Description

Plant prebiotics gel and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical use, and particularly relates to a plant prebiotic gel and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The vaginal part is an open and moist part, due to factors such as clothes, trousers, water quality and the like, bacteria or germs are easy to invade to cause abnormal leucorrhea, peculiar smell, fungal infection and the like, and the imbalance of vaginal flora means that the immunologic function is reduced.
In recent years, vaginal inflammation has become a threat to the reproductive health of thousands of women. OTC medicines are generally adopted in the market for treatment, such as clotrimazole, econazole, miconazole nitrate, polymetaphrenol sulfoaldehyde and other antibiotic raw material medicines, or traditional Chinese medicine anti-inflammatory products, such as radix sophorae flavescentis, fructus cnidii and the like, and some antibacterial agents, such as chlorhexidine acetate, chlorhexidine gluconate, silver ions and the like. The use of antibiotics can rapidly kill bacteria and eliminate vaginal inflammation to a certain extent. However, broad-spectrum antibiotics can kill bacteria and cause overgrowth of vaginal fungi; the longer the antibiotic is used, the higher the possibility of fungal infection; some traditional Chinese medicines and antibacterial agents have certain killing effect on fungi; however, both the antibiotic and the antibiotic have a fatal defect, harmful bacteria are killed, beneficial bacteria are killed, vaginal flora balance is disturbed, the immunity of the vaginal environment is rapidly reduced, and secondary infection of fungi and bacteria is easy to occur.
The probiotics can secrete organic acid, can maintain the system in an acidic environment, and inhibit the proliferation of harmful bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and the like through competitive advantages so as to maintain the vaginal balance of new flora.
In order to maintain the balance of vaginal flora, it has also been reported that probiotics such as lactobacillus are directly implanted into vaginal care products to achieve the purpose of inhibiting the growth of fungi and bacteria. However, the lactobacillus needs to have high requirements on environmental cleanliness and temperature when being manufactured, transported and stored, the suitable growth temperature of the strains is 30-35 ℃, cold-chain transportation is needed, the storage requirement is high, if the lactobacillus is easy to lose activity without paying attention to sanitation and temperature, the effect cannot be released, and the original inflammation problem is aggravated after the lactobacillus is used.
Vaginal relaxation is caused by the fact that elastic fibers in muscles (including anal sphincter, levator ani and bulbocavernosus) are broken due to age, childbirth or trauma, so that an elastic fiber net of the vagina is damaged, the contraction force of the vagina is reduced, and the relaxed vagina is easy to have residual germ mycin, so that a series of gynecological problems occur.
Therefore, the development of a product for scientifically and efficiently promoting the proliferation of vaginal probiotics to maintain the balance of vaginal flora and increase the elasticity of vaginal muscles is urgent.

Experimental example:
the plant prebiotic gel prepared in example 3 was tested for its bacteriostatic activity against different strains according to the standard GB15979-2002, and the test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002763015360000101
Figure BDA0002763015360000111
As can be seen from the table 1, after the plant prebiotic gel prepared by the embodiment of the invention acts on bacteria (staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli) for 2min, the bacteriostasis rate can reach more than 97 percent, and after the plant prebiotic gel acts for 5min, the bacteriostasis rate exceeds 99.99 percent; the bacteriostasis rate of the compound preparation after 5min of action on candida albicans exceeds 99.99 percent; the influence on beneficial bacteria lactobacillus crispatus in the vagina is small, and the bacteriostasis rate is lower than 10% after 24 hours of action. Therefore, the plant prebiotic gel can not only rapidly inhibit the growth of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, but also has strong inhibition effect on the growth of fungi (candida albicans); but the inhibition of the growth of vaginal probiotics is weak. The plant prebiotic gel prepared by the embodiment of the invention can quickly and efficiently inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, reduce the influence of the antibacterial agent on the growth of beneficial bacteria and effectively maintain the balance of vaginal flora.
