the water tank stores water, and the water tank supports the fixed table and the heating device;
the heating device obtains water with volume from the water tank and heats the water to a preset temperature;
the water injector obtains the heated water from the heating device under the control of the processor and injects the heated water into the target tea caddy.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the injector includes: the device comprises a water injection mechanical arm, a water injection tank, a first water pump and a tank breaking device;
the water injector obtains the heated water from the heating device under the control of the processor and injects the heated water into the target tea caddy, comprising:
the water injection mechanical arm is controlled by the processor to translate and drive the can breaking device to move to the top end of the target tea can fixed in the fixed groove, and then the can breaking device is driven to make an opening at the top end of the target tea can by moving downwards; and inserting a water outlet of the water injection pipe from the opening, acquiring the heated water from the heating device by using the first water pump, and injecting the heated water into the target tea caddy through the water outlet of the water injection caddy.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the heating apparatus includes: a second water pump, a water boiler and a temperature controller;
the heating device obtains the water with volume from the water tank and heats the water to a preset temperature, and comprises:
the second water pump extracts the preset volume of water from the water tank and conveys the extracted water to the boiler;
the temperature controller controls the water boiler to heat water to a preset temperature;
the water boiler receives the water conveyed by the second water pump and heats the water to a preset temperature under the control of the temperature controller.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes: receiving a pressing operation of a user through a key, generating a pressing signal and sending the pressing signal to the processor;
and when receiving the pressing signal, the processor executes an instruction corresponding to the button sending the pressing signal.
The information interaction, execution process and other contents between the units in the method are based on the same concept as the embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, and specific contents can be referred to the description in the embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, and are not described herein again.

Four tea-supplementing pot openings 3041, 3042, 3043 and 3044 communicated with the tea-supplementing pot cabin are used for supplementing tea pots in the corresponding tea-storing pot cabin.
The interior schematic diagram of the brewed tea beverage unmanned vending device is shown in fig. 4, and comprises a water tank 401 at the bottom, a fixed platform 402, a processor 403, a second water pump 404, a boiler 405, a temperature controller 406, a water injection mechanical arm 407, a water injection pipe 408, a tank breaking device 409, a mechanical arm 410 and four top tea storage tank bins 4111, 4112, 4113 and 4114.
In order that the advantages of the invention will be more apparent, a preferred embodiment of the invention will now be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 5, the present invention provides an unmanned method for selling brewed tea, comprising the steps of:
step 501: the user selects the type of tea to purchase and the desired temperature.
For example, when a user wants to purchase green tea, the user scans a two-dimensional payment code on the housing of the unmanned brewed tea vending device by using a mobile phone, and after payment is completed, the user selects the green tea by pressing a key, and the temperature is selected to be normal.
Step 502: and the processor receives the purchase request, controls the mechanical arm to grab the target tea can and places the target tea can on the fixing table for fixing.
For example, after the user determines the type and temperature of the tea, the processor controls the robotic arm to begin operation. Under the control of the processor, the mechanical arm moves to the green tea storage tank bin, picks the green tea tank filled with green tea leaves, and places the green tea tank into the fixed groove on the fixed table for fixation.
Step 503: the water injection device obtains water with a preset volume from the water tank, heats the water according to a preset temperature, and injects the heated water into the tea pot for brewing to form brewed tea.
For example, the second pump of the water filling device draws a preset volume of 250ml of water from the water tank and delivers the water to the boiler. The preset heating temperature is 80 ℃, and the temperature controller controls the electric water boiler to heat the extracted water to 80 ℃. And then the processor controls the water injection mechanical arm to move the water outlets of the tank breaking device and the water injection pipe to the upper part of the green tea tank, the water injection mechanical arm starts to vertically move downwards to the vicinity of the green tea tank, the tank breaking device makes an opening at the top of the green tea tank, the water outlet of the water injection pipe is inserted from the opening, the first water pump extracts heated water from the electric water boiler and injects the heated water from the water outlet of the water injection pipe, the heated water enters the green tea tank, and tea in the green tea tank is brewed to prepare the green tea beverage.
Step 504: the user takes the brewed tea drink away for drinking.
For example, after the green tea beverage is prepared, the processor opens the electric door of the goods taking opening, and the user puts the hand into the goods taking opening to take the green tea beverage for drinking. After the green tea in the tea tank is used, the user can add hot water by himself and repeatedly make tea for drinking.
The embodiments of the invention have at least the following advantages:
1. in the embodiment of the invention, the problem that the tea type beverage is limited by the existing brewing and the tea material waste residue discharge is solved, the on-site brewing is realized after the order is placed by a user through the tea pot brewing integration, the tea can is directly drunk without discharging tea treatment waste residue, and the brewed tea is applied to the unmanned vending machine.
2. In the embodiment of the invention, the tea material is in the professional independent sealed tea can, so that good storage conditions are provided for the storage of the tea, and the food safety and the tea drinking taste are facilitated. The structural design of a tea jar has made things convenient for the consumer to add water once more by oneself after purchasing promptly and has repeated the tea drink, guarantees again that nobody does not produce discarded object such as useless tea grounds of waste water under the condition of selling, makes things convenient for trade company's operation management.
3. In the embodiment of the invention, the tea can is also used as a tea making device and a tea holding device, so that a consumer can directly take away the tea for drinking, and meanwhile, the tea can be automatically injected with water again for repeated drinking.
It should be noted that not all steps and modules in the above flows and system structure diagrams are necessary, and some steps or modules may be omitted according to actual needs. The execution order of the steps is not fixed and can be adjusted as required. The system structure described in the above embodiments may be a physical structure or a logical structure, that is, some modules may be implemented by the same physical entity, or some modules may be implemented by a plurality of physical entities, or some components in a plurality of independent devices may be implemented together.
In the above embodiments, the hardware unit may be implemented mechanically or electrically. For example, a hardware element may comprise permanently dedicated circuitry or logic (such as a dedicated processor, FPGA or ASIC) to perform the corresponding operations. The hardware elements may also comprise programmable logic or circuitry, such as a general purpose processor or other programmable processor, that may be temporarily configured by software to perform the corresponding operations. The specific implementation (mechanical, or dedicated permanent, or temporarily set) may be determined based on cost and time considerations.
While the invention has been shown and described in detail in the drawings and in the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the invention to the embodiments disclosed, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various combinations of the code auditing means in the various embodiments described above may be used to obtain further embodiments of the invention, which are also within the scope of the invention.

the processor, the at least one tea storage tank bin, the mechanical arm, the water injection device and the fixed platform are all installed inside the brewed tea beverage unmanned selling device, the mechanical arm is installed on the side face of the brewed tea beverage unmanned selling device, a fixed groove is formed in the fixed platform, the fixed platform is communicated with a goods taking port of the brewed tea beverage unmanned selling device, and an electric door is installed on the goods taking port;
the tea storage tank bin is arranged at the top of the brewed tea beverage unmanned selling device, and at least one tea tank corresponding to the type of tea is placed in each tea storage tank bin;
the processor is used for controlling the mechanical arm to grab a target tea can from the tea can storage bin corresponding to the type of tea selected by the purchase instruction according to the purchase instruction after receiving the purchase instruction input by the user, and placing the target tea can into the fixed groove of the fixed platform for fixation; controlling the water injection device to heat water with a preset volume to a preset temperature and injecting the heated water into the target tea caddy in the fixed groove so as to brew tea leaves in the target tea caddy to form brewed tea; opening the electric door of the goods taking port to enable a user to take the brewed tea drink out of the goods taking port.

the water injection device comprises: the water tank, the heating device and the water injector;
the water tank is connected with the heating device, and the heating device is connected with the water injector;
the water tank is arranged at the bottom of the brewing tea beverage unmanned selling device;
the water tank is used for storing water and supporting the fixed table and the heating device;
the heating device is used for obtaining a preset volume of water from the water tank and heating the water to a preset temperature;
the water injector is used for acquiring the heated water from the heating device and injecting the heated water into the target tea caddy.

the water injector comprises: the water injection device comprises a water injection mechanical arm, a water injection pipe, a first water pump and a tank breaking device;
the water injection mechanical arm is arranged on the heating device;
the water injection pipe and the first water pump are arranged in the water injection mechanical arm, and a water inlet of the water injection pipe is connected with a water outlet of the heating device;
the water injection mechanical arm is used for translating under the control of the processor and driving the can breaking device to move to the top end of the target tea can fixed in the fixed groove, and then moving downwards to drive the can breaking device to make an opening at the top end of the target tea can; and inserting a water outlet of the water injection pipe from the opening, acquiring the heated water from the heating device by using the first water pump, and injecting the heated water into the target tea caddy through the water outlet of the water injection caddy.

the second water pump is used for extracting the water with the preset volume from the water tank and conveying the extracted water to the water boiler;
the temperature controller is used for controlling the water boiler to heat water to a preset temperature;
the water boiler is used for receiving the water conveyed by the second water pump and heating the water to a preset temperature under the control of the temperature controller.

further comprising: at least one key;
the at least one key is connected with the processor, and the at least one key is installed on a shell of the brewed tea beverage unmanned selling device;
each key corresponds to one instruction;

and the processor is used for executing the instruction corresponding to the button which sends the pressing signal when receiving the pressing signal.

after receiving a purchase instruction input by a user, the processor controls the mechanical arm to grab a target tea can from the tea storage can bin corresponding to the type of tea selected by the purchase instruction according to the purchase instruction, and the target tea can is placed in a fixed groove of the fixed platform to be fixed;
the processor controls the water injection device to heat water with a preset volume to a preset temperature and inject the heated water into the target tea pot in the fixed groove so as to brew tea leaves in the target tea pot to form brewed tea;

the water injector obtains the heated water from the heating device under the control of the processor and injects the heated water into the target tea caddy.
