Description

Four-layer low-viscosity liquid cosmetic without perfluorinated compounds
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a four-layer low-viscosity liquid cosmetic free of perfluorinated compounds.
Background
The low-viscosity liquid cosmetics on the market are generally uniform and integrated, only a small part of the low-viscosity liquid cosmetics are two-layer, and few three-layer low-viscosity liquid cosmetics exist, but no four-layer low-viscosity liquid cosmetic product is sold. However, in the four-layer liquid cosmetic patents which have been applied and researched in the prior art, perfluorinated organic compound solvents with high density are used as important components, and the application of perfluorinated compounds has two small defects:
firstly, the method comprises the following steps: the perfluorinated compounds are not readily decomposed naturally and are therefore considered safe at the outset. After intensive research, the situation is not found to be the case. After being absorbed by human body, the sustained time in the body is very long, the half life can be more than 4 years to 8 years, and the harm to the health of the human body can be caused. Meanwhile, the oil-repellent and water-repellent characteristics of the paint can exist stably for a long time in the environment, and the environmental pollution problem of the paint is more and more interesting to society.
II, secondly: the perfluoro compound is quickly volatilized when the environmental temperature is slightly high due to the characteristic of low boiling point, and when a product containing the raw material is prepared, the preparation process and the environmental temperature have special requirements, the preparation is required to be carried out at the temperature of 20 ℃ or below, and meanwhile, the stirring speed needs to be controlled, so that the perfluoro compound is more complicated and inconvenient, and has larger challenges to large-scale production.
Therefore, further improvement is required in such four-layer low-viscosity liquid type cosmetic products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a four-layer low-viscosity liquid cosmetic without containing a perfluoro compound.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a four-layer low viscosity liquid cosmetic containing no perfluoro compounds comprises four layers of liquid phase including liquid A, liquid B, liquid C, and liquid D; the liquid phase A is a carbon chain alkane solvent with the mass percentage of 5-55%; the liquid phase B is polydimethylsiloxane and derivatives thereof with the mass percentage of 5-55%; the C liquid phase is a hydroalcoholic solvent with the mass percent of 5-55%; the D liquid phase is 1-35% of special oil ester by mass percent.
Preferably, the phase A liquid is one or more of polyisobutylene, hydrogenated polyisobutylene, polydecene, hydrogenated polydecene, isopropyl myristate, isooctane, isodecane, isododecane, isohexadecane, isoeicosane and mineral oil.
Preferably, the B liquid is one or more of liquid polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 1-500cst and cyclomethicone.
Preferably, the C liquid phase is a mixture of more than one of water, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, glycerol, butanediol, pentanediol, hexanediol, polyglycerol with a polymerization degree of 3-10, and polyethylene glycol with a polymerization degree of 4-32.
Preferably, the D liquid phase is one or more of PEG-n glycerin fatty acid ester, PEG-n fatty acid ester, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, polysorbate-n, PEG-n castor oil, alkyl glycoside and other nonionic surfactants, and part of phenyl silicone oil, diethoxyethyl succinate and other special oil esters.
Preferably, pigments with different colors are added into at least two groups of the components of the A liquid phase, the B liquid phase, the C liquid phase and the D liquid phase, and the added pigments are oil-soluble pigments or water-soluble pigments commonly used in cosmetics, and the dosage of the added pigments accounts for 0.0001-0.001% of the total mass of the corresponding phases.
Preferably, the preparation method of the cosmetic comprises the following steps: s1 is prepared in a split manner; selecting the raw materials, and respectively preparing the liquid phase A, the liquid phase B, the liquid phase C and the liquid phase D; s2 mixing and preparing; mixing the prepared liquid A, liquid B, liquid C and liquid D at room temperature, and stirring for 30min to obtain the final product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts common cosmetic raw materials, and aims to provide the four-layer low-viscosity liquid cosmetic which has no physical separation in the middle and still has a clear layering interface between layers. According to different proportions of the raw materials, the skin care or cleaning effects such as moisture retention, moistening, makeup removal and the like can be provided.
