the device comprises a processing system 10, a material storing and taking mechanism 20, a cup dropping mechanism 30, a heating system 40, a pressing brewing mechanism 50, a cover dropping and cover discharging mechanism 60, a cleaning module 70 and a water supply device 80.

in particular, the beverage brewing device 1 of the capsule beverage vending machine is a unit with computing power. Further, the material storing and taking mechanism 20 includes:

the capsule transplanting mechanism is a multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator consisting of a plurality of linear motion assemblies and rotating assemblies and is used for moving capsules in a grabbing and/or sucking mode.
The capsule extraction mechanism is composed of a motor-driven cam pressing thimble and a sealing ring and is used for puncturing the capsule and sealing the capsule.
Further, the lid-dropping and lid-pressing cup-discharging mechanism 60 includes:
the cup cover storage bin, the cup cover separating mechanism, the cup cover starvation sensor, the sensor for whether the cup cover is successfully separated, the cup loading and transplanting mechanism, the capping mechanism and the sensor for whether the finished beverage products are taken away or not.
Further, the cleaning module 70 includes:
a waste water tank, a waste collecting barrel and a waste water tank pipeline.
Further, the water supply device 80 includes: a heating unit, a temperature control unit, a flow control unit, an air pump, a water pump and a water valve, which are used for starting heating according to the brewing process of the target capsule
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present application described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present application is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

1. A beverage brewing method of a capsule beverage vending machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the beverage type and/or taste requirement corresponding to the capsule beverage in the current order;
acquiring corresponding brewing parameters according to the type and/or taste requirements of the beverage;
and brewing the target capsule corresponding to the capsule beverage in the order according to the brewing parameters.
2. The beverage brewing method of the capsule beverage vending machine according to claim 1, wherein the brewing the target capsule corresponding to the capsule beverage in the order according to the brewing parameter comprises:
acquiring the target capsule from a capsule storage mechanism and grabbing the target capsule to an extraction station;
judging whether the extraction conditions of the target capsule are met, wherein the extraction conditions comprise water temperature, water injection speed and extraction time;
if yes, executing an extraction process;
and if not, returning an abnormal prompt to the background server.
3. The beverage brewing method of the capsule beverage vending machine according to claim 2, wherein the performing of the extraction process comprises:
judging whether the extraction station is abnormal or not;
if the abnormal condition exists, the waste capsule processing flow is executed after the extraction is finished.
4. The beverage brewing method of a capsule vending machine according to claim 3, wherein after said performing of the spent capsule process flow, the method further comprises:
judging whether the waste capsules are completely processed;
and if the processing is not clean, returning an abnormal prompt to the background server.
5. The beverage brewing method of the capsule beverage vending machine according to claim 3, wherein the executing of the spent capsule process flow comprises:
blowing air through a thimble of the capsule extraction mechanism to empty water in the pipeline and residual drinks in the capsule;
transplanting the target waste capsules to a waste collection barrel through a capsule transplanting mechanism;
and collecting the beverage which is not emptied in the waste capsule through a waste water tank below the capsule transplanting mechanism.
6. The beverage brewing method of a capsule beverage vending machine according to claim 5, wherein after said collection of non-emptied beverage within the spent capsules by a waste chute below the capsule transplanting mechanism, the method further comprises:
collecting the beverage in the waste water tank through a waste water tank pipeline connected with the waste water tank;
and cleaning the waste water tank through an outlet water gap arranged in the waste water tank.
7. The beverage brewing method of the capsule beverage vending machine according to claim 1, wherein after the brewing of the target capsule corresponding to the capsule beverage in the order according to the brewing parameter, the method further comprises:
judging whether the cover is installed or not;
if not, returning an abnormal prompt to the background server;
and if the cap is filled, transplanting the prepared beverage to the beverage taking port.

9. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the beverage brewing method of the capsule beverage vending machine according to any one of claims 1-7.

An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor, the computer program being executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the beverage brewing method of the capsule beverage vending machine of any one of claims 1-7.
