plate body 3a2, the flange has an arc surface with the same radian as that of a surface of the arc plate 3d facing the inner wall of the main pipe body 1, and the arc surface of the arc plate 3d and the arc surface of the flange are connected to form an arc surface. The flanging is inserted in the limiting components 8 positioned at the two sides of the water outlet pipe 5. A sealing groove 3e is arranged on the cambered surface of the arc plate 3d and the cambered surface of the flanging, and a sealing ring is arranged in the sealing groove 3 e.
EXAMPLE five
The present embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and differs therefrom in that, as shown in fig. 2, the main pipe body 1 includes an upper pipe portion and a lower pipe portion, the bottom end of the upper pipe portion is inserted into the top end of the lower pipe portion, and the deflector 3b and the floor drain cover 7 are provided at the top end of the upper pipe portion. The water outlet pipe 5, the first water inlet pipe 4, the second water inlet pipe 10 and the third water inlet pipe 11 are obliquely arranged with the main pipe body 1, the respective water inlets of the first water inlet pipe 4, the second water inlet pipe 10 and the third water inlet pipe 11 are higher than the water outlet, and the water inlet of the water outlet pipe 5 is higher than the water outlet.

Claims (9)

1. A multi-channel floor drain comprises a main pipe body (1) with a containing cavity (2), wherein the top of the main pipe body (1) is provided with a flow guide cover (6) and a floor drain cover (7), and is characterized in that the bottom end of the main pipe body (1) is sealed and provided with a bottom plate (1a), a separator (3) is arranged in the main pipe body (1) and separates the containing cavity (2) into a water inlet cavity (2a) and a water seal cavity (2b) through the separator (3), a channel for communicating the water inlet cavity (2a) with the water seal cavity (2b) is formed between the separator (3) and the bottom plate (1a), a first water inlet pipe (4) communicated with the water inlet cavity (2a) and a water outlet pipe (5) communicated with the water seal cavity (2b) are arranged on the peripheral wall of the main pipe body (1), the first water inlet pipe (4) and the water outlet pipe (5) are positioned above the channel and can, the separator (3) is provided with a guide plate (3b) positioned at the top of the water seal cavity (2b), and the guide plate (3b) is obliquely arranged towards the water outlet pipe (5).

The multi-channel floor drain according to claim 1, characterized in that the partition (3) further comprises a partition (3a) vertically arranged, the flow guide plate (3b) is positioned on the top of the partition (3a), the inner wall of the main pipe body (1) is provided with at least two groups of limiting components (8) for limiting the partition (3a) to rotate in the main pipe body (1), wherein two groups of limiting components (8) are respectively positioned at two sides of the water outlet pipe (5), the limiting components (8) comprise a first limiting rib (8a) and a second limiting rib (8b) which are vertically arranged, the first limiting rib (8a) is positioned in the water seal cavity (2b), the second limiting rib (8b) is positioned in the water inlet cavity (2a), the partition plate (3a) is inserted between the first limiting rib (8a) and the second limiting rib (8b), and a step surface which is abutted against the bottom surface of the partition plate (3a) is arranged on the second limiting rib (8 b).
3. Multichannel floor drain according to claim 2, characterized in that a top plate (3c) connected to the flow deflector (3b) is arranged horizontally above the flow deflector (3 b).
4. A multi-channel floor drain according to claim 3, characterized in that between the opposite sides of the deflector (3b) and the roof (3c) there are provided support ribs (3f) connecting the two.

The multi-channel floor drain according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the partition plate (3a) comprises a main plate body (3a1), two side edges of the main plate body (3a1) are respectively provided with an auxiliary plate body (3a2) which is obliquely arranged with the main plate body, the two auxiliary plate bodies (3a2) are respectively provided with a flow guide surface (3a2a) facing the water outlet pipe (5), and the distance between the main plate body (3a1) and the water inlet of the water outlet pipe (5) is larger than the distance between the vertical edge of the auxiliary plate body (3a2) and the water inlet of the water outlet pipe (5).

The multi-channel floor drain according to claim 5, wherein the top plate (3c) and the guide plate (3b) are connected through a vertical arc plate (3d) towards the edge of the water outlet pipe (5), the vertical edge of the auxiliary plate body (3a2) is also connected with the arc plate (3d), a continuous sealing groove (3e) is formed in the vertical edge of the auxiliary plate body (3a2) towards the pipe wall of the main pipe body (1) and the surface of the arc plate (3d), and a sealing strip attached to the inner wall of the main pipe body (1) is arranged in the sealing groove (3 e).

The multi-channel floor drain according to claim 1, characterized in that the main pipe body (1) is provided with a blocking edge (9), the blocking edge (9) is positioned at the junction of the water outlet pipe (5) and the water seal cavity (2b), and the blocking edge (9) is arranged upwards from the bottom of the water outlet pipe (5).

The multi-channel floor drain according to claim 3, wherein a second inlet pipe (10) and a third inlet pipe (11) communicated with the inlet cavity (2a) are further arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the main pipe body (1), the first inlet pipe (4) and the third outlet pipe (5) are oppositely arranged, and the second inlet pipe (10) and the third inlet pipe (11) are respectively positioned on two sides of the outlet pipe (5).
9. The multi-channel floor drain according to claim 8, characterized in that the inlet outlets of the first inlet pipe (4), the second inlet pipe (10) and the third inlet pipe (11) are provided with detachable plugs (12).
