Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily cosmetics, in particular to sun block and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Currently, the formulation systems of the commercial sunscreen skin care products are roughly divided into the following systems: oil-in-water systems, water-in-oil emulsification systems, water-in-oil layering systems, and pure oil systems. According to the requirement of the sun protection index, a large amount of sun protection agents and sun protection solvents are required to be added in the formula to achieve the required SPF index, so that a large amount of emulsifying agents are required to be added in the sun protection skin care product of an emulsifying system to stabilize the system, a large burden is caused on the skin, and skin allergy is easily caused. The pure oil system is added with a large amount of grease and sun-screening agent, and the skin feel is greasy after the pure oil system is used.
The types of the existing sunscreen skin care products in the market are analyzed, a novel sunscreen gel system is developed, on one hand, an emulsifier is not added in the formula, the irritation of the product is reduced, on the other hand, the skin feeling is fresh and cool, and the waterproof performance is achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the sun-screening agent which has less irritation, better skin feel and good sun-screening effect and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a sunscreen emulsion comprises 12-22 parts of a sunscreen agent, 4-7 parts of a sunscreen solvent, 8-15 parts of a humectant, 0.5-1 part of a thickening suspending agent and 1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent; the sunscreen comprises a liquid sunscreen and a solid sunscreen; the adjuvants include a lubricant, a chelating agent, and a skin conditioning agent.
Compared with the traditional sunscreen product, the invention does not use the emulsifier to wrap and emulsify the oil phase, but uses the thickening suspension stabilizer to suspend the oil phase in the system, thereby reducing the irritation of the sunscreen emulsion. The sunscreen emulsion prepared by the above proportion has good stability.
Preferably, the sun-screening emulsion comprises 15-20 parts of sun-screening agent, 4.5-6 parts of sun-screening solvent, 9-13 parts of humectant, 0.6-0.9 part of thickening suspending agent and 1.5-4 parts of adjuvant.
Preferably, the sunscreen emulsion comprises 18 parts of sunscreen agent, 5 parts of sunscreen solvent, 10 parts of humectant, 0.8 part of thickening suspending agent and 2 parts of auxiliary agent. The applicant of the invention proves that the sunscreen emulsion prepared by the proportion has the minimum irritation through a plurality of experiments.
Preferably, the sunscreen agent comprises a liquid sunscreen agent and a solid sunscreen agent, and the mass ratio of the liquid sunscreen agent to the solid sunscreen agent is 1: 1-3: 2. Because the density of the liquid sunscreen agent and the sunscreen solvent is less than that of water, which is not beneficial to the stable suspension of both water and oil, the applicant of the present invention selects the liquid sunscreen agent and the solid sunscreen agent, and experiments show that when the liquid sunscreen agent and the solid sunscreen agent are compounded in the above proportion, the prepared sunscreen emulsion has better stability.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the liquid sunscreen agent to the solid sunscreen agent is 5: 4.

Preferably, the solid sunscreen comprises at least one of diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, ethylhexyl triazone, titanium dioxide, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol p-methoxyphenyl triazine, zinc oxide, avobenzone.
Preferably, the sunscreen solvent comprises at least one of polydimethylsiloxane, C12-13 alcohol lactate, dioctyl carbonate, coco alcohol-caprylate/caprate, glycerol tri (ethylhexanoate), neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, octyl methicone, cyclopenta dimethicone.
Preferably, the moisturizer comprises at least one of allantoin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, betaine, and trehalose.
Preferably, the thickening suspension agent comprises at least one of acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/beheneth-25 methacrylate crosspolymer, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/carboxyethyl acrylate crosspolymer, silylated silica.
Preferably, the lubricant is silica; the chelating agent is EDTA disodium; the skin conditioner is dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
Preferably, the thickening suspending agent is a compound of at least two of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/behenyl polyether-2 methacrylate cross-linked polymer and acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer. After any two of the three thickening suspending agents are compounded, the sun-screening emulsion has relatively better stability, can form a net structure, has high yield value and can stably suspend the sun-screening agent.
Preferably, the sun-screening emulsion further comprises 0.22-0.53 part of pH regulator, 0.4-0.8 part of preservative, 0-0.5 part of essence and 0-1.5 parts of active ingredient; the active ingredient comprises at least one of bisabolol, ectoin, herba Dendrobii extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, herba Portulacae extract, and Artocarpus millefolius extract; the pH regulator comprises an acidic pH regulator and a basic pH regulator; the alkaline pH regulator comprises at least one of triethanolamine, arginine, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide; the acidic pH regulator comprises at least one of citric acid and lactic acid; the preservative comprises at least one of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the sunscreen lotion, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing a sun-screening agent and a sun-screening solvent, heating to 80-85 ℃ until the sun-screening agent and the sun-screening solvent are completely dissolved, and homogenizing for 2-5 min to obtain a mixture A;
(2) mixing water, a humectant, a thickening suspending agent and an auxiliary agent, heating to 80-85 ℃ until the mixture is completely dissolved, and homogenizing for 2-5 min to obtain a mixture B;
(3) adding the mixture A into the mixture B, uniformly stirring, adding an alkaline pH regulator, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 2-5 min to obtain a mixture C, and preserving heat for 20-30 min;
(4) and cooling the mixture C to 40-45 ℃, adding an acidic pH regulator, uniformly stirring, adding a preservative, active ingredients and essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the sunscreen emulsion.
Preferably, the homogenization speed in the steps (1) to (2) is 1500 to 2500rpm, and the homogenization speed in the step (3) is 2000 to 3000 rpm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention replaces the traditional emulsifier with the thickening suspending agent, can reduce the irritation of the product to the skin, and selects the thickening suspending agent to ensure that oil drops are uniformly dispersed in the system. In addition, the system is adjusted from acidity to neutrality by using the alkaline pH regulator, and then is adjusted to acidity by using the acidic pH regulator, and the operation is commonly called acid returning, which is beneficial to increasing the yield value of the suspending agent, is beneficial to suspending an oil phase and enables the system to be more stable.
(2) The densities of the sunscreen solvent and the liquid sunscreen agent are both less than that of water, if the conventional oil phase proportioning operation is carried out, the specific gravity of the oil phase is less than that of the water phase, which is not beneficial to the stable suspension of the water phase and the oil phase, so that a proper amount of solid sunscreen agent is added in the formula, which is beneficial to improving the density of the oil phase, and the specific gravity of the solvent is reduced by the water phase, so that the specific gravities of the oil phase and the water phase are close, which is beneficial to.
(3) When the product is used, the thickening suspending agent is firstly contacted with the skin, the thickening suspending agent has the characteristic of no electrolyte resistance, and the thickening suspending agent is diluted water when meeting the electrolyte, so that a good refreshing skin feel is achieved in the early stage in the use process, and a sun-proof film and a polymer film are remained on the skin along with the evaporation of the moisture of the sun-proof film and are uniformly spread on the skin, so that the sun-proof emulsion has a good waterproof effect in the later stage of use, is different from a conventional sun-proof agent, not only has the refreshing skin feel of an oil-in-water sun-proof emulsion, but also has the sun-proof effect of a water-in-oil or pure-oil system, and greatly improves the use experience of consumers.

Performance testing
1) Stability test
The stability of the products of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 3, which were stored at room temperature of 25 ℃, high temperature of 45 ℃ and low temperature of-15 ℃ for 30 days, was tested, respectively.
The results show that: after stability tests, the sunscreen emulsions of the examples 1-10 and the comparative example 3 are recovered to room temperature, and no layering phenomenon occurs; the lower amount of thickened suspension of the sunscreen of comparative example 1 resulted in instability of the sunscreen, resulting in precipitation and oil slick of the sunscreen; the thickened suspending agent selected in comparative example 2 has poor thickening effect and insufficient suspending ability, and causes precipitation of the solid sunscreen agent and oil floating. In contrast, the sunscreen emulsion prepared by the invention has better stability.
2) Irritation test
Irritation tests were performed on examples 1-10 and comparative examples 1-3 with reference to the SN/T2329-2009 cosmetic eye irritation/corrosiveness chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane test.
Selecting fertilized chicken embryos for hatching for 9d, and marking the positions of air chambers on the surfaces of the eggshells; removing the marked eggshell part by using dental zigzag forceps, exposing the white egg membrane, and dripping 3mL of sodium chloride solution with the NaCl mass fraction of 0.9% by using a suction pipe to wet the egg membrane. Carefully remove the intima with forceps to ensure the vascular membrane is not damaged.
The samples 1 to 10 and the comparative samples 1 to 3 are respectively coated on the surface of a plastic film to form a thin layer, and then the thin layer is covered on a chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane to ensure that a tested substance is directly contacted with the chorioallantoic membrane, and the thin film is removed after 30min of action. Sodium chloride solution with sodium chloride mass fraction of 0.9% was selected for post-treatment rinsing and negative control. The observation was carried out immediately after rinsing for 30 s. The experiment was performed in 13 groups of 6 chick embryos each. The irritation was scored with reference to SN/T2329-2009, the scoring criteria are shown in Table 2, and the test results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 2 irritation Scoring criteria (hemorrhage)
TABLE 3 irritation test results
As can be seen from Table 3, the sunscreen lotion prepared by the present invention is safe, non-irritating and suitable for use on humans.
3) Test for Sun protection Effect
The German SPF 290S sun protection index tester is adopted to carry out the sun protection on the examples 1-10 and the comparative examples 1-3And (4) testing the sun exposure index. The temperature of the test environment is controlled at 20 + -2 deg.C and the relative humidity is controlled at 50 + -5%, a sample is extracted with an injector, and the sample is mixed at 0.75mg/cm2Dropwise adding the mixture on a PMMA plate, wearing a finger cot to smear, ensuring that smeared samples are uniformly distributed, placing the PMMA plate in a direct light-free position to dry for 20min, finally placing the dried samples into an instrument platform to test, testing each sample for 3 times, and taking an average value. The test results are shown in table 4.
Table 4 sun protection index test results
As can be seen from Table 4, the sun protection indexes of the examples 1 to 10 are obviously higher than those of the comparative examples 1 to 3, which shows that the sun protection emulsion prepared by the formula provided by the invention has better sun protection effect. Comparative example 1 too little amount of thickened suspension resulted in uneven distribution of sunscreen and thus poor sunscreen; comparative example 2 does not select a thickening suspending agent with a high yield value, and the sun-screening agent has poor suspending effect, is not uniformly distributed, is easy to generate sediment and causes poor sun-screening effect; comparative example 3 the sunscreen agent was used in a small amount and the sunscreen effect was not good.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
