The wire clamping device 6 comprises a bearing plate 63 with a wire groove and a wire pressing plate 64, the bearing plate 63 and the wire pressing plate 64 are of an integrated structure, the wire clamping device 6 moves up and down along the base 1, and a limiting block for limiting the downward movement of the wire clamping device 6 is arranged on one side of the base 1. The wire pressing plate 64 is provided with a rotatable pressing rod 65 through a spring, the pressing rod 65 corresponds to the wire slot, and the pressing rod 65 can be pressed on the optical cable in the wire slot to play a role in fixing. Before construction, a user climbs to a tower on one side, the optical cable and the connecting plate 3 drive the driven wheel 4 to rotate, the gap between the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 4 is changed to adapt to the specification of the optical cable, and the clamping spring 5 always gives an inward acting force to the connecting plate 3, so that the upper end of the connecting plate 3 drives the driven wheel 4 to push the optical cable to the driving wheel, the connection effectiveness of the device and the optical cable is ensured, and the device is more reliable to use; after the connection, the user returns to the bottom surface and operates through the remote controller.
When the device is used, the driving wheel 2 is controlled to rotate through the remote controller, and the driving wheel 2 rotates to drive the device to move along the optical cable. After moving to a proper position, firstly starting the right-side wire holder, and fixing the optical cable through the movable clamping block 61 and the fixed clamping block 62; then, the cutting motor is started to drive the sliding block 9 to move towards the optical cable, and meanwhile, the rotating motor is started to drive the cutting wheel 10 to rotate to cut the optical cable. After cutting, the optical cable is disconnected, a user controls the winding wheel 7 to rotate through the remote controller to enable the steel wire rope 8 on the winding wheel to be loosened, after the steel wire rope 8 is loosened, the base 1 and parts on the base 1 move downwards due to self gravity, the optical cable on the right side and the optical cable on the left side are fixed by the corresponding wire clamps respectively, the optical cable on the left side is separated from the corresponding travelling mechanism along with the gradual descending of the base 1 caused by the releasing of the steel wire rope 8, and the disconnected optical cable also descends accordingly.
