the camera 12, the microphone 17, the forehead temperature sensor, the external temperature sensor and the pressure sensor of the safety helmet are connected with the input of the personal card 6 fixed by the safety helmet through the I/O interface A,
the loudspeaker, the screen throwing device 13 and the vibrator of the safety helmet are connected with the output of the personal card 6 fixed by the safety helmet through the I/O interface A,
the battery block 7 of the safety helmet is in power supply connection with the control module of the portable card 6 corresponding to the safety helmet;
the vehicle-mounted monitor comprises a microphone, an external temperature sensor, a loudspeaker, a display and an alarm,
the microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor and the external temperature sensor are connected with the input of the personal card 6 fixed by the vehicle-mounted monitor through the I/O interface A,
the loudspeaker, the display and the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor are connected with the output of the personal card 6 fixed by the vehicle-mounted monitor through the I/O interface A,
the vehicle-mounted power supply of the vehicle-mounted monitor is in power supply connection with the control module of the personal card 6;
the monitoring center comprises an I/O interface C, a first CPU, a control system module, a first storage module and a communication module, wherein the I/O interface D of the communication module is electrically connected with the I/O interface C,
the microphone and the camera of the monitoring center are connected with the input of the monitoring center through an I/O interface C,
the loudspeaker, the display and the alarm of the monitoring center are connected with the output of the monitoring center through the I/O interface C,
the reader-writer of the monitoring center connects the personal card 6 with the input and output of the monitoring center through the I/O interface C,
the power supply of the monitoring center is in power supply connection with the control system module of the personal card 6.
The communication module includes a mobile communication module and an RF module.
The communication between the safety helmets or between the safety helmets and the vehicle monitor in the same operation group is preferably performed through the RF module.
And the monitoring center is communicated with the safety helmet in the same operation group or the vehicle-mounted monitor through the mobile communication module.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 5, the monitoring method using the monitoring system of the electric power operation site as described above includes the steps of:
the monitoring center distributes the personal cards 6 written with the operation tasks and the corresponding number of safety helmets and battery blocks 7 to each operator and the operation group length respectively;
the operation group leader fixedly connects the corresponding personal card 6 with a vehicle-mounted monitor of the operation dispatch vehicle, a display of the vehicle-mounted monitor displays the operation position, the operation content, the temperature information of an external temperature sensor of the vehicle-mounted monitor and signals collected by a GPS signal receiver, a loudspeaker plays route navigation of the operation position, and a battery block 7 is connected with a vehicle-mounted charging device for charging, so that the battery block 7 is ensured to be fully charged;
after driving the operation dispatch vehicle to the operation position, the corresponding operators fix the allocated personal card 6 and the battery block 7 on the helmet body 1 of the safety helmet, and the battery block 7 supplies power to the personal card 6 at the moment;
after an operator wears a safety helmet, the pressure sensor detects a pressure signal to enable the personal card 6 to start working, and signals collected by the camera 12, the microphone 17, the forehead temperature sensor, the external temperature sensor and the GPS signal receiver of the safety helmet are stored in a second storage module of the corresponding personal card 6; then the personal card 6 puts the corresponding operation content of the operator, the measured forehead temperature of the forehead temperature sensor, the measured temperature of the external temperature sensor and the time information into the goggles 14 through the screen projector 13; the speaker plays sound information emitted by the microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor or sound information of the microphone 17 of other safety helmets;
when the body temperature information of the operator collected by the forehead temperature sensor exceeds the safe body temperature range, the vibrator starts vibrating, and when the body temperature information of the operator collected by the forehead temperature sensor is positioned in the safe body temperature range, the vibrator stops vibrating;
meanwhile, the personal card 6 transmits the forehead temperature information, GPS position information, shooting picture information of the camera 12 and sound information of the microphone 17 of the operator to a second storage module of the personal card 6 and a first storage module of a monitoring center which are connected with the vehicle-mounted monitor respectively through a communication module;
the display of the vehicle-mounted monitor fixed with the personal card 6 displays the frontal temperature information, GPS position information, the shooting picture of the camera 12 and the temperature information of the external temperature sensor of the vehicle-mounted monitor and the signals collected by the GPS signal receiver which are transmitted by the personal card 6 of each operator;
the speaker of the vehicle monitor plays the sound signal of the microphone 17 transmitted by the personal card 6 of each operator;
when the body temperature information of the operators exceeds the safe body temperature range, the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor starts to alarm, and when the body temperature information of all operators is in the safe body temperature range, the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor stops to alarm;
signals collected by a microphone, an external temperature sensor and a GPS signal receiver of the vehicle-mounted monitor are stored in a second storage module of a personal card 6 fixed with the vehicle-mounted monitor; meanwhile, the personal card 6 transmits the sound information and GPS position information of the microphone of the personal card 6 to a first storage module of a monitoring center through a communication module;
when the personal card 6 of the vehicle-mounted monitor actively calls the monitoring center through the communication module, the picture information shot by the camera of the monitoring center and the sound information of the microphone 17 are stored in the first storage module and are transmitted to the second storage module of the vehicle-mounted monitor through the communication module; therefore, the display of the vehicle-mounted monitor can display the picture information shot by the camera of the monitoring center, and the loudspeaker of the vehicle-mounted monitor can play the sound information of the microphone of the monitoring center; simultaneously, a loudspeaker of the monitoring center plays sound information of a microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor, and a display of the monitoring center is synchronous with a display of the vehicle-mounted monitor.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 6, when the worker needs to join the work group leader to perform the work, the vehicle-mounted monitor is separated from the personal card 6, and then the personal card 6 and the corresponding battery block 7 are fixed with the safety helmet of the work group leader;
at the moment, the operation group leader is used as the identity of the operator, and the safety helmet of the operation group leader works as the safety helmet of the rest operators;
because the vehicle-mounted monitor does not work any more, the monitoring center replaces the vehicle-mounted monitor to directly monitor all operators of the operation group; the remainder was the same as in example 1.

Claims (2)

1. The monitoring method of the monitoring system of the electric power operation site is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
the safety helmet is fixedly connected with a personal card (6), the vehicle-mounted monitor and the monitoring center are fixedly connected with the personal card (6), and the safety helmet is fixedly connected with the personal card (6), and the vehicle-mounted monitor and the monitoring center are in communication connection;
the personal card (6) comprises an I/O interface A, a second CPU, a control module, a second storage module and a communication module, wherein an I/O interface B of the communication module is electrically connected with the I/O interface A of the personal card (6);
the camera (12), the microphone (17), the forehead temperature sensor, the external temperature sensor and the pressure sensor of the safety helmet are connected with the input of the personal card (6) fixed by the safety helmet through the I/O interface A,
the loudspeaker, the screen throwing device (13) and the vibrator of the safety helmet are connected with the output of the personal card (6) fixed by the safety helmet through the I/O interface A,
the battery block (7) of the safety helmet is in power supply connection with the control module of the portable card (6) corresponding to the safety helmet;
the vehicle-mounted monitor comprises a microphone, an external temperature sensor, a loudspeaker, a display and an alarm,
the microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor and the external temperature sensor are connected with the input of a personal card (6) fixed by the vehicle-mounted monitor through an I/O interface A,
the loudspeaker, the display and the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor are connected with the output of the personal card (6) fixed by the vehicle-mounted monitor through the I/O interface A,
the vehicle-mounted power supply of the vehicle-mounted monitor is in power supply connection with the control module of the personal card (6);
the monitoring center comprises an I/O interface C, a first CPU, a control system module, a first storage module and a communication module, wherein the I/O interface D of the communication module is electrically connected with the I/O interface C,
the microphone and the camera of the monitoring center are connected with the input of the monitoring center through an I/O interface C,
the loudspeaker, the display and the alarm of the monitoring center are connected with the output of the monitoring center through the I/O interface C,
the reader-writer of the monitoring center connects the personal card (6) with the input and output of the monitoring center through the I/O interface C,
the power supply of the monitoring center is in power supply connection with the control system module of the personal card (6);
the monitoring center distributes personal cards (6) written with operation tasks and corresponding numbers of safety helmets and battery blocks (7) to each operator and each operation group leader respectively;
the operation group leader fixedly connects the corresponding personal card (6) with a vehicle-mounted monitor of the operation dispatching vehicle, a display of the vehicle-mounted monitor displays the operation position, the operation content, the temperature information of an external temperature sensor of the vehicle-mounted monitor and signals collected by a GPS signal receiver, a loudspeaker plays route navigation of the operation position, and a battery block (7) is connected with a vehicle-mounted charging device for charging, so that the battery block (7) is ensured to be fully charged;
after driving the operation dispatch vehicle to the operation position, the corresponding operators fix the allocated personal card (6) and the battery block (7) on the helmet body (1) of the safety helmet, and the battery block (7) supplies power to the personal card (6);
after an operator wears a safety helmet, a pressure sensor detects a pressure signal to enable a personal card (6) to start working, and signals collected by a camera (12), a microphone (17), a forehead temperature sensor, an external temperature sensor and a GPS signal receiver of the safety helmet are stored in a second storage module of the corresponding personal card (6); then the personal card (6) puts the corresponding operation content of the operator, the measured forehead temperature of the forehead temperature sensor, the measured temperature of the external temperature sensor and the time information into the goggles (14) through the screen projector (13); the loudspeaker plays sound information sent by a microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor or sound information of a microphone (17) of other safety helmets;
when the body temperature information of the operator collected by the forehead temperature sensor exceeds the safe body temperature range, the vibrator starts vibrating, and when the body temperature information of the operator collected by the forehead temperature sensor is positioned in the safe body temperature range, the vibrator stops vibrating;
simultaneously, the personal card (6) respectively transmits the forehead temperature information, GPS position information, shooting picture information of the camera (12) and sound information of the microphone (17) of the operator to a second storage module of the personal card (6) connected with the vehicle-mounted monitor and a first storage module of the monitoring center through the communication module;
the display of the vehicle-mounted monitor fixed with the personal card (6) displays the frontal temperature information, GPS position information, shooting pictures of the camera (12) transmitted by the personal card (6) of each operator, the temperature information of an external temperature sensor of the vehicle-mounted monitor and signals collected by the GPS signal receiver;
the speaker of the vehicle monitor plays the sound signal of the microphone (17) transmitted by the personal card (6) of each operator;
when the body temperature information of the operators exceeds the safe body temperature range, the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor starts to alarm, and when the body temperature information of all operators is in the safe body temperature range, the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor stops to alarm;
signals collected by a microphone, an external temperature sensor and a GPS signal receiver of the vehicle-mounted monitor are stored in a second storage module of a personal card (6) fixed with the vehicle-mounted monitor; simultaneously, the personal card (6) transmits the sound information and GPS position information of the microphone of the personal card (6) to a first storage module of a monitoring center through a communication module;
when a personal card (6) of the vehicle-mounted monitor actively calls a monitoring center through a communication module, picture information shot by a camera of the monitoring center and sound information of a microphone (17) are stored in a first storage module and are transmitted into a second storage module of the vehicle-mounted monitor through the communication module; therefore, the display of the vehicle-mounted monitor can display the picture information shot by the camera of the monitoring center, and the loudspeaker of the vehicle-mounted monitor can play the sound information of the microphone of the monitoring center; simultaneously, a loudspeaker of the monitoring center plays sound information of a microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor, and a display of the monitoring center is synchronous with a display of the vehicle-mounted monitor;
when an operation group leader needs to join an operator to perform operation, the vehicle-mounted monitor is separated from the personal card (6), and then the personal card (6) and the corresponding battery block (7) are fixed with a safety helmet of the operation group leader;
at the moment, the operation group leader is used as the identity of the operator, and the safety helmet of the operation group leader works as the safety helmet of the rest operators;
because the vehicle-mounted monitor does not work any more, the monitoring center replaces the vehicle-mounted monitor to directly monitor all operators of the operation group.
