the battery module 7 of the safety helmet is electrically connected with the control module of the carry-on card 6 corresponding to the safety helmet;
the vehicle-mounted monitor comprises a microphone, an outside temperature sensor, a loudspeaker, a display and an alarm,
the microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor and the external temperature sensor are connected with the input of a carry-on card 6 fixed on the vehicle-mounted monitor through an I/O interface A,
the loudspeaker, the display and the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor are connected with the output of the carry-on card 6 fixed on the vehicle-mounted monitor through an I/O interface A,
the vehicle-mounted power supply of the vehicle-mounted monitor is electrically connected with the control module of the carry-on card 6;
the monitoring center comprises an I/O interface C, a first CPU, a control system module, a first storage module and a communication module, wherein an I/O interface D of the communication module is electrically connected with the I/O interface C,
the microphone and the camera of the monitoring center are connected with the input of the monitoring center through an I/O interface C,
the loudspeaker, the display and the alarm of the monitoring center are connected with the output of the monitoring center through an I/O interface C,
the reader-writer of the monitoring center connects the carry-on card 6 with the input and output of the monitoring center through the I/O interface C,
and the power supply of the monitoring center is in power supply connection with the control system module of the portable card 6.
The communication module includes a mobile communication module and an RF module.
Communication between safety helmets in the same working group or between the safety helmets and the vehicle-mounted monitor is preferentially carried out through the RF module.
The monitoring center is communicated with safety helmets in the same operation group or the monitoring center is communicated with the vehicle-mounted monitor through the mobile communication module.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 5, the monitoring method using the monitoring system of the electric power work site includes the following steps:
the monitoring center respectively distributes the personal cards 6 written with the operation tasks, the corresponding quantity of safety caps and the corresponding quantity of battery blocks 7 to each operator and the operation group leader;
the working group leader fixedly connects the corresponding carry-on card 6 with a vehicle-mounted monitor of the working delivery vehicle, a display of the vehicle-mounted monitor displays the working position, the working content, the temperature information of an external temperature sensor of the vehicle-mounted monitor and the signal collected by a GPS signal receiver, a loudspeaker plays the route navigation of the working position, and a battery block 7 is connected with a vehicle-mounted charging device for charging, so that the battery block 7 is fully charged;
after the vehicle is dispatched to an operation position in a driving operation, the corresponding operator fixes the distributed personal card 6 and the battery block 7 on the cap body 1 of the safety cap, and the battery block 7 supplies power to the personal card 6;
after the worker wears the safety helmet, the pressure sensor detects a pressure signal to enable the carry-on card 6 to start working, and signals collected by the camera 12, the microphone 17, the forehead temperature sensor, the outside temperature sensor and the GPS signal receiver of the safety helmet are stored in the second storage module of the corresponding carry-on card 6; then the portable card 6 puts the operation content corresponding to the operator, the forehead temperature measured by the forehead temperature sensor, the temperature measured by the external temperature sensor and the time information into the goggles 14 through the screen projector 13; the loudspeaker plays the sound information sent by the microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor or the sound information of the microphone 17 of other safety helmets;
when the temperature information of the operator collected by the forehead temperature sensor exceeds the safe body temperature range, the vibrator starts vibrating, and when the temperature information of the operator collected by the forehead temperature sensor is in the safe body temperature range, the vibrator stops vibrating;
simultaneously, the personal card 6 transmits the forehead temperature information of the operator, the GPS position information, the shooting picture information of the camera 12 and the sound information of the microphone 17 to a second storage module of the personal card 6 connected with the vehicle-mounted monitor and a first storage module of a control center through a communication module respectively;
the display of the portable card 6 vehicle-mounted monitor fixed with the vehicle-mounted monitor displays the forehead temperature information, the GPS position information, the shooting picture of the camera 12, the temperature information of the external temperature sensor of the vehicle-mounted monitor and the signals collected by the GPS signal receiver, which are transmitted by the portable card 6 of each operator;
the loudspeaker of the vehicle-mounted monitor plays the sound signal of the microphone 17 transmitted by the personal card 6 of each operator;
when the body temperature information of the operating personnel exceeds the safe body temperature range, the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor starts to give an alarm, and when the body temperature information of all the operating personnel is within the safe body temperature range, the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor stops giving the alarm;
the signals collected by the microphone, the outside temperature sensor and the GPS signal receiver of the vehicle-mounted monitor are stored in a second storage module of the carry-on card 6 fixed with the vehicle-mounted monitor; simultaneously, the portable card 6 transmits the sound information of the microphone of the portable card 6 and the GPS position information to a first storage module of a control center through a communication module;
when the portable card 6 of the vehicle-mounted monitor actively calls the monitoring center through the communication module, the picture information shot by the camera of the monitoring center and the sound information of the microphone 17 are stored in the first storage module and are transmitted to the second storage module of the vehicle-mounted monitor through the communication module; therefore, the display of the vehicle-mounted monitor can display the picture information shot by the camera of the monitoring center, and the loudspeaker of the vehicle-mounted monitor can play the sound information of the microphone of the monitoring center; meanwhile, a loudspeaker of the monitoring center is used for playing sound information of a microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor, and a display of the monitoring center is synchronous with a display of the vehicle-mounted monitor.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 6, when the task group leader needs to join in the operator to do work, the vehicle-mounted monitor is separated from the carry-on card 6, and then the carry-on card 6 and the corresponding battery block 7 are fixed with the safety helmet of the task group leader;
at the moment, the operation group leader serves as the identity of an operator, and the safety helmet works as the safety helmets of other operators;
because the vehicle-mounted monitor does not work any more, the monitoring center replaces the vehicle-mounted monitor to directly monitor all the operators of the operation group; the rest is the same as in example 1.

Claims (10)

1. Electric power operation safety helmet, its characterized in that: the helmet comprises a helmet body (1), a helmet cover (2) is arranged in the helmet body (1), a carry-on card (6) and a battery block (7) of an electric operator are fixedly connected between the helmet body (1) and the helmet cover (2) and positioned at the front end and the rear end of the helmet body (1) respectively, the helmet cover (2) comprises a horizontal annular ring and arc-shaped strips uniformly fixed at the top of the horizontal annular ring, the cross-conglomerated positions of the arc-shaped strips are positioned on a perpendicular bisector of the annular ring, the bottom edge of the helmet cover (2) is fixed with the helmet body (1) through a buffer ring (3), limiting holes (5) penetrating through the bottom and the top of the buffer ring (3) are respectively arranged at positions of the buffer ring (3) corresponding to the carry-on card (6) and the battery block (7), the carry-on card (6) and the battery block (7) respectively penetrate through corresponding limiting holes (7) upwards and then are fixed, the front end of the cap body (1) is provided with a camera (12), one side of the lower edge of the cap body (1) is provided with a protective ear (15), a loudspeaker is arranged in the ear protector (15), a sound transmission hole (16) is arranged on one side of the ear protector (15) facing the inside of the cap body (1), a microphone (17) is arranged at the front end of the lower part of the ear protection (15), a brim (4) is arranged forward at the lower edge of the front end of the cap body (1), the bottom of the brim (4) is provided with a transparent goggles (14), the carry-on card (6) is provided with a screen projector (13), when the carry-on card (6) is fixed on the cap body (1), the screen projector (13) of the carry-on card (6) projects onto the goggles (14), the camera (12), the loudspeaker, the microphone (17) and the battery block (7) fixed on the cap body (1) are respectively and electrically connected with the carry-on card (6) fixed on the cap body (1) through a lead preset on the cap body (1).

The power-operated safety helmet of claim 1 wherein: the solar energy charging cap is characterized in that a solar energy charging panel (18) is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the rear side of the top of the cap body (1), and the solar energy charging panel (18) is electrically connected with a battery block (7) fixed on the cap body (1) through a lead preset in the cap body (1).
3. The power-operated safety helmet of claim 1 wherein: the forehead temperature sensor is embedded in the outer side surface of the cap body (1) and is electrically connected with a carry-on card (6) fixed on the cap body (1) through a lead preset in the cap body (1).

The power-operated safety helmet of claim 1 wherein: the helmet is characterized in that the hood (2) is located on the inner side surface of the annular ring and located at the front end of the bottom edge, an external temperature sensor is arranged at the front end of the bottom edge, when an operator wears the helmet body (1), the external temperature sensor is in contact with the forehead of the operator, and the external temperature sensor is electrically connected with a carry-on card (6) fixed on the helmet body (1) through a wire preset in the hood (2) and the buffer ring (3).

8. A monitoring system for an electric power work site implemented by using the electric power work helmet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that:
the safety helmet is fixedly connected with the carry-on card (6), the vehicle-mounted monitor is fixedly connected with the carry-on card (6), and the monitoring center is in communication connection with the safety helmet fixedly connected with the carry-on card (6), the vehicle-mounted monitor fixedly connected with the carry-on card (6);
the portable card (6) comprises an I/O interface A, a second CPU, a control module, a second storage module and a communication module, wherein an I/O interface B of the communication module is electrically connected with the I/O interface A of the portable card (6);
the camera (12), the microphone (17), the forehead temperature sensor, the outside temperature sensor and the pressure sensor of the safety helmet are connected with the input of a carry-on card (6) fixed on the safety helmet through an I/O interface A,
the loudspeaker, the screen projector (13) and the vibrator of the safety helmet are connected with the output of the carry-on card (6) fixed on the safety helmet through an I/O interface A,
the battery block (7) of the safety helmet is electrically connected with the control module of the carry-on card (6) corresponding to the safety helmet;
the vehicle-mounted monitor comprises a microphone, an outside temperature sensor, a loudspeaker, a display and an alarm,
the microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor and the external temperature sensor are connected with the input of a carry-on card (6) fixed on the vehicle-mounted monitor through an I/O interface A,
the loudspeaker, the display and the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor are connected with the output of a carry-on card (6) fixed on the vehicle-mounted monitor through an I/O interface A,
the vehicle-mounted power supply of the vehicle-mounted monitor is electrically connected with the control module of the carry-on card (6);
the monitoring center comprises an I/O interface C, a first CPU, a control system module, a first storage module and a communication module, wherein an I/O interface D of the communication module is electrically connected with the I/O interface C,
the microphone and the camera of the monitoring center are connected with the input of the monitoring center through an I/O interface C,
the loudspeaker, the display and the alarm of the monitoring center are connected with the output of the monitoring center through an I/O interface C,
the reader-writer of the monitoring center connects the carry-on card (6) with the input and output of the monitoring center through the I/O interface C,
and a power supply of the monitoring center is in power supply connection with a control system module of the portable card (6).
9. The monitoring system for an electric power work site of claim 8, wherein: the communication module includes a mobile communication module and an RF module.
10. A monitoring method using the monitoring system of the electric power work site according to claim 8 or 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
the monitoring center respectively distributes the personal cards (6) written with the operation tasks, and corresponding quantity of safety caps and battery blocks (7) to each operator and operation group leader;
the working group leader fixedly connects the corresponding carry-on card (6) with a vehicle-mounted monitor of the working delivery vehicle, a display of the vehicle-mounted monitor displays the working position, the working content, the temperature information of an external temperature sensor of the vehicle-mounted monitor and the signal collected by a GPS signal receiver, a loudspeaker plays the route navigation of the working position, and a battery block (7) is connected with a vehicle-mounted charging device for charging, so that the full charge of the battery block (7) is ensured;
after the vehicle is dispatched to an operation position in a driving operation, the corresponding operator fixes the distributed personal card (6) and the battery block (7) on the cap body (1) of the safety cap, and the battery block (7) supplies power to the personal card (6);

meanwhile, the personal card (6) transmits the forehead temperature information of the operator, the GPS position information, the shooting picture information of the camera (12) and the sound information of the microphone (17) to a second storage module of the personal card (6) connected with the vehicle-mounted monitor and a first storage module of a control center through a communication module respectively;
a display of the portable card (6) fixed with the vehicle-mounted monitor displays the forehead temperature information transmitted by the portable card (6) of each operator, the GPS position information, the shooting picture of the camera (12), the temperature information of an external temperature sensor of the vehicle-mounted monitor and the signals collected by the GPS signal receiver;
the loudspeaker of the vehicle-mounted monitor plays the sound signal of the microphone (17) transmitted by the personal card (6) of each operator;
when the body temperature information of the operating personnel exceeds the safe body temperature range, the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor starts to give an alarm, and when the body temperature information of all the operating personnel is within the safe body temperature range, the alarm of the vehicle-mounted monitor stops giving the alarm;
the signals collected by a microphone, an external temperature sensor and a GPS signal receiver of the vehicle-mounted monitor are stored in a second storage module of a carry-on card (6) fixed with the vehicle-mounted monitor; simultaneously, the personal card (6) transmits the sound information of the microphone of the personal card (6) and the GPS position information to a first storage module of a control center through a communication module;
when the portable card (6) of the vehicle-mounted monitor actively calls the monitoring center through the communication module, the picture information shot by the camera of the monitoring center and the sound information of the microphone (17) are stored in the first storage module and are transmitted to the second storage module of the vehicle-mounted monitor through the communication module; therefore, the display of the vehicle-mounted monitor can display the picture information shot by the camera of the monitoring center, and the loudspeaker of the vehicle-mounted monitor can play the sound information of the microphone of the monitoring center; simultaneously, enabling a loudspeaker of the monitoring center to play sound information of a microphone of the vehicle-mounted monitor, and synchronizing a display of the monitoring center with a display of the vehicle-mounted monitor;
when the operation group leader needs to join in an operator to operate, the vehicle-mounted monitor is separated from the carry-on card (6), and then the carry-on card (6) and the corresponding battery block (7) are fixed with the safety helmet of the operation group leader;
at the moment, the operation group leader serves as the identity of an operator, and the safety helmet works as the safety helmets of other operators;
