The invention discloses a steam curing device for prefabricated parts, which comprises at least one curing room, wherein the curing room is of a closed structure, one end of the curing room is provided with an inlet, a goods shelf is arranged in the curing room, a first rail is arranged on the outer side of the inlet end of the curing room, and a first stacker crane is arranged on the first rail; the steam generator is communicated with the inside of the curing chamber through a steam pipeline, and the opening and closing of the steam pipeline in the curing chamber are controlled through a valve. The steam curing device for the prefabricated parts solves the problems that a large amount of labor and land are needed in the automatic curing process of the traditional small prefabricated parts, greatly reduces the dependence on the labor and the land, and has good economic benefit.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a maintenance device for prefabricated parts, in particular to a steam maintenance device for small prefabricated parts for highway and municipal ramp engineering.
Background
At the present stage, the main maintenance mode for the small prefabricated parts is to carry out natural maintenance in a large-scale factory building. The method mainly comprises the steps of spreading the prefabricated parts inside a factory building, then carrying out natural maintenance, and finally carrying out manual handling on the prefabricated parts by more than 20 workers. The maintenance mode needs manual management, and various problems such as safety, environmental protection and the like are uncontrollable; with the increase of land cost, the maintenance cost of the existing maintenance mode is rapidly increased and is not suitable for the development requirement.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of changing the natural curing mode of the traditional prefabricated part, and provides an automatic curing device for the prefabricated part, which improves the curing speed of the prefabricated part and reduces the manual participation in the curing process.

Two-layer structure about the goods shelves in the maintenance room can set up, and single small-size prefabricated component is concentrated and is arranged on warehouse unit tray simultaneously, distributes on goods shelves, and to a great extent has reduced the demand of small-size prefabricated component to large production maintenance place, brings more direct benefit for the customer from the economy.
The steam curing device can be closed in different curing chambers, the steam curing process is divided into four stages of curing scientific processes such as standing, heating, constant temperature and cooling, thus ensuring the steam curing speed and the steam curing effect, and the quality of the prefabricated member product achieves the best effect.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a scheme using the three-compartment curing room 1 will be described in detail.
The steam curing device for the prefabricated parts comprises three curing chambers 1 which are arranged in parallel, wherein each curing chamber 1 is of a closed structure, and an inlet 11 and an outlet 12 are respectively arranged at two ends of each curing chamber 1.
At least two rows of shelves 2 are arranged in parallel in the curing room 1, the shelves 2 are in a strip-shaped structure, two ends of each shelf 2 correspond to the inlet 11 and the outlet 12 respectively, the number of the inlets 11 and the number of the outlets 12 can be set according to the number of the rows of the shelves 2, it is ensured that one row of the shelves 2 corresponds to one inlet 11 and one outlet 12, and the inlets 11, the shelves 2 and the outlets 12 are arranged on the same straight line. A set of third rails 21 is provided at the bottom of the inner side of the rack, and the third rails 21 are provided for transporting the shuttle 10. The shelves 2 may be stacked in two layers to reduce the footprint.
A first rail 3 and a second rail 5 are respectively arranged on the outer sides of two ends of the curing room 1, and the first rail 3 and the second rail 5 are perpendicular to the curing room 1; the first stacker crane 4 is mounted on the first rail 3, and the second stacker crane 6 is mounted on the second rail 5. The preforms 23 can be transported between the first stacker 4 and the second stacker 6 and the pallet 2 by means of shuttle cars.
All be connected with steam conduit 8 in the curing chamber 1, steam conduit 8 in the curing chamber passes through the switching of solenoid valve 9 control steam. The other end of the steam pipe 8 is connected with a steam generator 7, and the steam generator 7 provides steam for the curing room 1 through the steam pipe 8.
The steam curing device of the present invention operates as follows.
After the first stacker 4 obtains the goods of the prefabricated parts 23 from the front chain conveying line, the goods are accurately conveyed to the inlet 11 of the first curing room, and the prefabricated parts 23 are taken off from the first stacker 4 by the shuttle car 10 to be conveyed to the specific positions of the shelves in the first curing room; sequentially conveying goods on the first stacker crane 4 to the goods shelves 2 through the shuttle car 10, after the goods shelves 2 in the first curing room 1 are fully covered, withdrawing the shuttle car 10 to the first stacker crane 4, closing an inlet 11 of the first curing room 1, starting the steam generator 7 to work, opening the electromagnetic valve 9 in the first curing room 1 to introduce steam, closing the electromagnetic valves 9 in the second curing room 1 and the third curing room 1, and starting steam curing of the prefabricated part 23 of the first curing room 1; the steam curing process comprises four stages of standing still, heating, constant temperature, cooling and the like, after the steam curing is finished, an outlet 12 door of the first curing room 1 is automatically opened, the shuttle car 10 conveys the prefabricated parts 23 from the position of the goods shelf 2 to the second stacker 6, and then the prefabricated parts 23 are conveyed to a chain plate conveying line by the second stacker 6 to be subjected to subsequent treatment process.
Meanwhile, when goods in the first curing room 1 are delivered out of the warehouse, the third curing room 1 carries out warehousing operation, the first stacker crane 4 accurately sends the prefabricated parts 23 into an inlet 11 of the third curing room, and the shuttle car 10 takes the goods off the first stacker crane 4 to send the goods to a specific position of a shelf in the third curing room; after the goods shelves 2 of the third curing room 1 are fully distributed, the shuttle car 10 is retreated to the first stacker crane 4, the inlet 11 of the third curing room 1 is closed, the steam generator 7 starts to work, the electromagnetic valve 9 in the third curing room 1 is opened to introduce steam, the electromagnetic valves 9 in the first curing room and the second curing room are closed, and the prefabricated part 23 of the third curing room 1 starts to be steamed; the steam curing process is divided into four stages of standing still, heating, constant temperature, cooling and the like, and after the steam curing is finished, the third curing room 1 starts to carry out warehouse-out work; and simultaneously, the second curing room 1 is put in storage.
Referring to fig. 2, the shelf 2 has an upper and lower structure, and the single small prefabricated parts 23 are centrally arranged on the unit trays 22 and distributed on the shelf 2, so that the demand of the small prefabricated parts 23 on a large production maintenance area is reduced to a great extent, and the shelf economically provides more direct benefits for customers. The upper layer and the lower layer of the goods shelf 2 are both provided with the third tracks 21, and the third tracks 21 can enable the transportation efficiency of the shuttle car 10 to be higher.
An inlet 11 and an outlet 12 are respectively arranged at two ends of the curing chamber 1, so that the prefabricated part 23 can be conveniently transported to form streamlined operation; the arrangement of the multiple curing chambers 1 can shorten the curing time, realize the dislocation operation and shorten the waiting time for the second batch of curing.
